5 Reasons We’re In This Mess

Guest Post by Hardscrabble Farmer

A lot of virtual ink has been spilled in the past couple of years trying to home in on the source of our discontent. In the past half century or so we’ve experienced quite a few disruptions to the system, exposing deep rifts that were plastered over more than a few times in the past. America is nothing if not the land of skeletons in closets and the more that people are told what they may or may not consider by their betters, the more threadbare the excuses become. Everything has a reckoning, it is the immutable force of creation that established the physics of all things. Every action and all that jazz.

We are in the midst of a very, very dangerous time. Anyone who still believes in the power of the vote to reconcile our differences has not been paying attention. The time for campaigning things away has come and gone and there will never- until this conflict settles matters in flesh and blood- be a coming together of one side with the other. It is purposeless at this point to reason with one another, sides have been clearly drawn and like a family dispute, everyone knows where everyone else stands on the matter.

The premise is simple; there are those who want the heritage America of the past and those who want another country altogether. Those aren’t views that can be reconciled and both sides are convinced that they hold the moral high ground. The conflict has a neo-theological feel to it. It has become a religion to many, the righting of historical wrongs on people living in the present and the only solution is final. There is no compromise with someone who wants you gone.

What most of us do not consider, however, is that all of this, every epic meltdown and scandalous exposure is all a part and parcel of a perfectly natural cycle that has been going on for as long as mankind has existed. It’s what we do. Maybe, if we begin to look at it from that perspective instead of taking it personally, we’ll be able to keep the wheels from falling off of our personal lives, even if everyone else loses theirs.

1) Conflict is why we’re successful as a species. Human beings are soft. We aren’t fast, we’ve got no armor, spines, poison or spray to defend ourselves from attack, our hearing and sense of smell is marginal at best and we’ve got neither fangs nor claws. It takes us more than a decade from our birth to be even nominally able to defend ourselves and when it gets dark our eyesight leaves us virtually blind. And yet we’re still here, more than that we’ve become the dominant species on the planet.

Every survival mechanism, every tool, every improvement we’ve come up with has been the result of our never ending conflict with climate, predators and each other. Our larger brains and co-operative natures worked wonders in coming up with things to equalize our weaknesses by turning inanimate objects into implements of conflict. Long periods of peace for collectives are like long periods of indolence for individuals.

It weakens us and leads to corruption of our spirit as human beings. If there’s no conflict, we create it. Never has it been more clear than in our modern era. Things are going so well that people are ready to engage in a revolution if people fail to use the preferred pronoun. This conflict isn’t something we can avoid, and it is, in fact, something we actually need.

2) Human beings manifest reality. Large numbers manifest it in a way that is supernatural. Events like Burning Man, the Battle of Cannae, those swirling masses of Mohammedans endlessly circling an obelisk of stone, a Taylor swift concert, those are not events made up of individuals, that is a bee hive swarm, an ant colony, a migration of butterflies. The shared joy or bloodlust that takes place on the scale of tens of thousands or even millions is an incomprehensible concept to the individual.

The anger that the current body politic feel for whatever bugbear they embrace is magnified, an ever expanding, anger that becomes societal in it’s dimensions until it cannot be contained any longer by the traditional methods of civility and lawful order. What has happened isn’t anyone’s particular fault, but we all played a role in creating it by buying a ticket to the show. Every tweet, every vote led inexorably to this place and once the collective golem has some life breathed into it, it takes on a form and life of it’s own and it will use us for it’s own ends.

3) Cycles apply to everything. There is no living thing under the Sun that can escape that reality. We are born, we grow, we age and we die. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Lather, wash, repeat. Human beings get to take the ride, but they don’t get to chose where they get on and off. The human cycles float along in Fourth Turnings and they follow them like a blueprint. Some get the best part of run and some get the caboose end and you get what you get and you don’t get upset. We just happen to live in the eponymous Fourth Turning. Please keep your hands inside and enjoy the ride.

4) It’s overdue. Let’s be brutally honest, this really comes down to a battle between good and batshit crazy. It’s never polite to be haughty or superior, but in this case we can make an exception. Sometimes a culture can go off the rails just a little bit and it spells the end of an entire economy and power base, think tulip bulbs, for example. Other times it’s Pol Pot’s Killing Fields. In most cases the trigger is unimportant, but the underlying problems, either of stress and endless poverty, like in Cambodia, or the excesses of too much of a good thing like the guys in wooden shoes went through. Like a good vomit after a night of heavy boozing it’s best to get it out of the system.

In our case the decade after decade of indulgent behavior, increasingly deranged public mores and the atrophy of comfort have turned us into a bloated and corpulent monstrosity in need of a intervention. America is the house that’s been left to the teenagers for the weekend and the parents names are Menendez. This time around the parents have gotten lazy and the kids have been deranged by too much of everything and they both have had enough. There’s no telling which side winds up victorious, but just about everyone on both sides of the divide are ready to rumble.

5) It’s all good, man. While no one knows how things are going to work out in the end, the odds are always in your favor. Civilizations rise and fall, states and nations come into existence and vanish with hardly a trace, but we’re still here. Just as humanity goes on when someone dies, individual lives go on amidst the ruins of fallen empires. Chances are most people will come out the other end, same as it ever was.

It’s always wisest to prepare for every eventuality and even then there are no guarantees, but those who pay attention to the signs and stay above the fray stand a much better chance of breaking on through to the other side, and if not us, hopefully our offspring. It’s a bummer to have to watch the end of what was a pretty bad ass civilization come tumbling down because muh feelings, but it beats a super volcano or an asteroid strike, not to say that those are not a possibility.

This is our time and this is our conflict and it will not be denied. We all must accept the role we’ve already played laying up piles of faggots at the base of the pyre and we must also live with the consequences. When things go medieval it’s going to require a different mindset than the one we brought with us from the 20th century. Let’s hope we are all ready for whatever comes our way.

HSF – thanks for that.

But re point #5, I respectfully disagree. Never in history have so many been so unable to survive a major disruption. If the power goes out for a sustained period, or if if the gas supply gets stopped, or if an EMP hits just right, etc., most people, at least in the US, will die.

In previous times, people were able to survive based on their agrarian skills, but let’s face it – they did not live long. The life span of humans was short compared to modern Americans. And agrarian skills are in very short supply these days, and people with the physical capacity to do such are as well.

Today, literally tens and perhaps hundreds of millions of Americans are entirely dependent on modern medicine and abundant energy in the form of electricity and fossil fuels for their existence. Interrupt that shit, and the die-off will be both swift and massive.

It is not all good, man. It is not good at all. The risk of an energy interruption may be small, but if it happens it will be catastrophic.

“The life span of humans was short compared to modern Americans.”

Not actually. What has happened is that infant mortality has been pushed down greatly, increasing average lifespan numbers. The people that survive childhood live about as long now as they did in antiquity.

Anon – just read that article. What bullshit. It in fact does not say how old people were when they died in an agrarian society. It just says that the average lifespan is oft understated because of infant mortality.

But anyone who thinks that average lifespan has not increased is wrong. Antibiotics, eradication and minimization of lots of disease, etc., have had massive impacts. Death by violence is way down. Not to mention the numbers that were killed going about farming, mining, etc.

This article and chart of life expectancy by age by century puts paid to The idea life expectancy has not increased, and markedly:

Walk in a graveyard where you read tombstones describing what battle of the Civil War the poor soul died in, and read the other epithets across the many decades. You will quickly estimate how long people lived in each era, and realize that in the 19th Century life was pretty hard and short. There will be many, many more infant tombstones compared to their siblings who grew to adulthood. Even the most successful men didn’t make it past their early 50’s. It’s really touching to see the ornamental perennials planted by a stone and realize it outlasted everybody by a hundred years or more.

Hardfarmer like Big Injun Chief I respectfully disagree .
You have left out the most important reason for our situation. And that be the Sin and Evil in the human heart. We have also abondon our Christian faith which was like the glue that held us White folks together. God also says when a society does what we have done His Holy wrath is sit in motion against that nation. War and social collapse is part of that judgement . In other words we have bought this upon ourselves.
Then we have allowed in to our nation millions of Third world bottom feeders who are here for free shit . They will never fit in to our nation. They will try to create their own. God does not uncourage this kind of race mixing. God sit borders between nation States and ethnic groups . There were very few interracial marriages in biblical history. Plus we have murdered some 50 million babies in this nation
Since 1973 . Read Psalms 139 to see how God views the unborn. Another important reason is that this has been planned since the founding of our nation . Out ” founding fathers ” were not who we were told . America secret destiny is to be the vehicle to bring in the New World order . Most of them were Freemasons with a completely different purpose in mind for our nation. I have learned some things about that group of men that is still hard for me to believe but it’s true. Time is to short to go into their mindset but what they put together they also meant for it to fall apart . This has all been planned and I haven’t even discuss Satan.
I like you Hardfarmer but you still have much to learn . Be good and I hope you are healing well. Will give you a call later down towards your get together.

Face it there is no GOD that gives a shit about anyone or anything. Just a false belief in something or someone that really cares. Look at the facts why do certain people live and others die. Because the God loves them? Bullshit. Does God reek vengeance on everyone with hurricanes and killing climate things? I think not. Does God ever help the poor and downtrodden, the weak and ill? No we as humans do, and there is no help or things proven elsewhere. Its like Global warming and Black lives mattering. Is this Gods work or mans futile efforts to live together. No there is no God that look benevolently down on you and helps you. It is only fools that live in hope and prayer that some power is going to save them. Dream on and pray, the shit is coming and God will not be at your side so you better have a gun!

That “shit” will be interrupted—imo, within the lifetimes of those reading here—no matter what happens. The cranky person will not ask whether it is “good” that all the tech-dependent people fall by the wayside, but why was it “good” to spend millions apiece keeping them alive in the first place (rhetorical question)?

Rhetorical answer: it was neither good nor bad; it only helped break down the maximum amount of energy gradients at the time. Less surplus energy to exploit: fewer needy humans able to be supported.

I agree #5 is not in favor of most humans. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

THE FATE OF EMPIRES
and
SEARCH FOR SURVIVAL
Sir John Glubb

It is short, freely available as a PDF, and predates 4th Turning by about 20 years. The author seems to indicate the life of an Empire is 225-250 years and lays out a step-by-step analysis.

As much as I am disturbed by the decline of this country and its morals, etc. I have come to the realization that is it truly a cycle– the 4 th Turning to the decline and fall of the Roman Empire. Man rises to unsustainable levels of wealth and debauchery and then it collapses. While I have accepted that part, I am still grappling with the outcome of the present decline and where that will leave all of us. As has been pointed out, those who are in denial have no chance, but I feel that even those who have tried to be aware and have prepared may be shit out of luck as well. Who knows? Out.

Have you ever looked into the phrase “Amen” and whether it is something found in the old manuscripts of the Bible ? Or perhaps added once the Romans adopted Christianity as its religion of choice with the Roman Catholic Church?

Only reason I ask is because it sounds a lot like Amon -Ra

There is more than 2 sides to this. 48% of all eligible voters do not vote. The remainder are divided evenly.

Bloodshed is not absolutely necessary. In any case, what is absolutely necessary are the 3 C (communication, coordination and cooperation). These 3 C are more powerful than any firearm.

There are many examples of using the 3C. Poland’s solidarity movement comes to mind first.

If we all stop voting the Government looses it legitimacy.
If we all stop paying our taxes they can’t pay their mercenaries.

With the 3 C, we could win this from the comfort of our homes, but we “all” have to be on the same page and circle the wagons if they try to come after us individually. Blood isn’t necessary.

Apostrophes are similar to commas farmer and if you use them all up by putting them into the wrong places you will use up your lifetime allotment and then like me you will be forced to scrimp on the use of punctuation until all your words simply line up and march toward the reader without pause.

There is a lot to think about here and after my stepson’s wedding tomorrow, I will try to think.

Guys, this is just an aside. I probably won’t be on the website for a while. My son has been sick for two weeks. He’s at the beach with his dad, working during the spring break, so I had his dad take him to the doctor. The doctor thinks it’s either walking pneumonia or leukemia (which is a cancer of the blood) because he has a lump on the lymph gland under his arm. We’ll find out tomorrow when they meet with the doctor again. His dad sent me a copy of the blood work results and they don’t look bad, so I hope that’s not the case. Please pray for Chase.

Possibly a little Albuterol on the side for good measure The lymph node thing by itself is not an indicator of cancer…and I pray that is not case here (the leukemia thing).

We will never overcome the plague of elitism, if we can’t stop criticizing each others difference. All those people coming across the boarder are victims of the elitism and corruption we are all complaining about. If we start going after each other when the elite squeeze us, then there is no chance in hell for any of us. I certainly do not like it when they come into this country illegally, but you cannot loose sight who is responsible for their plight. They did not make the rules that impoverished them and drove them in our direction.

We don’t need a wall to stop these people. No. We need to remove the people in power that have failed to bring them a respectable level of prosperity to keep them all in the place they truly love-their own homelands.

Take a close look at them, because in due time you will be them.

We should not be asking why our immigration laws are so bad. We should be asking why is there no prosperity in the midst of all this abundance?

I’ll download it and post later. It’s what every police department and press outlet cold ever ask for, the “why did he do it” laid out in 74 pages- although it was extremely repetitive in areas, same wording repeated two and three times- but it was clear as a bell. He said it was revenge for the invasion by Muslims of the historic homelands of Europeans. He mentioned specifically the Muslim attack in Nice which killed more than he did, and the never ending rapes and murders of Europeans at the hands of Islamic invaders. He also said he hoped it would move US Progressives to try and repeal the 2nd amendment in a case of overreach in the hopes of sparking a civil war in the US along racial and ideological lines. And then there was the tongue in cheek part of placing the impetus for his crimes on Candace Owens although no one in the media is going to read it that way.

He said that if the political class was going to force these invaders on us, sooner or later those being displaced were going to react violently to their erasure and that he was just an opening salvo.

Hmmm, I’ll look for it. It all sounds like a plan from 1871:

“The third world war must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the “agentur” of the “Illuminati” between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained. physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time.”

I’m always amazed by people who can put together long and meaningful articles like this, probably because the best I can come up with is a paragraph, maybe two. People like admin and HSF are blessed with an ability most of us wish we had.

But I do have a better than most vision of why things go down as they do… and I attribute that to my discovery 40 years ago of The Urantia Book. At more than 2000 pages it is a daunting task to get thru it all, especially part one which is a treatises on the nature and attributes of God. One can read a sentence over and over again and still not grasp it’s meaning…(Those who are responsible for bringing the book to the human race say that it’s not meant for this age but the next once we’ve passed thru this most dangerous time). Some will benefit more than others with a read of the book. I recommend a through reading in it’s entirety, again and again, you’ll gain more with each reading as your inner guide is able to more fully communicate with you. You’ll also benefit by joining a study group. You likely live near one as they’re all over the world. The foundation in Chicago is responsible for seeing that the book is translated into the languages of the realm.

“white privilege” is CHILD ABUSE ….. it is is a deliberate RACIST attack on the self image of White children.
“white privilege” is pure Racist Bullying …… tearing down others rather than lifting yourself up.
“SJW” spreading the White privilege” MYTH are bullies and mind rapists who use their position of “authority” to create Low Self Esteem, and Negative Self Worth in the minds of those entrusted to their care. They are deliberately damaging your children. These SJW’s are the “kin” of priests and athletic coaches who use their positions of “authority” to sexually assault their wards and SJWs also belong in prison. Those who promote this HATE-message are Passive Aggressive cancers attacking the Healthy Life cells around them. Any professor spouting this “mind rape” should be hung off their Ivory Tower.
What is to be said about the mental health of those who denigrate and despise their own ancestors in order to feel good? Too shallow minded to consider things from their own ancestor’s viewpoint … they would not even BE save for those they despise.
How about a psychiatrist write up a study on the mental state of people who hate their own people …. who have such low self esteem and loath themselves so much they just want to destroy themselves ….. “White self- HATERS” are suicidal.

“2) Human beings manifest reality. The shared joy or bloodlust that takes place on the scale of tens of thousands or even millions is an incomprehensible concept to the individual.”

NEWS BRIEF: “Bush Inaugural Address”, CNN, January 21, 2001.
“After the Declaration of Independence was signed, Virginia statesman John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson: ‘We know the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. Do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?’ ”
When I listened to President George W. Bush make this statement, I nearly came to my feet in excitement. I was positive that he was not quoting the Bible, even though it sounded like he might be. I was very sure that the Bible had no instance where an angel was depicted as riding in the whirlwind and directing any storm. As often as the Illuminati depicts Lucifer as an “angel”, I was certain this statement was code, directed at occultists throughout the world.”

The various tribes that reassemble after the conflagration will have leaders that will have to provide goods and services necessary to keep their group loyal. Do you think they will care how they obtain these things? Kindly folk will be preyed upon by the manipulators same as always, only the outcomes will be much sadder and permanent.

Good news. The lab report came back and Leukemia is ruled out. Chase is being treated for walking pneumonia and he’s already starting to feel better and he’s back to work. We’ve been through hell the last three days waiting for those results. We’re wrung out, but extremely happy.

I wish doctors wouldn’t scare you to death until there’s actually something to be scared about. The same thing happened with my ex about six months ago. He had blood in his urine, doctor told him it was probably cancer and if didn’t get treatment, he’d be dead by Christmas. Scared him practically to death. I told him find another doctor. It ended up being a kidney stone and he had out-patient surgery to crush it so it could pass. So we were put through all that tension and waiting then, too.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes. You guys are great.

I use natural medicine but Chase will only consent to certain things. When he first told me he was sick with a fever while at school, I told him to start taking powered garlic capsules since they are a natural antibiotic and to come home to see the doctor. He said, well… And that was pretty much the end of that. But I will suggest your remedy to him.

During the first visit, the doctor put him on an antibiotic and a steroid (not sure what that was for, unless to give him energy?). But he’s feeling better, so that is the important thing. He’ll have to eat a lot of yogurt when he finishes the antibiotic.

I’m going to write down your remedy for future use because I’ve never read of putting oregano and garlic together. Good idea. Thank you so much, and thank you for your prayers.

The steroids promote appetite and reduce inflammation. He probably prescribed it for the swollen lymph node issue you mentioned earlier.

Thank you for that information. It certainly increased his appetite. His dad said he prepared a full breakfast this morning while Chase was getting ready for work and he ate very well.

Thank you so much, Anonymous. Right now, he’s in Myrtle Beach staying with his dad during spring break. He has a job there during breaks, holidays and summer. I’ll have to save it for when I see him next. 🙂

Swollen glands abound sometimes but I didn’t want to say it would be ok because you never know. But when you said the Dr told him it was either pneumonia or cancer I was thinking WTF??? Even my obgyn didn’t say that about the big lump in my breast when she found it. She was visibly nervous, though.
Sorry I’m behind the curve. Been out of town at an elderberry growing conference.

I know, that’s what scared us. I don’t know why the doctors don’t wait until they at least have some evidence, like lab test results, that would warrant concern. They may suspect, but they don’t know until tests show something.
That elderberry growing conference sounds cool. I use that when I have a cold, flu, etc. It’s good stuff. I’m think of growing elderberry this year as well.

You can grow a few bushes just for yourself and make your own syrup. It’s pretty easy. They seem to be fairly easy to grow. They need lots of water, though.

I was looking at a gardening site and it said you need to plant at least two for good pollination. I’m not sure if I’ll have room for two because I’ll be planting other things as well, unless I keep them really trimmed back. I’ve been buying bottles of the syrup each winter but would love to make my own.

Fantastic prose, as usual, but also a terrific First Principles analysis of why we are here.

“If there’s no conflict, we create it.” If there is a pithier way to sum up our current circumstance from a historical perspective I haven’t heard it.

“Human beings manifest reality. Large numbers manifest it in a way that is supernatural.” I have had many thoughts around this concept and expressed a few of them here from time to time. The fact of this greater-than-the-sum-of-its-parts form of communal manifestation cannot be denied and the mechanism certainly transcends known physics. Supernatural is a much maligned (reasonably or not) word….lately, I have become more inclined to use transcendent. The distinction may only really be possible in the great misty reaches of thought beyond what words may express (or merely beyond my own ability to express them) but I think it is real nonetheless.

Our collapse is not natural.

From 1920 to 1960 the marriage rate and violent crime rates were virtually the same.
Today the first is way down while the second is way up.

What happened?

If social trends were actually real than why didn’t things like World War Two and the Great Depression make a dent in the statistics?

After 1960 TV came online and the culture became a weapon of mass Christian destruction by people who are not Christian.

With TV societal ills like divorce and drug use were promoted and normalized to the masses.

In every statistic committed marriage is shown to be pivotal in achieving a stable sane non criminal happy human life so why is it not promoted?

We have public service announcements about not cutting your veggies on the meat board yet none espouse the single greatest thing you can do to make yourself healthier wealthier and wise?

Why not? They forgot?

No. It’s because the people who run television want Christianity wiped out.

Also ask yourself where did LSD come from? Some really smart hippie whipped it up in his Scooby van? No it was designed in a government lab by scores of highly trained PHD government chemists. Why? Why would the government invent and disseminate it?

Because the government also hates Christianity and wants to wipe it out.

All this didn’t just happen. The 60s. Sex drugs and rock and roll. It was a government operation. The media also run by the government only pretended it was a trend. that’s what they do.

Christian human beings unmolested and left to their own devices have a natural born desire to be decent stable respectful people generation after generation.

We were hit from the outside while we were asleep.

Mike,

Wow! Great comments!

All this didn’t just happen. The 60s. Sex drugs and rock and roll. It was a government operation. The media also run by the government only pretended it was a trend. that’s what they do.

Academia helped “Holly” wood-land and the television “programming” that led to the greatest boondoggle, up until “Too Big To Fail ” banks socializing their losses to U.S. CITIZENS by being bailed out through criminal, immoral, financial shenanigans to the tune of TRILLIONS of the currency that possesses SOLE global “reserve currency “…the U.S. Bretton Woods agreed upon “petro” dollar ….

The Baby Boom generation’s anger over Vietnam and the draft was pacified, sedated, distracted, then NORMALIZED.

As you mentioned this is normalized by “pretending it was a trend”…a very powerful spell has been conjured and maintained….the impact the television and now the internet has had on information diffusion and assimilation is coupled with the power of Hollywoodland IS what has led us to this point in History.

Magician’s wands are said to be made of “holly” wood due to its magical attributes.

Exactly dude.

How does the media work? How does advertising work?

Peer pressure.

You are shown a brand new product and are told everyone can’t get enough of this! Everyone loves this! Don’t miss out!

But how can everyone love it if it is brand new?

Whatever comes out of the media we assume incorrectly that there has been some debate and a society wide consensus has been reached about it. Nothing could be further from the truth!

Think of the War of The World hoax in the 30s. People thought that we were under alien invasion because people assume (wrongly) that everything that comes out of the tv and radio is true.

The fact of the matter is that the people who are at the microphone can say anything at all knowing that the public will assume that their messages are benign.

The media makes bank on this trick!

The media doesn’t describe a trend that’s actually happening. It invents the trends! The media says this or that is what everyone is now doing in order to get people to do it.

For example if it said on all the networks people right now are amassing in Times Square to protest Trump people would start going to Times Square to protest Trump.

They’ve been pulling this scam since media was invented.

Some non Christian scumbag Bernaisse (who was the nephew of another non Christian scumbag named Sigmund Freud) was hired by the tobacco industry to get women to smoke in the 1920s. How did he do it? He called up the media and said something history making will happen today at noon the corner of 42nd and Fifth Avenue. Then he hired a group of women to stand at the corner of 42nd and Fifth at noon take out cigarettes light them up and say “These are torches of freedom!” The next day all the papers said women stage cigarette protest for more freedom on Fifth Avenue!

If the media was run by the Amish most people would now be busy putting up barns and knitting quilts!

The whole thing is a scam.

Before the media people made rational decisions about what they saw with their own eyes in the physical reality right around them. Media allowed the trick of saying “But this is happening over here” to totally screw with people. How do we know if something is happening anywhere? Because they said so? But people can lie right? And they do.

“See to it that you do not refuse Him who is speaking. For if those did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape who turn away from Him who warns from heaven.

And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, “YET ONCE MORE I WILL SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH, BUT ALSO THE HEAVEN.” This expression, “Yet once more,” denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, so that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” Hebrews 12:25-27

“Chances are most people will come out the other end, same as it ever was.”

I appreciate the expression of optimism, but the nature of a Fourth Turning always involves a lot of people “not coming out the other end”. I suppose it is reasonable to wonder how many in this particular Fourth Turning.

Thank you very much. It’s no inconvenience though, my family and friends- as well as so many good folks around here-have made this a once in a lifetime opportunity for me while I’ve been on the mend. I never would have asked for it, but I’m oddly grateful for having been given this time to work on something I always hoped I’d get around to.

For the past couple weeks or so, I had been thinking over and over “It’s too quiet. It’s been quiet for sometime now.” I was had been trying to remember when the last event similar to New Zealand had happened. Was it Parkland?

So much for the quiet. These things must keep happening so the end game can be realized. I wonder if they are starting to become desperate and they are slipping. Are people becoming wise to the games or is it just my imagination?

I guess we shall see soon enough.
