It’s not about leadership, or strength, it’s how cool they are.
Can he dance? Can he sing? Can he play basketball? Is he up on all that is important, like hollowood celebrities, hiphop music, is he on all the cool talk shows?

Not sure if the numbers out of Israhell are to be interpreted as good or bad so I’ll just go with bad.
The 38 or so countries listed give him higher marks than I would.
