Cops are the attack dogs of the rulers. Once you get your head around that fact, you’re better able to see what they’re doing as crimes against the people they claim to protect.

Right here Stucky.

This will probably cost the officer his job. The suspect could have been restrained by the officer on top of him with a shoulder lock. The other officer, from all appearances, looks as though he is trying to keep several at bay while his partner wrestles this guy on the street. I’m guessing he looked to end the fight quickly with that stomp, and allow the other officer to handle the suspect from then on without him, while he continued to keep people back.

While they would have needed more officers to show up for the people around them, the shoulder lock would have solved this. At worst he would have been imobilized, and with applying pressure to the arm he gained with the shoulder lock, he could have gained compliance to have the suspect bring his other arm behind his back, so he could be handcuffed. I’ve used it myself; it works.

I also posted a response in the “A Cop Speaks” post, if anyone would care to read it.

IIRC, the Shitcago police dept has a “secret” police building where they can disappear certain suspects. Supposedly lawyers aren’t allowed in.

Stomping people’s heads in is a not nice thing to do.

Which is why the Chicago police do it.
