Caught On Tape: Cop Pulls Gun On 2 Kids, Unleashes Profanity-Laden Tirade In Affluent Suburb

I’ll be up front with you and say that this video is disturbing.
It’s like a bucket of ice-cold water thrown in the face of the dream world that most people are walking through.
Watching riots on TV in places like Baltimore and Ferguson, it’s easy to think, “That couldn’t happen here. All that police violence only happens in poor communities.”
Guess again.
This weekend it was the safe, quiet suburb of McKinney, Texas, about 30 minutes outside of Dallas.
McKinney is no gang-infested slum; it’s an affluent bedroom community with an average household income over $96,000 according to Colliers International.
(Having grown up just a few miles away, I would add that it’s pretty sterile too, full of big-box retailers, megaplex cinemas, and chain restaurants.)
Over the weekend some local kids were having a summer pool party to celebrate a friend’s birthday.
With that many adolescents crammed together in one place, there was undoubtedly some silly teenage drama going on. And police were called to the scene.
One of them starts off almost immediately screaming profanity-laden tirades at the kids, many as young as 14.
This courageous officer’s advice to young people included such gems as “Sit your asses down,” and “Don’t make me fuckin’ run around with 30 pounds of goddamn gear on. . .”
At one point throws a girl to the ground who had apparently failed to ‘get her ass out of here’ with appropriate alacrity.
You can see him grab her neck and attempt to shove her face into the pavement.
The kids all start screaming. Two of them rush over to try and help their classmate, at which point Captain America pulls his gun out and advances menacingly towards them.
They bolt. So he turns his attention back to the girl, grabs her head once again, and screams “ON YOUR FACE!!!” as he pins her down on the ground and puts her in handcuffs.
It’s really disturbing to watch.
Had it been a parent trying to grind his kid’s face into the pavement, Child Protective Services would have immediately removed the girl from the home and the father would be rotting in jail this very moment.
But when a police officer does it, he goes on ‘leave’. And only when he’s unlucky enough to be caught on camera.
If some random stranger grabbed your child and started attacking her, you’d instantly turn into Bruce Lee and put the guy in a Kung-Fu death grip.
But when a police officer attacks your child, the government expects you to just stand around and watch.
That’s one of the most disturbing things from the video.
You’ll see there are a bunch of adults in the video milling around with their hands in their pockets while the kids get abused.
I appreciate they’re doing whatever they feel like they can do to make the best of a bad situation.
But they’ve been indoctrinated for so long that their reaction is to be obedient and submissive. They don’t interfere with ‘the law’. They know their place and they act like it.
The kids, on the other hand, are all still young enough that they haven’t totally subordinated themselves to the state. There’s still a part of them that’s free.
So when the cops get totally out of control, their instinct is to fight back.
That is, after all, our natural instinct– to be free.
We have to -learn- to be intimidated and subservient to the state. We have to learn to stand around with our hands in our pockets while our children are abused. And that learning takes place in none other than the public school system.
I checked the McKinney Independent School District’s website and found that these kids all recite the Pledge of Allegiance in the morning, including that part about “liberty and justice for all.”
They sing songs gushing about freedom in America. But they just got a taste of how free they really are.
Hopefully that lesson stays with them. It’s certainly more powerful that an entire semester of the mandatory civics class they have to take.
After watching the video I actually downloaded a copy of the staple civics textbook Magruder’s American Government, and found a rather prescient passage in the first chapter:
“This nation was founded by those who loved liberty and prized it above all earthly possessions.”
True statement. But that instinctive flame to be free has gone out for so many people, not only in America but across the world.
And no nation can rise again until that flame is rekindled.
The textbook continues:
“To preserve and protect [their rights and liberty], each generation must learn and understand them anew, and be willing to stand up for them when necessary.”
Perhaps that time is finally coming.

Left media is ablaze with articles condemning the police response to a pool party at a McKinney, Texas, subdivision. Now a video is emerging showing why police were called to the scene to begin with – violence.
Residents in a McKinney subdivision were hosting an end-of-school party in their private community pool. Many teens who were not residents of the subdivision began showing up. Some had been invited by residents, some had not. An ad for the event had been placed on social media sites.
Teens who were not invited began climbing the fence to get in, according to reports from residents of the area. Trouble began when they were asked to leave by residents and pool management.
Now, at least one video shows a fight that broke out between a teenage girl and two adults.
Police were called to the scene and attempted to get some of the trespassers to sit down while they investigated. Many of the teens fled and police chased some of them down. This is when the video of the incident with police began. There does not appear to be any video of the initial police contact with the teens.
One resident, Benet Embry, a black man, posted on Facebook about the events leading up to the police call. “Look, I LIVE in this community and this ENTIRE incident is NOT racial at all,” Embry wrote. “A few THUGS spoiled a COMMUNITY event by fighting, jumping over fences into a PRIVATE pool, harassing and damaging property. Not EVERYTHING is about RACE. WE have other issues that NEED our attention other flights of made up make believe causes.”
In another post he is critical of media coverage of the incident. “I’ve never seen such irresponsible reporting and miss management of media resources in my life,” he said.
Another McKinney resident, Bryan Gestner, posted on Facebook, “This was a Twitter party that turned into a mob event. Jumping pool fence. Assaulting 2 security guards, attacking a mother with three little girls. The video doesn’t show everything.” He continued saying the kids were drinking and “smoking weed” and they would not listen to any of the adults around the pool.
“This isn’t about race,” he continued. “This is about outside kids invading our neighborhood and had no respect for authority or the residents here. I have a target on my back now and I have been threatened by these punks that they are gonna shoot up my house when all I did was try to control the mob and actually tended to the girl and the boy that had a bloody lip.”
“Yall don’t know the whole story,” Gestner continued. “I commend the officer for handling this situation.”
Gestner wrapped up his post alleging that these same kids came back into the neighborhood Saturday night. They were “kicking in people’s front door, stole a truck and crashed it into many vehicles. They vandalized dozens of cars and were stealing things.”

Well, the stupid bitch slams on the brakes and hops out of the pickup with her 30-30 in hand, and the idiot motherfucker dude realizes he has done fucked up, and starts bobbing and weaving again. But now he is out in the open and maybe only 30 yards from her, and has nowhere to hide like he had in the plant. So she shoots his sorry ass with the fucking 30-30. Right through the hip. Down he went like a sack of dirt. She starts towards hi to finish him off, decides against it for some reason, and leaves.
That dumb asshole that followed her out spent like 6 months in the hospital and was crippled for life.

We are in a situation where there are few if any “good guys” left. There are probably a lot of individual police officers who are OK people, outside of work. But I don’t know how many agencies there are that, as an agency, are worthy of any respect. I’ve read some really sickening stuff written by police officers lately, at another site that’s quite different from this one (and very pro-cop).
But the abuses of many cops don’t magically turn the thugs into good people. No, we end up in a situation of bad guy vs. bad guy, and all you can really hope for is that you stay out of it.
Some of us here have formulated our escape plans. LLPOH has his down-under. I have mine in a remote location that is extremely homogenous and relatively peaceful, the only problems being some meth-heads who are stupid (and white) but easy to spot and deal with. Anyone still living in an imperial big city might want to get out before it’s too late.

One resident, Benet Embry, a black man, posted on Facebook about the events leading up to the police call. “Look, I LIVE in this community and this ENTIRE incident is NOT racial at all,” Embry wrote. “A few THUGS spoiled a COMMUNITY event by fighting, jumping over fences into a PRIVATE pool, harassing and damaging property. Not EVERYTHING is about RACE. WE have other issues that NEED our attention other flights of made up make believe causes.”
In another post he is critical of media coverage of the incident. “I’ve never seen such irresponsible reporting and miss management of media resources in my life,” he said.
Another McKinney resident, Bryan Gestner, posted on Facebook, “This was a Twitter party that turned into a mob event. Jumping pool fence. Assaulting 2 security guards, attacking a mother with three little girls. The video doesn’t show everything.” He continued saying the kids were drinking and “smoking weed” and they would not listen to any of the adults around the pool.
“This isn’t about race,” he continued. “This is about outside kids invading our neighborhood and had no respect for authority or the residents here. I have a target on my back now and I have been threatened by these punks that they are gonna shoot up my house when all I did was try to control the mob and actually tended to the girl and the boy that had a bloody lip.”
“Yall don’t know the whole story,” Gestner continued. “I commend the officer for handling this situation.”
Gestner wrapped up his post alleging that these same kids came back into the neighborhood Saturday night. They were “kicking in people’s front door, stole a truck and crashed it into many vehicles. They vandalized dozens of cars and were stealing things.”

When police are called into a situation like this the first thing they need to do is establish order. Running around hollering and doing anything you want doe not promote order. This is what happens when social cohesion breaks down. Groups of criminally-inclined people intimidate and destroy, and the only thing good people can do (without courting legal disaster) is phone the cops and hope things don’t go from bad to worse.
Wait until the cops all decide that they’re damned if they do, damned if they don’t. You’ll be left with NO OPTIONS: The cops won’t show up to help, and you will be crucified if you get involved.
THIS is what’s going to happen….for a while. Until people get fed up and juries explicitly stop convicting people of defending their property, even to shooting those who threaten it (property.)

I do not know what actually happened, and do not care. But let us create the following fictional situation:
You throw a private pool party for your kids and some of their classmates, in conjunction with a few other parents. All is going cool, until some uninvited sorts start showing up.
“Sorry, this is a private party:, says you.
“Fuck you you stinking motherfucker, I know where you live you fucking asshole and I iz going to blow your cracker ass away”, says uninvited guests.
Uninvited guests then hops the fence, starts smoking weed, pissing in the pool, cussing you and the guests, beating up your kids, attacking the security guards you so responsibly hired to ensure everything went safely, and generally behaving poorly.
What are you going to do? You cannot shoot the little motherfuckers, now can you? You cannot lay hands on them either, can you? And they know it, and they do not give one shit about behaving in any kind of respectful way.

Here is a little story re just how fucking stupid these idiots can be.
In a plant I was running in East Texas, one of the workers was banging the next door neighbor (you can have a guess what race the guy was). Well, his wife found out, and came into the factory with a fully operational 30-30.
How do I know it was fully operational? Well, that bitch shot up my fucking plant, now didn’t she, trying to hit her “husband” who was bobbing and weaving like Cassius Clay trying not to get his ass shot off.
The bitch with the 30-30 finally exits the factory, having somehow managed to miss killing the guy, or anyone else, and gets into her pickup and starts to leave the parking lot.
So what happens then? The idiot motherfucker who had just been shot at several times FOLLOWS HER ASS OUT OF THE FACTORY and starts abusing her as she is driving away! “You stupid bitch, I iz gonna make you pay, you sorry whore, etc. etc.”
Well, the stupid bitch slams on the brakes and hops out of the pickup with her 30-30 in hand, and the idiot motherfucker dude realizes he has done fucked up, and starts bobbing and weaving again. But now he is out in the open and maybe only 30 yards from her, and has nowhere to hide like he had in the plant. So she shoots his sorry ass with the fucking 30-30. Right through the hip. Down he went like a sack of dirt. She starts towards hi to finish him off, decides against it for some reason, and leaves.
That dumb asshole that followed her out spent like 6 months in the hospital and was crippled for life.

I had another of these morons shot in the groin 6 times with a .22 rifle. For screwing around. When the cops came, he and the shooter (his wife) claimed the gun went off by accident – 6 times, all within about an inch of his pecker.
So what is the point of this rant?
There is no respect left in the world, and the “authorities” have made sure that the law abiding citizens cannot protect themselves, and that the criminal feral animals can do as they please with the full knowledge that they have rights and are protected. And there are no responsible parents on the scene to teach the little animals respect for anything.
I am absolutely stunned that even more of the feral animals are not shot by cops than already are. The shit cops have to deal with is unbelievable.
And I hate cops, because of what the job turns them into.

We are in a situation where there are few if any “good guys” left. There are probably a lot of individual police officers who are OK people, outside of work. But I don’t know how many agencies there are that, as an agency, are worthy of any respect. I’ve read some really sickening stuff written by police officers lately, at another site that’s quite different from this one (and very pro-cop).
But the abuses of many cops don’t magically turn the thugs into good people. No, we end up in a situation of bad guy vs. bad guy, and all you can really hope for is that you stay out of it.
Some of us here have formulated our escape plans. LLPOH has his down-under. I have mine in a remote location that is extremely homogenous and relatively peaceful, the only problems being some meth-heads who are stupid (and white) but easy to spot and deal with. Anyone still living in an imperial big city might want to get out before it’s too late.
