Unfortunately, AZ has no jurisdiction over federal land; IIRC, this is/was a fed.gov production from a few years ago, posted on BLM-occupied territory. Maybe Trump’s NG deployment will help to restore some semblance of national sovereignty as regards the southern border; I’m sure it will work just as planned – for the photo ops.
If that would keep the feds out, I would happily live on the Mexican side of that wall.

We’ve camped on remote BLM lands close to the southern border (AZ, NM, TX) for 4-5 months each fall/winter for the past five years and have seen these signs everywhere along it. We’ve seen and talked to dozens of border patrol cops but have never seen any illegal migrants roaming the desert. Most of the illegal traffic is probably through the more metropolitan areas along the border.
