Sorry, this isn’t much more than ceremony–like shaking hands in Europe, siting for tea in China or taking off one’s shoes when entering a residence in Japan.
As for selling the Saudis weapons? I’d rather sell them the weapons than do their bombing of Yemen and elsewhere at taxpayers expense……..
