Trump Fires Comey – Right Decision – Wrong Timing

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Trump fired Comey who was the head of the FBI. Trump said he fired Comey for his handling of an election-year email scandal involving then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. This is a perfectly valid argument, but he should have done that some time ago. Removing Comey now has only raised suspicions among Democrats and the Republic Elite who both want to stop Trump from really reforming anything for they like their perks as is. Worse still, this was a stupid decision that may now put in jeopardy his whole tax reform.

The timing of this is really bad when it is the FBI probe that is involving Russia and the claims that his people were in contact with Putin. Some Democrats compared this move to the “Saturday Night Massacre” of 1973, when President Richard Nixon fired an independent special prosecutor investigating the Watergate scandal.

Trump should have had better judgment in this matter. I question his real motives because he had plenty of time to fire Comey and should have done so for his whitewash of Hillary. Moreover, Comey was the Assistant US Attorney in the Southern District of New York – the most corrupt judicial post in the nation. Comey always did his part in protecting the bankers. His whitewash of Hillary was interlinked with that position and should have been questioned long ago.

Nevertheless, this raises concerns about Trump’s political advisers. Are they really this stupid?

True, Trump should have fired Comey as soon as he took office, but I doubt that Trump listens to any advisors. Blaming his bumbling on bad advice lets him off the hook. I think he’s a fucking egomaniac who thinks he’s the smartest man in the world.

That kind of delusion leads to a lot of bumbling and very little thought before acting. Trump is probably going to fuck up some more this week. Watch and see.

The firing is ‘better late than never’.
Making a mountain out of a molehill.
Just a 1 day story except for the rat Party.

Trump needs to have his people make a video of nothing but dims who have called for Comey to be fired, along with all of hillarys snide little comments blaming Comey for her epic fail.

Then you could have Spicer show the vid to the press corp, then drop the mic and just walk the fuck out of the room.

Then tomorrow fire that fag McCabe (I think thats his name).as he is all tangled up in the Clinton pay for play machine.

The “Russian Collusion” argument is a non-entity amongst the conservative populace, it’s a bogus issue and has NO CREDIBLE USE amongst those of us who are capable of reasonable thought. Trump is a businessman, NOT A POLITICIAN, “timing” has no positioning influence on his decisions, we see Comey’s firing as a positive action by Pres Trump, albeit late in coming. The only other impact is to give pundits fodder for POLITICAL diatribe…which is where your article falls, everyone has an opinion….

In comedy, timing is everything.

3 points.

1) “I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors” is one of the best shivs I have every seen in the modern political world. This guy makes Cersei Lannister look like a piker. That’s office firing 101, pure C&P to denigrate the recipient, especially in his case.

2) “I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions that I am not under investigation…” Wow. I mean that was simply brilliant.

3) The sound the SJW’s made switching gears from Comey sucks! to WHA?! was priceless. The Colbert clip was meme magic.

Let’s be honest, this is all just theater and we’re in the nosebleed seats, but you can still see pratfall from this distance and Comey stepped into it like a pro.

It’s about time that piece of slime was fired. Better late than never.

The Democrats and Never-Trumpers are in a panic because their important friend, who was up to his eyeballs in protecting the political establishment, has been sent packing. Interpret their screams as one would viewing a rabbit cornered by a hungry coyote.

There is never a wrong time to do the right thing, because good decisions stand on their merits. They do not rely on extraneous circumstance for support. I voted for Trump to drain the swamp. Is or is not his firing Comey doing just that? Yes. So the timing is just as likely to be propitious.

Voted for him to drain swamp and deal with immigration illegal and fraudulent legal. Tax cut was not a major part of MAGA.

Now this is important information I was unaware of. I knew Comey was first-class scum but I did not know he came from… “the most corrupt judicial post in the nation.” This explains the connection to the Clinton Crime Family and the banksters in New York who have raped and plundered America and the western world. The fact the Deep State-owned, propaganda and treasonous Main Stream Media are in hysterical mode around the western world tells me that Trump has made the right decision. Of course the more hysterical they become, the more people realize that the MSM is total and unadulterated FAKE NEWS network.

Trump has the entire US Government (swamp) to drain. He couldn’t fire them ALL (which is what is really needed) because he doesn’t have viable candidates to replace all 2.5 million or so of them prepared in advance, and some government (defense, State, law enforcement, legitimate government payments for goods and services) is necessary. He is taking them out, one by one, as priority or opportunity or necessity requires. He may not get rid of more than 10% of them before his term(s) are up; but damn, if he manages to get rid of the WORST 10% he will have moved mountains!
