This is probably the number one issue that I wish more than just 2 in 100 Amercians understood. Bankers are gutless crooks that rob us blind with their “money” creation racket.

Americans have got to be the most ignorant SOB’s on planet Earth. I remember back in the early to mid sixties a pack of cigarettes was $0.35 or 40 cents, now they’re are between $3.50 and I guess depending on where you live, $4.50 t0 $6.50 ( I quit smoking 20+ years ago so only see them advertised.) Also in the sixties, a medium priced car could be had for $3,500.00. Now they,re at least $35,000.00. Did the product change? Did the value of your money change? I’ve had people tell me,”I don’t see what the problem is, All the government has to do is print more money.” I repeat “STUPID MF’s”.
So simple. Take a gallon of milk. Add a gallon of water to it and what do you have? Add ten gallons of water, add a hundred gallons of water!!! You now have to drink 100 gallons to get the same nutrition. By the way how much did that milk cost 40 years ago?
The only winners are the governments that collect taxes on $35,ooo in stead of the $3,500.
One more time, Ignorant, dumbed down SOB’s. But you know, If the stock market keeps going up …, If the Saint’s win another Superbowl…, If I can just shoot a big ten pointer on opening day…If we could just get Republican majorities in both houses…, Or if we can get Brett Kavenaugh on the bench…,
Do I need to repeat myself again? HINT: LOOK BEHIND THE CURTAIN.

The theme of your post has been my Paul Revere cry with my important relationships for many years. I have given family and friends so many informative rants, e-mails and books about how we have had our wealth stolen, the Fed’s fiat con game, the value of hard assets, yada, yada, yada, most it has been useless, but there have been some eyes opened.

A wealthy friend who built a successful company has hedged with some gold because of my e-mails (and attachments).

Two nephew s who have listened a have made wise moves.

A friend bought 5k of silver in case I was right.

But you are right about the masses…too many grasshoppers not enough ants. Many I care about are heading for what my Father called: “The rude awakening.”

We’re making progress if one in fifty get it. Lenin told Keynes not one man in a million understood the theft of capital by central bank fiat inflation.

I caddied in 1963 and the typical round carrying 2 bags paid $6 which was convertible into actual silver dollars. At $16 a piece that’s $96 today. You could have knocked me down with a fart.

They won’t stop the fiat money because they can’t. The currency will have to completely collapse then we can start over and broke.

In 1964 I could buy 5 gallons of gas with those five silver quarters OR I could take the quarters to the grocery and buy (two dozen eggs/ and a pound of bacon/ and a loaf of bread).

gas- 24.9 cents/gal.
eggs- .19 cents/doz.
bacon- .59 cents/lb.
bread- .20 cents a loaf

Rider, since FRN’s are created by debt if all debts are paid all the money disappears.

Sound money is the foundation of a prosperous society – for all. And that is exactly why we have fiat currency instead. Because fiat means prosperity for only some.

In the summer of 1964, as a 16 year old, I earned $1.25/hour humping furniture and freight for a national moving company.

In 1966 I had a cush job at Club McD’s for the same. Four years later on the same job I made $2.15 as a full fledged night manager. And it paid for my college, rent, gas and food. I was covered under my parent’s insurance – auto and health.

Alas all the silver quarters I collected from the cash drawers I counted out every night was subsequently pilfered by my ex wife.

Worked in college for $1.25/hr and it paid my way: a dozen eggs were 33 cents, a gal gas was 29 cents, a good car was $300. Fiat printed money pays for Welfare/Warfare/WallStreet Fascism and until we get rid of the Federal Reserve System, we are just cheap whores to TPTB.

It isn’t a tax BG as it goes to banks as opposed to the government to fund Goliath. Our society has only so much intrinsic value. Money is printed or digitally summoned. Once an amount of paper exists representing that intrinsic value, any additional printing dilutes the value of your paper removing with no warning a fraction of your claim on intrinsic value.

FILTHY LUCRE (FRN’s) are not “money”, instead, paper – and increasingly DIGITAL – CURRENCY/”promissory notes” transferring DEBT/future financial obligations. Don’t believe it? It’s printed on EVERY FRN: “This NOTE is “legal tender” for all D-E-B-Ts, public and private”.
