While splitting the household the ex took all the stereo stuff and all the music – and is almost 15 years I’ve never bothered to replace a bit of it. I’m a visual person, watercolors and GIS, and music by-in-large escapes me [after the second year of piano the instructor suggested that my mother not waste any more of her money] but I do enjoy the good stuff and one of the few things I miss from the marriage was the quality music running in the background.
I am not equipped – or motivated – to actually go out and acquire any music on my own – I’d rather download a podcast and learn something – but I forward a lot of Admin’s music recommendations to my kids and they are grateful.
A family dinner will come around, the kids will be over and as dinner is prepared they’ll plug in one of their i-gadgets to something that resembles a speaker – a song will come around that I comment positively on and almost in unison they’ll tell me it’s by a group that I sent to them and to be sure the ONLY music I forward is from Admin.
What goes around comes around and Admin’s influence is representative of what energy we put out there – This website is a touchstone of reality in world gone mad and I am grateful – Admin has created a powerful thing and as a fellow cradle Catholic I appreciate all you do.
