Detroit-istan? Its a major city only if you count wild dogs as “people”

That list is an abridged version of places i refuse to live.

Hey Annie! “DEEtroit isn’t a major US city anymore?”

No, but DEEtroit has been built on the same site which a major city once occupied.

For $1500 you get a 2,000 sq.ft. hovel in Detroit ( but be off the streets when the streetlights come on ..if they come on.)

Don’t worry Harry , the fine citizens of Detroit and their better halves will probably be headed for Pennsylvania sometime in the near future. I like you Harry . You’re welcome.

In eastern central Florida, 1500/month gets you 2000-2300 SF detached single family house in a nice neighborhood with decent schools and low crime. 50 min from orlando, and 15 min to the beach. Fuck living in any of those places, and not just because the rent is too damn high.

If it weren’t for the cheesesteaks, you’d probably get about 1,200 sq ft in Philly. Damn cheesesteaks
