Someone explain to me under our Constitution what a “Legally” owned gun would be, are they not all legally owned. If you counted all “Owned” firearms in the country, I’ll bet it is more like 500million.

Federal law prevents the sale of weapons to people who have been convicted of a felony, have a warrant out for their arrest, have used drugs within the past year, were committed involuntarily to a mental institution or ruled mentally incompetent by a judge, are living in the U.S. illegally, have a domestic-violence-related restraining order against them or have a misdemeanor domestic violence conviction. People who were dishonorably discharged from the military or who have renounced their U.S. citizenship are also barred from gun purchases.
There are many of the above that do own a firearm illegally. I sincerely doubt that the majority of inner-city thugs that routinely kill each other (Chicago,Detroit etc) passed a background check or own their guns legally. The number I hear tossed around is generally 300M

BLM and move on have called for civil disobediance beginning in April. The biggest Charlie Fox of the century. Should be an interesting spring and summer, culminating in an open season on said assholes in September. White folks have not been buying the millions of firearms and billions of rounds of ammo just to turn them in. The niggaz had best be careful what they wish for.
