I have the misfortune that there is an Apothecary (I call it A-pot-acary) in the building where I work. The line is long and 99% young, male, with tie dye shirt and skateboard. Sometimes a companion pit bull. I think it’s VERY sad these young people have nothing more to look forward to, no greater plan in life than their next joint. I think it should be legal for terminally or chronically ill people; not everyone.

Sad indeed. But that has nothing to do with the issues depicted in the cartoon.
Facts behind said issues:
2010 Deaths from pharmaceutical drugs = 22,134
2010 Deaths from Cannabis (Marijuana) = 0
Number of medical studies indicating medical efficacy of cannabinoids >= 20,000.
Revise your thought process.

Yes, this has very little to do with kids lining up to get prescription Med MJ whether it’s for recreation use or true medical needs. The cartoon is more about the DEA enforcing the gov’ts laws and raiding easy targets like licensed doctors willing to prescribe Med MJ to patients. And as the statistics show, no one has died from MJ versus the countless side effects and deaths caused by prescription drugs approved by FDA. Hopefully the gov’t and their various departments stop this war on drugs and go after real criminals and violent offenders. The world is probably much better off legalizing MJ for medical use (and possibly recreational use) as it takes the trade away from “criminals” opens the doors for a whole new industry full of potential, something we cover at http://www.investinmj.com.

Pot legal or not legal? For sickies or for everyone?
Not my bag. Don’t give a fuck.
Folks should be able to smoke, eat or drink whatever they want. If they want to shoot battery acid up their ass, smoke dope or inject boner pills directly into their boner, well… so? The fuck do I care?
And besides, if everyone is stoned, then when TSHTF, only those of sharp mind will make it… and the more stoners, pill heads, meth heads, etc get killed off, the more there is for the rest of us.
Eventually, the dieoff will slow and stop… and then we won’t have this problem…
