I started for less than $34k not all that long ago. Didn’t have the $200k in debt though.

Aquapura, started at 34, ok. It’s a start. Not a bad one, really. Just stay out of debt. If you want something you can’t afford, and decide you need it, figure out how to make more money. Easiest path, believe it or not, is to become the most knowledgeable and hardest working person at your company. Llpoh once said he knows more about his industry than anyone. Same here. Become that guy.

Who are the assholes that down arrowed starfcker? Come out into the sunlight at least. He’s basically paraphrasing Ben Franklin, either decrease your wants or increase your means…….in this case, by making your employer have night sweats about the thought of losing you as a valuable employee. WTF is wrong with you dipshits, how is that not clear?
