If more and more people want legalized street drugs, then its possible this number will go up. Without judgement, my response is so what, they are consuming what they choose to consume.
Hell yeah EC, we need to invade every country and teach them the finer points of drug abuse. You and I could open a chain of rehabs and halfway houses and become billionaires. Then the TBP community could vote us in as President and V.P. You ain’t no kinda man if you ain’t made your first billion. The TBP Freedom Caucus is sooo yesterday.

In 2001 Portugal make drug possession an “administrative” crime with no jail time – only fines (if applied at all. THIS is the positive effect of treating the ownership of ones body as a RIGHT, rather than a government-granted privilege. ALL DRUGS MUST BE RE-LEGALIZED. The problems lie in PROHIBITION, not in the drugs themselves. You either own and control your own body, or you have NO RIGHTS AT ALL, and are nothing more than the property of the government – ie. a slave.
You must of course be responsible for your actions while under the influence. Freedom doesn’t mean freedom from responsibility. Just want to make that point clear.
