Russia has a big problem with alcoholism. That’s pretty well known.
When my wife and I arrived at the Moscow international airport in 1979, on an Intourist government agency bus ride to our hotel, we noticed a man walking along side the road taking a leak while he was walking rather erratically and obviously inebriated. The next 10 days supplied many more such observations.
Putin has lot of Soviet-era national issues with which to deal.

wow never had parties like that where morgue was involved, but many here in ga where you pass out , get up and go at it again . Cough , Not me of course lol I was the responsible one umm I think lol
