Their stories were so different that I didn’t believe either of them. Everything seemed directed and surreal. Maybe I am just wrong.
I forgot the blood line. So, at the hospital they had this long line to donate blood. Except they weren’t taking blood donations. It was just a line. There was a tent awning across the street with tables and three people to check you in to stand in the line, for fifteen dollars and a food voucher. I took a voucher for five small Fries at McDonald’s. It was just a line and tv crews filmed it for around three hours. Why is there not one Facebook or selfie picture? Where are all the selfies from the club? No one took pictures? At a gay club? Please. Or from a line of people waiting to do a good deed? In 2016?

Now I can understand editing them for security purposes (if they contained sensitive information), but just because the POTUS doesn’t like the message? This is clearly censorship of free speech.

As for videos from Pulse, there are two or three on youtube. Obviously one can claim that perhaps they came from elsewhere, and they really don’t show a great deal, but some people did use their cellphones allegedly on the dance floor and in the restroom during the “siege.” To say that not one cellphone video has come out is somewhat disingenuous unless one can definitively prove that the videos are not from Pulse.

This was not necessarily a hate crime. The perp was likely a closet queer himself and self-hate can do wondrous things to a demented mind. What I don’t understand is the all out effort by public servants to edit and smooth over statements that made Radical ISLAM look bad. This shooter had gone to the Middle East twice, been radicalized by a local Orlando Imam (who should get his old ass puckered for it) and check 1, 2, nay 3 times by our efficient and wonderful Federal Bureau of Perusal, many people told by neighbors to girlfriends that he’s violent and weird and was still able to purchase weapons of modest destruction days before offing almost half a hundred people.
Now that these “people” happened to be weird as well (three hundred at last count inside the club) makes no difference. Lives are what counts. Our country is built on allowing people to be a weird as they wish so long as they don’t force that weirdness on anyone else. People of similar weirdness can gather in huge groups and have an obscene party if they so wish.
Their lives should not be forfeit.
Moral of the story? Police are worthless as a boar hog as far as protecting you from anything. This is especially true in free-fire zones where honest and law abiding citizens are not allowed to carry selfdefense weapons (in Florida, that includes clubs that serve booze, schools and of course, government offices). You’re a sitting duck in any of those places, hence why school children die, bar patrons die and now and then, perhaps a courthouse gets shot up..

According to a report on Drudge the shooter was in that club for 3 hours before the police did anything.3 fucking hours.No wonder he was able to kill so many a with 9mm pistol.He just walked around killing whoever. Just read on CNN how they are trying to get gun restrictions passed. They are planning on getting rid of 2nd by making it impossible to get a gun if you are on terror watch list. Just read on CNN how they are trying to get gun restrictions passed. They are planning on getting rid of 2nd by making it impossible to get a gun if you are on terror watch list.
