WEEKS WHERE DECADES HAPPEN

“There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen.”Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

“A Crisis mood does not guarantee that the new governing policies will be well designed or will work as intended.

To the contrary: Crisis eras are studded with faulty leadership and inept management—from President Lincoln’s poor record of choosing generals to President Roosevelt’s colossal blunders with such alphabet soup agencies as the AAA, NRA, and WPA.

What makes a Crisis special is the public’s willingness to let leaders lead even when they falter and to let authorities be authoritative even when they make mistakes.

Wars become more likely and are fought with efficacy and finality. The risk of revolution is high—as is the risk of civil war, since the community that commands the greatest loyalty does not necessarily coincide with political (or geographic) boundaries. Leaders become more inclined to define enemies in moral terms, to enforce virtue militarily, to refuse all compromise, to commit large forces in that effort, to impose heavy sacrifices on the battlefield and home front, to build the most destructive weapons contemporary minds can imagine, and to deploy those weapons if needed to obtain an enduring victory.” – Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

The quote by Lenin has been reverberating in my conscience for the last few weeks. I believe the quote from Strauss & Howe provides context to what has happened and will happen as this Fourth Turning advances towards its climax. I began a new role in my organization two weeks ago, after only seven months in my previous role. I’ve been in non-stop crisis meetings, as this coronavirus pandemic has flipped everyone’s world upside down. As of Thursday, we were ordered to work from home.

Governor Wolf essentially shut down every business in the state, except for food stores, gas stations, and healthcare facilities. I await the imminent shelter in place order and the National Guard patrolling the streets. My wife and youngest son have been laid off from their restaurant jobs. My other two sons are in IT and can work remotely. As a virtual recluse, even when there isn’t a pandemic, my life hasn’t changed much. I’m saving 90 minutes of commuting per day and getting more exercise as we have been taking long walks every day.

I’ve been writing about our ongoing crisis for over ten years, so it’s not really a shock to me the shit has finally hit the fan. I certainly didn’t expect a global pandemic to be the catalyst for part two of this Fourth Turning. But, I’m sure most people didn’t see Hitler’s invasion of Poland leading to a world war resulting in 65 million deaths when they were just living their lives in early 1939.

It was ten years into the last Fourth Turning and the Great Depression was ongoing for average Americans, but the stock market had soared and GDP had been propped up by massive government stimulus and Federal Reserve easy money. Intense nationalism had begun spreading across the globe. Sound familiar? The specific events which catapult the world during Fourth Turnings are different, but the reaction of generations and leaders are eerily similar.

I’ve felt like nothing happened in the last decade as the Fed and politicians in DC were able to issue tens of trillions in debt to postpone the inevitable consequences of living beyond our means for the last forty years. As my warnings about the future failed to materialize on the timeline I expected, I began to doubt my own reasoning and thought process.

As the stock market rose 400%, the Fed balance sheet quadrupled to $4.5 trillion, the national debt doubled to $23 trillion, student loan debt tripled to $1.6 trillion, credit card debt reached a new high of $1.1 trillion, auto loans reached a new high of $1.2 trillion, corporate debt surged to a new high of $10 trillion (50% higher than 2008 high), home prices soared above their 2005 bubble highs, and the Fed suppressed interest rates to inflate the everything bubble, I stayed on the sidelines – because I’m a stubborn SOB.

Those who didn’t stay on the sidelines were the executives of Wall Street Too Big To Trust banks, Boeing, the airlines, oil companies and virtually every mega-corporation in the S&P 500. They used the Fed’s easy money to borrow and repurchase $7 trillion of their own stock over the last ten years. The effect was to propel stock prices and valuations to all-time highs, resulting in obnoxiously outrageous pay packages and bonuses for the egomaniacal greedy CEOs and their toady kiss ass lackeys.

It also left most mega-corps with mega amounts of debt and no cash on their balance sheets. With the Fed having their back, no need to invest in old fashioned things like new facilities or research and development. Financialization cured everything and enriched the oligarchs. No need to prepare for a downturn, because the Fed had outlawed downturns. Yellen assured us there wouldn’t be another financial crisis in her lifetime. I guess she died in February.

Just over three weeks ago on February 26, the conclusion to my article Spirits in the Material World was as follows:

“As this coronavirus brings our interconnected global just in time economy to a halt and millions once again see their 401ks evaporate, materialism will lose the admiration of the masses and people will begin to realize humanity can only survive and thrive if we adjust our priorities towards liberty, reason, responsibility, and doing what’s right today in order to leave a viable future for our children. The dark clouds of a monster storm on the horizon beckons. We will be forced to make difficult choices. Hopefully, enough people will make the right choices.”

This was before the authorities began to take the coronavirus seriously. On February 24, Trump gave his authoritative view of the virus and the stock market’

“The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA. … Stock market starting to look very good to me” – Donald J. Trump – February 24

Two days later, he proclaimed the pandemic over in the U.S.

“When you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero. That’s a pretty good job we’ve done.” – Donald J. Trump – February 26

The titans of Wall Street believed the the president’s investment advice propelling the markets to all-time highs in late February, making my assessment appear wrong once again. Then it seemed like decades happened in the last three weeks.

We exited the eye of the hurricane and have seen our ship of state capsized, as an immense wave of reality has destroyed the delusions of millions and exposed the Fed as a feckless fraud, manned by reckless academics following the orders of a banking cabal and their corporate cronies. All while the corporate media propaganda mouthpieces of the oligarchy use panic, fear and misinformation to lead the masses towards their desired outcome – more governmental control and more wealth and power for the ruling oligarchs.

So here we are, less than a month since all-time highs in the stock market, in the midst of the fastest bear market in history (down 32% in three weeks), with GDP in the 2nd quarter expected to be at least NEGATIVE 15%, unemployment headed towards 20%, restaurants and retailers shutdown, and large portions of the country on mandatory lockdown. Major cities resemble ghost towns.

Those running this country (and the world), whether elected, unelected, or invisible to the common people, have chosen to use this global pandemic to purposely create a global depression in order to “save us” from the 1% to 3% possibility of death. Their mainstream media messengers of the pandemic narrative declare we must follow the orders of those who never saw this coming and had no preparations in place beforehand. As usual, they use the tactics of fear propaganda to herd the sheep towards the slaughterhouse. Small businesses must go bankrupt and tens of millions must lose their jobs in order to stop this Chinese virus. But, who ultimately benefits?

I’m afraid Carl Sagan’s fears voiced twenty-five years ago are proving to be prescient. We became a service economy built on consumption, while outsourcing manufacturing to China (97% of our antibiotics produced in China), allowing corporate globalists and financiers to gain control, dumbing down the populace, and allowing ourselves to be controlled by invisible puppeteers using the corporate media to spew their propaganda. We are sliding into darkness.

Image result for dumbing down of america

“I have a foreboding of an America in my children’s or grandchildren’s time — when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what’s true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness…

The dumbing down of American is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance”Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark – 1995

The Strauss and Howe quote at the beginning of this article points out the new government policies used to address the Crisis are often not well thought out or implemented. But the Grey Champion leaders (Lincoln, FDR, Trump) use their overwhelming authority to ram through whatever policies, laws, or executive orders they believe will achieve their desired outcomes.

The U.S. Constitution is conveniently ignored when our leaders want something done immediately. Each Fourth Turning has resulted in less freedom and liberty for the average person and more power and control for the Federal government and those who control the Federal government. It is all justified as responding to a crisis created by the very policies they implemented, creating the crisis in the first place. In every case, the citizens are the losers and bankers, corporatists, globalists and bureaucrats are the winners.

The incompetence and overreach of our government overlords has never been more evident. The worst fears of the supposed “conspiracy theorists” when we were outraged by government thugs flaunting the Fourth Amendment and bursting into citizens homes during the Boston Marathon bombing debacle are now coming to fruition. That test run revealed to those in control they could lockdown an entire city and use paramilitary forces to enforce martial law.

They are now preparing to do the same across our entire nation. And you thought this could only occur in dictatorships, like China. Notice how the mainstream media is praising China for their brutal lockdown of Wuhan and now the lies about no more cases in all of China. They truly believe the gullibility of a dumbed down populace has no limits. They may be in for a rude awakening from the coming pushback. There are many critical thinking Americans who are not going to fall for it once again.

Image result for boston marathon bombing 4th amendment

I have read the views of dozens of critical thinking people I respect regarding this Chinese coronavirus. Their views vary widely, with the majority leaning towards the gravity of this pandemic. It most certainly started in China, either through an accidental release from their military bio-weapon lab in Wuhan or through their odd tastes for “exotic” food, like bat soup.

The most crucial fact is they knew about the outbreak in December, but covered it up, silenced the doctors who spoke out, lied to the WHO, and allowed infected citizens to travel around the globe silently spreading the virus. Eventually they used their dictatorial control to militarily lockdown Wuhan and other hotspots in their country. Their government-controlled media then went into high gear, blaming the U.S. for the spread and now lying that there are no new cases – completely believed and regurgitated by the propaganda fake news media in the U.S.

The virus is not a hoax. It is a serious illness that is killing people in every country in the world. The question is how far do we need to go in order to stop its spread and eradicate it. There is one side saying to just go on with our lives and accept that a large number of people will die, but the vast majority (95% to 99%) will recover. If 40% of the population is infected, the number of deaths in the U.S. would likely be between 1.3 million and 6.6 million. That is between .4% and 2% of our population.

Image result for 1918 spanish flu

There was only one year since 1900 when the population of this country declined – 1918 – the year of the Spanish flu pandemic. Global death toll estimates were in the tens of millions. Approximately 28% of the U.S. population was infected and between 500,000 and 700,000 died, or .48% to .64% of the population. Our leaders did not shutdown the country. They stoically trudged forward, dealing with the negative consequences, living their lives, going to work, with the country experiencing a mild economic downturn in 1919. The virus suddenly disappeared as quickly as it had appeared.

This is not how our leaders will approach the coronavirus pandemic. Cuomo, Newsome, Wolf, and Murphy (all Democrat governors) have essentially locked down four of the biggest states in the country. Trump and the Federal government are fully supportive of shutting down every “non-essential” business in the country. Of course, they get to define non-essential. The Hollywood left wing lunatics are all over social media cheering on the government enforced lockdown. Now the corporate media is outraged at people daring to disregard the orders of their overlords, going to parks and beaches.

Image result for see something say something

Their goal is to turn the masses against each other – remember “See something, say something.” At first it was about terrorists, but now that the dumbed down masses have been indoctrinated, it will be reporting your neighbor to the authorities for leaving his house without authorization. We are now only days from martial law. This isn’t a crazy conspiracy theory. Your beloved government is drawing up plans as we speak. Just as the Patriot Act was already written before 9/11 and ready to be implemented, the blueprint for martial law is written, just waiting for the perfect opportunity to be executed. The time has arrived.

Strauss and Howe’s analogy of what a Fourth Turning would be like is very much apt to what we are experiencing at this very moment, just replacing blizzard with pandemic.

“Reflect on what happens when a terrible winter blizzard strikes. You hear the weather warning but probably fail to act on it. The sky darkens. Then the storm hits with full fury, and the air is a howling whiteness. One by one, your links to the machine age break down. Electricity flickers out, cutting off the TV. Batteries fade, cutting off the radio. Phones go dead. Roads become impossible, and cars get stuck. Food supplies dwindle. Day to day vestiges of modern civilization – bank machines, mutual funds, mass retailers, computers, satellites, airplanes, governments – all recede into irrelevance. Picture yourself and your loved ones in the midst of a howling blizzard that lasts several years. Think about what you would need, who could help you, and why your fate might matter to anybody other than yourself. That is how to plan for a saecular winter. Don’t think you can escape the Fourth Turning. History warns that a Crisis will reshape the basic social and economic environment that you now take for granted.”Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

I would venture to say this Crisis is truly reshaping the basic social and economic environment we have taken for granted for the last few decades. This week, the same corrupt politicians who rammed through TARP and bailed out the criminal Wall Street banks in 2008/2009 and threw you under the bus, will pass a massive $2 trillion stimulus package written by banking and corporate lobbyists that no one voting on it has read – let alone the American public.

We were already running a $1 trillion deficit, so what’s a $3 trillion deficit among friends? Here’s how it will play out. The criminal bankers and connected mega-corporations will reap the benefits of their crimes. When this is over, millions of small businesses will be gone, and the mega-corporations will reap the bonanza over the carcasses of small business owners.

The propaganda media will tout the few thousand bucks thrown at the plebs who have lost their jobs and the billions in loans to keep small businesses afloat. Meanwhile, the Wall Street bankers and the mega-corporations will receive trillions in bailouts either directly from the taxpayers or behind the scenes from the Fed. The very same executives who used debt to buyback $7 trillion of their own stock will be rewarded for their outrageous greed and stupidity by being bailed out by you – AGAIN.

Granny will get .10% on her savings, if there is anything left, and the Wall Street banks will borrow at 0%, while charging 17% on the skyrocketing credit card balances of the clueless plebs. Trump, his apparatchiks, and the other bloviating Congress pigs will declare no buybacks and no bonuses for the corporate executives. It will be allowed, once the ignorant masses are once again sedated and distracted with bread and circuses. They plan on the pillaging going on unabated. If we allow the same people who created this economic chaos through excessive debt creation and captured politicians who have wasted trillions on a military industrial complex surveillance state to provide the solutions, we deserve our fate.

I’m seething with anger at how the financiers and central bankers have destroyed my country and the economic future of my children. We are experiencing a never-ending corporate coup and a deeply entrenched Deep State foiling any attempts to reform the system. I’m certainly concerned about the health of my family, friends and fellow citizens. This virus has killed and will kill many people.

We have elderly parents. My wife and I are in the high-risk category as she has serious auto-immune issues and I have diabetes. I’ve only been with my new employer for nine months. If this gets worse, the new guys will be laid off first. Do I think our Constitutional rights should be over-turned due to the threat of a virus? Absolutely not. Once we relinquish our rights and liberties to an authoritarian government, we will never get them back. Look what has happened since 9/11. Do you feel safer?

Image result for patriot act

As this Fourth Turning speeds towards its ultimate rendezvous with destiny sometime within the next decade, I only see dreadful choices ahead. A massive stimulus package will be passed. The incompetent puppets at the Fed will print and pretend to have everything under control, until one day in the near future when Powell pulls a Bud Dwyer (google it if you don’t get the reference) during one of his monthly press conferences.

The nation will be put under martial law lockdown. If they somehow can get the virus under control in a couple weeks through pure luck or a miracle treatment, they may be able to keep control for a while longer. But, if this lockdown extends to a month, the natives will become restless and begin to cast off their chains. They will begin to disobey and revolt. Then, just as the scene played out in V for Vendetta, someone will do something stupid and the dominoes will fall.

Image result for v for vendetta little girl gets shot

All it will take is a trigger-happy National Guardsman to kill an innocent American daring to break a curfew and all hell will begin to break loose. Those long lines at gun stores across the country are not a vote of confidence in our government. There are a lot of pissed off Americans with guns who know the identity of the culprits. High gates and penthouse doormen will not protect them. Faith in the leadership of this country is waning. People are helping each other and learning they can’t depend on the government.

Image result for v for vendetta dominoes gif

Our economic situation was already unsustainable before our leaders purposely chose to create this second Great Depression. The country had very little debt entering the twin emergencies of the Great Depression and World War II. We don’t have that luxury this time. These desperate fiscal and monetary measures will not work. Trust in the financial system is plummeting. Tens of millions are seeing their retirement savings evaporate in a matter of weeks – again.

As the domestic situation worsens, what will our reckless, arrogant, egomaniacal leaders do? They will capitalize on the anger towards China and try to provoke a military engagement with them, and probably Russia through NATO. Nothing like a war to distract the people from being screwed by their leaders. Plus, it would have the added benefit of employing disgruntled young men as cannon fodder – oh I mean heroes.

Strauss and Howe were certainly accurate in their assessment of the risks on the horizon. Up until now, this Fourth Turning seemed rather sedate and slow moving. But decades worth of events just happened in the last three weeks and we are headed into a whirlwind of trouble, with the fate of our country hanging in the balance. Are you ready to fight for a better future? It’s time to decide. It’s time to take control away from those who have failed us.

“The risk of catastrophe will be very high. The nation could erupt into insurrection or civil violence, crack up geographically, or succumb to authoritarian rule. If there is a war, it is likely to be one of maximum risk and effort – in other words, a total war. Every Fourth Turning has registered an upward ratchet in the technology of destruction, and in mankind’s willingness to use it.” – Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

Image result for fourth turning risk of catastrophe

“History offers no guarantees. Obviously, things could go horribly wrong – the possibilities ranging from a nuclear exchange to incurable plagues, from terrorist anarchy to high-tech dictatorship. We should not assume that Providence will always exempt our nation from the irreversible tragedies that have overtaken so many others: not just temporary hardship, but debasement and total ruin. Losing in the next Fourth Turning could mean something incomparably worse. It could mean a lasting defeat from which our national innocence – perhaps even our nation – might never recover.” Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

I spent this afternoon hearing about forced closure and work at home from people, they fear their companies will close for good. Cuomo in NY says it will be 9 months, if that is true, small business is gone forever and UBI will be the income for the masses.

Try to wrap your mind around 50-60% unemployment and the sheer desperation.

As much as I would like to talk about how we got here. Why bother. This is a crisis. The further on we go the more it will be felt. I have heard too many people being clever with comments. Met too many unwilling to face the situation. The younger age group does not think it will even affect them. In 3 months time, this disease wrecked havoc worldwide. More of that will come. Miracle cures? Antivirus ? Some cures have come out but people are still dying and rapidly. Control? How can everyone just stay home ? Finances? Hope I am wrong but seems like the fourth turning / first horseman / broken seal. The dots match up. I was wondering how we lasted this long with 7.8 billion people all with normal needs. All we needed to make the world truly go crazy was a crisis like this

No 4th Turning without the elimination of the Federal Reserve System, fiat currency, and banking as we know it. Eventually we’re gonna have to make something as a nation besides War, Waste, Wall Street, and Welfare and it has been our fake money system that has for 100 years supported these 4 pillars of the Status Quo. Solutions Are Obvious
Solutions Are Obvious
March 22, 2020 6:22 pm

Just wait till the Dollar starts to weaken due to rampant currency creation. The Dollar is king now because it’s the cleanest dirty shirt available. Just wait.

The virus is the immediate event that led the political class to kill the economy. The economy is mortally wounded, but hasn’t hit the pavement yet. It will take some time for the inevitable effects to be realized by the average person and the Fed will once again attempt to paper over the crisis with more currency poison. At some point it will no longer work.

The US economy has been on life support for years to decades depending on how one wants to measure it. At no time in the last 40 years has the economy actually been healthy. As bankruptcies accumulate around the globe, the need for dollars evaporates because once someone throws in the towel the debt is noncollectable and there’s no need to go hunting for dollars to service it.

Once dollar demand falters, dollar will rush back into the US to buy up whatever it can to turn green pieces of paper into things with intrinsic value. Expect prices to rise with the influx and once that subsides, watch prices crash when few are bidding. The whole time, the Fed will be creating currency and at one point, deflation will turn into hyperinflation. This whipsaw environment can happen on its own timetable.

The last change in direction will be hyperinflation and the dollars demise. A shooting war, probably with China and Russia is a possibility to function as a distraction. The recent demonization of those countries suggests the plans are already being worked on.

There is a whole generation that does not know what money is. That having a paper currency backed by gold is. They do not understand the value of a dollar. They only understand tulipmania. Some other person will buy their stuff at a higher rate. Many in the other generation have been brainwashed gold is not a store of wealth and is not currency. All wallstreet, banks, cpa’s and attorney’s believe in wallstreet only. Only with hyperinflation will they then get it. When the business owner first thinks he is making money only to find out he cannot replenish his inventory with yesterdays gains will he go to a PM backed sale. Then shtf.

Gov’ts allowed bankers to create a fraud known as fractional reserve banking; a fancy name for create money out of thin air. The political class loves the ability to cheat workers to purchase votes from the human trash in the society by just handing out newly created ‘money’ to them.

Very few people understand the currency creation system that actually benefits only the gov’t and finance. Everyone else loses.

There should be no such thing as ‘currency’. Why must every gov’t have their own currency when gold and silver have been used for millennia as true money?

We need the entire banking edifice to crumble so we can return to an economy where things are sold not in dollars or euros but in G:S:C, grams of gold, ounces of silver and ounces of copper. That would make arbitrage impossible, would get gov’t out of the money business, would kill the lunacy of fractional reserve banking where the bankers get to gamble with what represents our labor – our savings. The added benefit would be that the human trash in the society would have no support. Sink, swim, drop dead those become the options. Gov’ts couldn’t start wars because they would have to be paid for in G:S:C, not some bits in a computer.

Sound money would essentially kill off predatory gov’t and their current enablers, the banking/finance empire.

Fiat “printing” allows TPTB to steal a part of your savings or financial capital without a vote, a robbery or the Sheriff of Nottingham’s goon squad.
A Gold Standard requires a vote or a physical robbery which would very quickly get the majority paying close attention to governmental antics.
Treadmill studies of shrimp and ridiculous crap like that would never happen if it required you approving and handing over a milligram of your Gold for it. When all they have to do is digitally summon up some more fiat which takes a tiny slice of the value of your “money” without so much as a “by your leave” you are totally unprotected.

Let me bring fractional reserve currency and fiat (fist) dollar down to a basic level. If gold/Silver or actual currency there will be only one other currency available and that would be labor. Barter if you will. Fractional reserve currency is similar to a Vanderbilt did when he owned everything and he provided homes for all of his laborers for rent he build them a house the only houses in the area and overcharge them so their labor was reduced as to what it could be that is exactly what the government does to your dollar Fractional reserve currency is similar to what Vanderbilt did when he owned everything and he provided homes for all of his laborers for rent he built the house the only houses in the area and overcharge them so their labor was reduced as to what it could buy that is exactly what the government does to your dollar With inflation. They tax everything and make Inflation policy.

Under the Vanderbilt system the bankers would get Vanderbilt dollars to wage bets on who would produce more and then make bets on that. Then others would bet on the bet and one would win one would lose and so on. That is the derivatives market everyone is betting on a bet on a bet on a bet using only one dollar that represented someone else’s labor. Because the elites refuse to get their hands dirty they bet on the mud peoples labor in some form or fashion. Until it falls apart. Then they own everything. Then they all go to war with each other like kings did. The stronger king in the nation next-door always wanted his neighbors assets. It continued until it got so bad when the people were starving till the peasants picked up pitchforks and then it restarted every single time. This time is no different. Just in a more modern age. It always comes down to resources and labor.

Picking up the pitchforks was a fine idea when there were many pitchfork holders and few guards with slightly better built for purpose weaponry. It was a fine idea when things got so bad there was no possible alternative to a last ditch effort. Today things are different.

Today, replacing the pitchfork with the maximum weapon the gov’t tentatively allows a peasant to own, namely a scary assault rifle, the mismatch in firepower and number of guards available to quell the rabble means that the peasants have no chance at victory in an armed confrontation. An Apache gun ship can take out an entire section of town in a few minutes as is amply demonstrated in Afghanistan and elsewhere.

Should a Rambo take out one of the human weapons platforms the gov’t employs, be it a cop, national guardsman, soldier, etc, the reaction would be swift and decisive. The media would instantly portray the shooter as a terrorist or similar and 90% of the population would be in favor of destroying said Rambo.

The end result is that the general population would not be on the side of the shooter effectively meaning that any minor damage a ‘patriot’ might inflict on a gov’t goon(s) is more than offset by the psychological victory the gov’t gets.

The only possible way to advance the average person interests is to do it without violence to gain the majority support of the population and deny the media the opportunity to exercise it’s propaganda capacity. A non violent general slowdown across the nation to cripple GDP, send stocks lower, etc sends a message that the people ultimately have the real power and have discovered that they do indeed possess it. What’s lacking is an organized movement to start such an action in the US.

The Yellow Vest contingent in France didn’t get enough citizen support to reach critical mass, but their idea is the right one.

The average USian is too comfortable to rock the boat at the present time. Statistically, he’s also too fat and on too many meds to participate in an armed insurrection.

Should things get worse for more and more people, then the mood in the country would become more immune to any propaganda media message and armed conflict might actually work once the oligarchy realizes that the people are awake and determined. That time has not yet arrived. For now, organizing a sick out or work slow down movement would signal that the peasants are awake but not yet violent. If we can’t get to that stage at least, then trying thru violence is, in my opinion, a suicide mission.

The way to do that is to get them to actually work for a living as opposed to being the malingerers they really are today.

The people that can operate the high tech weapons systems largely sit around and do nothing. Why can’t they get a small stipend to keep their skills up while working a regular job like the rest of us.

The military is nothing but murderers and malingerers and that is a huge part of the problem.

Because sympathizers in Massachusetts showed the IRA how to make a home made surface to air missile with a model rocket engine and a backyard motion detector. They blew a Brit chopper out of the sky. The assholes liked to hover over a suspect’s house and light it up with a Gatling gun. Men, women, children, they didn’t care. When cowardly raids became expensive and deadly, they ended. Spent the entire day slaughtering and butchering a 500 pound hog with my son and five of his millennial friends.
They are all back from college, perhaps forever. At least two of them are going to stay here for sure and completely change course due to the recent events.

They are intelligent, fit, curious and they all pitched in, including the girls.

We gave them sausages and eggs for their help and they were profoundly grateful to us for showing them the process. I can hear them right now down in the sand pit shooting guns.

I don’t know who runs things in the world, I don’t really care, but I bet they’re probably as old as me or more and pretty soon kids like this will be breathing down their necks for what they’ve done.

Personally the future looks much brighter to me now then it did only a few months ago and I trust in the inherent goodness of the majority of the people to not engage in this kabuki theater of fear and anxiety.

We have been very spoiled and fortunate as a people for many years now. We haven’t known real hunger, the wars happened elsewhere, manual labor was performed by others or machines, food was so abundant that people could become neurotic and fussy about what they would and wouldn’t eat.
People became so complacent and comfortable and bored that they had to create false narratives to enliven their lives. Racism, gender identity, political correctness, ‘social justice warriors’ who never felt or truly endured injustice, all these permanently aggrieved souls who never knew the meaning of scarcity, want or self-reliance will now begin to comprehend what it truly means to do without, to struggle and have to work to earn their food.
Should the Federal Reserve once again bail out the bloated banks and corporations while leaving the average man to pound sand I daresay this time it will be a different matter. Many people are profoundly, seethingly angry and like Howard Beale, they won’t take it anymore.
Time will tell.

A lot of Mexican people use cash. If people can’t use cash they will take what they want. It would be stupid to ban the use of cash. There is a good chance this country will fall back 70 to 100 years. I don’t believe the giant corporations will survive this. There is going to be a corporate bloodbath.

Small business will survive. We are homo sapiens which means after the coming house cleaning we will go back to work without government help to build the economy again. What will be missing is the corporate franchises that now dominate.

Another monkey on our backs that will be eliminated as it is now is administrative law. A form of common law will replace it.

There is much to be fearful about in the coming weeks and months but there is also much to be positive about for those who have vision to see the future and the potentials that could unfold.

This system was doomed to fail because it left God out of it. Now people will have to ask themselves: If man is so great why did the system fail? Without a higher authority than government to keep government in check government fails the people and becomes a tyrant ruled by Godless souls and soulless corporations.

God created us thinking men for His purpose. At this point I see one of two things happening:
1. We will become a hive mentality like the ants.
2. We will wake up and break these chains put on us by the corporate governments that control us.

I am in the camp of the second outcome.

I was in a store today in Southeast Missouri and they were afraid to touch my cash. Haha… I put it on credit.

If you weren’t such a surly bastard, I might give you a big credit donation now.

Or send you toilet paper and Apple Pie in a Jar.

I made three dozen jars of that and distributed it to my “network.”

Seriously, MC… this is eerie beyond belief. I drove all the way down to the flat lands at the edge of the Ozarks and saw two cars.

One of them a black Jeep with dark windows carrying a mobile HAM antenna and I have a meeting with another retired military type.

Down here in Booty Cootie Ville, folks are paying attention.

I have a mobile antenna on my Jeep but am not transmitting, just listening. The chatter is interesting.

It worked. The plan we put into place in 2009 and 2010 worked. I’m linked to Oklahoma and they are linked to the rest of the world. Because I know what powers that network at Tinker and I know how well it is shielded.

So, keep my email handy. I won’t be on here long. And, Mark Manney was right. I turned off my phone and put it inside the Ammo Can and when I returned, the phone did not know where I had been.

It did not ask me how I liked any of the places I visited. All. Day.

I always try and get a roll of halves and some dollar coins at the bank; putting it into circulation and also to see the reactions of Lumpenpersons when confronted with such money. Most are convinced the cupronickle is really AG.

Some advice to all: since the premiums on American Eagle silver bullion is running 50% currently the alternative is “junk”, pre-1965 American silver coins. Get a big bag of quarters and a couple of bag of dimes, if you can afford to. Great stuff to hold onto for the coming hard times.

You will know when the gig is up when all communications devices are shut down. Each person’s world will become very small and terrifying for the reason that for first time in a supposedly free society, no one has any idea of what is really going down. When everything opens again there will be MANY removed from society, and you’ll probably get to see them daily on live TV standing before a tribunal facing unmentionable charges.
There will be much recoiling once all is revealed. People will ask this one main question, “How did all of this go on for so long and we didn’t know it?”
Yes, there is going to be a purge and it’s going to be a big one. Who knows, maybe when all of this is over we may have to face a reality that is more horrifying than your wildest nightmare: exactly how humanity has been manipulated and controlled for a very long time.

No, I believe it was a bio-weapon release, with a >50% probability by a different party than the Chinese.
My final conclusions will largely depend on the outcomes for our elites (and I’m not talking figureheads) and/or if when and how a vaccine is developed. Plus obviously scientific papers that can withstand criticism from other countries.

I actually see a third option, which is letting the virus run its course but use the remaining time to increase ICU capacity with everything we can muster, including begging the Chinese to produce more medical devices/parts for us and everyone.

Plus accept pretty much all health care personnel will get infected.
(The crazy logical thing if surviving the virus gives you immunity would be to infect large parts of the health care workers without pre-existing conditions and under 60 years of age now, so the are over it [one way or another] in 3-4 weeks, before the peak hits.)
But OK, I understand why nobody wants to go there… even just with their thinking.

There’s someone hypothetically who does not lie.
That someone ties me to a chair and puts a loaded gun to my head, and a loaded gun in my hand. He tells me that he’ll kill me unless I shoot an old man (perhaps my own father) standing in front of me.
I know who gets the bullet, and who gets the blame.

The same scenario except that instead of killing me if I don’t shoot the man in front of me; he instead tells me he’ll enslave my neice, nephews, and all children and grandchildren they might have.
I still know who gets the bullet, but this time it’s the old man.
The blame I leave in God’s capable hands.

I also know who gets the second bullet should I ever get free of this chair.

If the analogy eludes you, I won’t explain (why bother).

When I saw the title, what came to mind was: “slowly…. then suddenly“. Then, after reading the piece, I still had the same thought.

It’s one thing to have a stock market crash and it’s quite another to have a stock market crash and businesses simultaneously shuttered around the country, manufacturing shutdown, and the travel industry collapsed in one fell swoop.

Think of the ramifications: Airlines, hotels, restaurants, bars, automotive, and their suppliers, vendors, etc,- all at once.

I wrote in a comment recently something to the effect that we are currently floating on the “fumes of the good ole days”. In truth, the entire nation has suffered a psychological and economic shock that won’t abate anytime soon, if ever.

The tide has receded and the tsunamis are yet to hit.

In trying to conjure some mental images for purposes of cognitive processing…. a few came to mind – chainsaws beneath a forest of tree housessandcastles in a hurricane… or paper airplanes flying into a burning house.

And the analogy that would be, perhaps, the most appropriate would be a large comet zooming past the moon and sucking earth’s atmosphere into it’s tail. The result would be the people of the world suffocating as they concurrently froze and burned to death while floating weightlessly in the void.

In other words, from an economic standpoint, the world has not seen anything like this. Until now.

Reality is a b*tch. And, unfortunately, it’s about to become more so.

Uncola you have an uncanny way of laying out the future in front of us. I feel like we are now in the eye of the typhoon. Not long now and the winds of economic reality are going to hit us again. This is going to blow the worries about the virus away.

Right now the congress is wishfully going to pass a stimulus package that they think will save the corporations. One cannot save fishes with rotten heads. Giving people money to purchase necessities, not pay bills make since.

I know we are facing dire times.

What I would like to see the president do; because we cannot save the status quo, is to nationalize the corporations that produce durable goods and let the rest of them fend for themselves. These particular corporations that can produce durable goods can restart manufacturing in North America. First the CEOs and Boards of these corporations need to be fired and replaced with engineers. With the experience and human resources of these engineers new product lines can be created.

In addition to this a national reconstruction plan can be implemented that would rebuild the nations infrastructure of roads, bridges, water treatment plants, water distribution systems, electrical distribution systems and new communities with modest size houses. The treasury could print the money for this rather than the FED. It could be done like it was when Hoover Dam was built.

Vocational training to be implemented where former white collar and blue collar workers can go for training.

I would like to see your excellent writing and thinking skills put to use to write one of your great articles on this subject.

If the government can pull this off it is my belief it would save the nation. In the meantime people need money to buy food.

Personal situation not too scary, I haven’t carried any debt since 2008, family and close friends healthy and wise. City I live in not going particularly crazy. I have spent the last 4 years on an enormous project renovating a property we call the big farm. I’ve done it out of pocket, in the second half of this year we should have started getting a good return on our investment. What happens now? It’s a good time to own a productive business. it’s going to be an even better time on the other side of whatever happens here. But what and when constitutes the other side? So far, this isn’t World War II, or even close. What level of disruption is our country going to face? My opinion, this could go either way. Big changes for the better, or a descent into the darkest period in the history of our country

You do know Hitler did not seek war, but the repatriation of his people (or minimally, Bolshevik Poles stop killing ethnic Germans in Danzig). The Treaty of Versailles, precipitated by Jewish banking interests (who had funded Lenin and Trotsky) was a death sentence for Germany. Bolshevik Jews (as were most of The Cheka) began to flip Germany Communist (ANTIFA was born here), and Hitler was a healthy response to Leftist degeneracy (Berlin, was the prostitution capital of the world, in the 1920’s.)

It was the jewish media, who declared war on Germany. For real, see the headlines of the mid 1930’s.

Interestingly, Jews today, have led the descent of our nation. Debt. Degeneracy. And now, disease. Add in the Hebrews pushing illegals in to every formerly white nation, and who promoted the Hart-Celler Act in 1965.

The problems that ail us? They are Jewish.

The racial character and tribal morality of jews are just too alien and toxic to our nature to be tolerated. If Aryan peoples and jews are to coexist on his planet, they must do so separately. So too must Whites like the Rockefellers or even Trump ( benign though his intentions be ) who collaborate with jews in the NWO project be banned from our midst. In the coming tumult there will be no hope of long-term peace or even survival for White people on this continent until White men by dint of courage and resolve carve out and defend a territory exclusively for White people.

Admin,

Once again I will forward your reveal to everyone I really care about. They have heard much the same from me (not as articulate or well structured) and I will pass this link along (as I have many others of yours) for their edification.

I have only popped in TBP a few times since TSHTF as my daughter and her family arrived on my ‘Last Stand Land’ 9 days ago. They are a NYC power couple now working from my home, bailing out of their Westchester County home once the National Guard was being dispatched to contain a town not too far from them…heading in a bee line to my place (as we have longed planned) or to ‘Camp David’ as my Son-In-Law like to refer to our modest working farm.

We are taking extensive inventories, shoring up last minute needs, adding hasps/padlocks, a 3rd refrigerator, doubled our number of egg layers, getting our 3 rabbit cages ready for cute meat, starting massive spring planting, weeding, shooting, fishing, draping fruit trees with netting, killing the fire ants, drinking martinis, freeze drying steaks and ice cream, etc, etc. etc.

We introduced my 8 year old Grandson to the first ‘Lord of The Ring’s movie tonight…he was spellbound…and his home schooling in all areas is starting…including his first serious sling slot, soon a bb gun…then a Ruger 10/22.

I started telling everyone I cared about this was coming (economic collapse) and I ramped my Paul Revere Rides up after the Repo Market telegraphed the FED’s frantic counterpunching starting last September. Much discussed here…many were right, you know who you are.

I believe this is a contrived bio weapon…it is serious not delirious…but criminals need an alibi and the popping of the ‘Everything Bubble’ needs a big, huge, massive alibi…to match the size of the crime.

This virus and the hysterical hype and over reaction fills the helicopter bill swill TLPTB (L=Luciferian) will force feed us all– and the destruction of what little is left of the Constitution, and the defiance of too many Joe Sixpacks and Jane Amazons…with their heads up their panicked, stampeded asses.

Can’t impact these demonic Luciferians…but I will never, ever bow the knee to Baal.

TLPTB can kiss my Mick/Wop Ass…cuz sooner or later I’m going home…maybe sooner…maybe not…we will soon see.

Yea, I was worried…they are glad they are here as some of their blue bubble yuppie burb neighbors are freaking out, others are too lost to understand what they could soon be in for.

My engineer/architect son in law is super mechanical/handy, he bakes bread as well (I’m not – but I have other skills) fixed our dishwasher, fridge ice maker, and figured out a gasket cracked in the freeze dryer in record time…heading to a plumbing supply company for the part soon.

All these years of wide and deep and constant preps are coming on line.

Did not want to right about this…but we are ready.

My builder is confident he can continue with the house and is stockpiling material. I have jumped to the head of the line as no bank is involved.

I suspect more eyes are opening than ever before. I am seeing sea changes in many attitudes, and I appear to have gone from the far right Genghis Kahn of the family who must of watched too many episodes of Green Acres to the wise old grizzled prepper with a huge supply of freeze dried steaks, ice cream, everything inbeteen…and interconnected fighting positions along all the pasture tree lines.

I am hoping for more time as once the second house is built I can take in more close family. That has always been my plan.

ottomatik,

Nope…my Mom went home after a slow heart failure slide…everything put on hold for quite a while.

I also went through two builders both of whom failed the before contract signing due diligence dig, better early, but more time churned up.

Third one was the charm, close to ground breaking…no bank involved and wanting to spend fiat and short term treasuries ASAP! May start stockpiling material. I brought in three of the subcontractors…quality men who are my friends.

We do have a full house generator, on its own 500 gallon propane tank, and my wife manages a propane company office…serious fuel supply in there…she is over dispatch…so for now there is that.

My son in law and I are talking solar, he is here for the duration. He is also a brilliant engineer. I’m teaching him how to shoot, along with basic grunt tactics, and he is covering the deeper end of the gene pool. He is up on PV and will not be valuable when it is time, but invaluable.

Hope all is well with you and yours buddy!

My cousin died of an opiate overdose in 2015. His grave is within spitting distance of my father’s grave.

Someone keeps putting an upside down nickel on my cousin’s grave. What is that Nickelback reference about… is it a suicide reference? (He was in the middle of a divorce from Huck’s mother.)

I took Light a Dark Candle because I took the Nickel Back and put a little candle in its place.

I thought it was an interesting message for little Huck to see one day and wonder what that means.

Maybe he will ask me who that guy was and what the candle is there for…

It took 5+ hours for me to download all my video from yesterday and now I need to edit and splice…

But, I got pictures of the first scouts out. What I mean is that I know where the teams are at and I’ve left messages. I actually got out of my own Jeep in front of my US Marine contact’s land (where I know there are cameras) and did the chicken dance and put a card into his mailbox telling him to come on down… we will be expecting him to come in the hidden opening in our fence.

And I really did the chicken dance thing.

Here’s what I saw… I saw a black ragtop Jeep with very dark windows easing along US 51 and when he turned off, I saw his mobile antenna strapped onto the back and remembered my own mobile antenna is still up in the damn barn. Poor Nick. I bought the stuff and now he’s gotta climb up there and get it and I’ll show him how to use it.

He said “When did we get a mobile antenna?”

I replied, “Ten years ago when Chris Martenson suggested it.”

He thanked me for having a lick of sense.

Hey… the FF group responded to my “I’m a dumbass and forgot the password” routine because it is mostly true all the time. But not now.

My husband says it is like watching the seat belt light go off after takeoff and he’s right. We were only technicians (enlisted pukes, just plain old technicians in flight suits because officers generally are too good to use screwdrivers or they don’t know how: same/same.)

We were the firefighters. As any military grunt knows, the enlisted folks have multiple skillsets where ever they are. That’s why the officers go to the enlisted corp when they need to know how to do something.

But, then they think they already knew it. When they only thought they did.

Every week I watched the Yoder men lug in their food for the work week along with several loaves of perfect bread. I coveted their bread because my mother made great yeast rolls and pastry (dumplings) but not good loaf bread.

I visited the Yoder women one time while the men were all here and they taught me how to make bread.

The difference is that people are sick and tired of being robbed. Anger indeed.

The Vultures of Tyranny
Harper Eliott (Pen Name)

The vultures of tyranny and doom
Now come our merry way
While a matrix of terror they groom
To hold our better angels at bay.

Out, out brief candle of freedom
Now casting your shadows of death
We have rushed to our own martyrdom
Stealing liberty’s precious last breath.

For on this very day
The world we knew did forever change
Revealing our feet made of clay
With a tale of horror so strange.

For we have created a matrix of fear
From which there is no escape
A simple vale of tears
Above hell’s fiery lake.

For none of this is real
Just the latest quantum tempest
Whose particles now steal
The nobility of life’s sacred quest.

Life is but a lonely joy
That we share with everyone
A romance with the moment coy
While dancing with the sun.

Deep are we in Kronos lair
Mere shadows on the wall
Orphans of oblivion running scared
Proud inheritors of Adam’s fall.

Time to rise up and reclaim your lives
To throw off your chains of gold,
To know more believe the official lies
And rise up your very soul.

Though the armored beasts of Empire
May roam our bloody streets
We must ever conspire
To the Vulture’s of doom defeat!

It is lonely outside the matrix’s electronic pylons
Where true freedom rings from every corner
For I have seen the roofs of Zion
In the hearts of every mourner!

I noted to several of my family members that in our County of 220,000, thus far there was one case. I asked them what they thought the probability was that they would run into a person that had it and then catch it. The question sounds reasonable to me but the question chaffed every person I asked. There appears to be an inability by most people to move away from the fear, fight, flight part of the brain and review the information dispassionately. That problem likely exists on those reading this blog. For those of you who can receive it: Cov-19 is NOT destroying the economy, government decisions are.

Magnitude of the debt that has to be unwound with default likely the only possible resolution. Last time was subprime house mortgages, this time sub prime corporate mortgages.

Much bigger numbers this time, so defaults will be much bigger.  History repeating again thanks to greedy gullible borrowers, and eager banksters.
Add this TRILLION plus to the Margin Debt of $500 BILLION and the unwind is almost TWO TRILLION. Just beginning.

Just this morning the FED starts the bail out of the BANKS corporate sub prime corporate mortgages!!

“The central bank also unveiled a “primary market corporate credit facility” that would directly purchase eligible, (meaning about to be defaulted at the end of month, end of quarter, now?), corporate bonds from investment grade issuers,(primary dealers?) in addition to a “secondary market corporate credit facility” that would buy corporate bonds in the secondary market, which could include some eligible investment grade corporate bond exchange-traded funds (bail out the ETF’s where the garbage is lodged so the ETF will not have to liquidate the junk).”

I am afraid Admin is spot on. I am overseas right now, in a country of 45 million people. There have been a handful of corona virus cases yet the president has been panicked into shutting the place down based on the advice of a gang of self-important quacks. In this place the poor – 40 percent of the population – do not have enough money to “shelter-in-place” for three weeks. The shit will hit the fan.

The usual suspects are behind this catastrophe but I suspect that their plans will not work out as expected. As people notice that folks are not dropping dead in the streets and that their own savings and jobs have vanished in a puff of smoke, things will get real……ugly.

“Their mainstream media messengers of the pandemic narrative declare we must follow the orders of those who never saw this coming and had no preparations in place beforehand.”

It depends who we’re talking about. If you mean people like the WHO, CDC, Event 201, the medical community, or even the media that was hysterical over prior pandemics that weren’t; then, they did see it coming.

Unfortunately you’re right that — despite their constant fear campaigns — they had no preparations in place beforehand. And no reasonable suggestions for such preparations. They concentrated on trying to convinve people of a danger that hadn’t yet materialized. Now everyone sees the danger and says “Okay, what have you come up with to prevent or fix the situation?” And, they’ve got nothing. No immediately implementable plans for rapid development of accurate testing; no emergency production of vaccines or treatments that would kick-in at an emergency phone call; no plans to conscript doctors, nurses or equipment from one place to a more crucial place; etc.

Instead of a cool-headed response that might actually save the lives of those few who are at risk, we get over-reactive total “shelter in place” quarantines of everyone not at risk with no specialized measures for those who are at risk, the massive forced shuttering of businesses in the midst of an economic meltdown, and plans for even more draconian measures against the entire nation. Put the 99% who have a slight risk of flu-like symptoms under house arrest and disable the entire economy, rather than take targeted action for the 1% for whom this virus can be life-threatening.

And then people wonder at the conspiracy theories and conjectures that there’s another more control-oriented agenda at play.

Some say that one should never attribute to malice that which can be explained by incompetence. When it comes to a government that has proven itself compulsive about garnering more and more top-down control over society; I take the opposite view.

By honorable judge john marshal chief justice supreme court

“I marvel that the common men are so soon removed from our forefathers that called you into freedom with the supreme law of the constitution of the United States of America unto another LAW: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the Enalible rights granted by GOD which was given to our forefathers.
But though we, or a Judge from the supreme court, proclaim any other Law unto you than that which we have been given in the constitution for you, let him be accused of treason.
As the founding fathers of this great country said before, so say I now again, if any law to come in conflict would be nell and void of law. it would bare no power to enforce, in would bare no obligation to obey, it would purport to settle as if it had never existed, for the unconstitutionality would date from the enactment of such a law, not from the date so branded in an open court of law, no court are bound to uphold it, and no citizens are bond to obey it it operates as a near nullity or a fiction of law” practice any other law unto you than that ye have received, let him be accused of treason!
For do I now persuade the common men, or the government?
But I certify you, brethren, that the Constitution which i teach is for the common man but is not after man.
For we neither received it of man, neither were we taught it, but by the GOD given right of freedom in Christ Jesus.”

“The right of action created by statute relating to deprivation under color of law, of a right secured by the constitution and the laws of the United States and comes claims which are based solely on statutory violations of Federal Law and applied to the claim that claimants had been deprived of their rights, in some capacity, to which they were entitled.”

Title 42 US Code Sec. 1983, Sec. 1985, & Sec. 1986:
Clearly established the right to sue anyone who violates your constitutional rights. The Constitution guarantees: he who would unlawfully jeopardize your property loses property to you, and that’s what justice is all about. “Judge, you are deemed to know the law and are sworn to uphold it. You can hardly claim that you acted in good faith for willful deformation of a law and you certainly cannot pled ignorance of the law, for that would make the law look stupid for a knowledgeable judge to claim ignorance of a law, when a Citizen on the street cannot claim ignorance of the law. Therefore, there is no judicial immunity.”
Norton v. Shelby County 118 USR 425: “An unconstitutional act is not law. It confers no rights, it imposes no duties, it affords no protections, it creates no office. It is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it has never been passed.”
“The court follows the decision of the highest court of the state, in construing the constitution and the laws of the state unless they conflict with or impair the efficacy of some principle of the Federal Constitution or of the Federal Statutes or rule of the commercial or general law. The acts of the person assuming to fill and perform the duties of an office, which does not exist, can have no validity whatever in law.”
Marbury V. Madison : 5 US 137 (1803); Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall ruled! “No provision of the Constitution is designed to be without effect” “anything that is in conflict with the supreme law was illogical, for certainly, the supreme law would prevail over all other laws and certainly our forefather had intended that the supreme law would be the base of all law and for any law to come in conflict would be nell and void of law. it would bare no power to enforce, in would bare no obligation to obey, it would purport to settle as if it had never existed, for the unconstitutionality would date from the enactment of such a law, not from the date so branded in an open court of law, no court are bound to uphold it, and no citizens are bond to obey it it operates as a near nullity or a fiction of law”
If any statement, within any law, which is passed is unconstitutional, the whole law is unconstitutional by this one case!

@tim

Today we live under administrative law created by the congress by direction of President Roosevelt and passed by all the State legislators under the Administrative Procedures Act. After the acceptance of this Act the courts across the land were changed to administrative courts.

Administrative Law does not recognize the constitution. There is no means to challenge it except through the administrative courts which is like asking the wolf not to eat you.

Administrative Law circumscribes the provisions of the constitution.

In many areas this law is in contradiction with the constitution.

The majority of americans only know administrative law. They don’t know the Bill of Rights as administrative law does not recognize these rights nor does it have to follow due process.

Get real man. The constitution is dead as it is dead in the heart of many americans today. The constitution was created for people with christian morals. Very few of that type are left today.

The supreme law is not the base of administrative law.

Get yourself up to date. We live under administrative law. It is the law of the land. The constitution is no longer a factor. The only reason the second amendment is still around is because the people are not going to give up their guns. It is the only defense against tyranny. People are not stupid when it comes to self defense. The second amendment is a rallying factor not because it is a constitutional amendment but because it reflects the emotions of the people in regard to self defence.

Where do you think administrative law comes from? Uniform Commercial Code, UCC. Remember the East India Company?

Roosevelt wasn’t stupid when he directed the congress to come up with the administrative procedures act. He was preparing for the corporations to dominate the country. The common law constitution was in the way so he wanted a form of law to circumscribe it. Administrative law with it’s administrative courts.

I am one those essential service fellows.. Still able to drive about without threat of arrest. Today I was out running in the countryside of the Margarees doing deliveries. It was as surreal as the scenery was spectacular! Lots of closed shops and very few cars on the roads. In talking to folks it was evident from the brave faces that most everyone is scared. People are genuinely freaked out by the edicts laid down yesterday from the gubmit wonks in Halifax.

$1000 fine for not following rules of “social distancing” is a lot of money for people who may or may not have a job in a few weeks. There is a reset coming and it looks like the winners and loser are already decided.

Tomorrow it is off to Sydney to continue this prequel to the Walking Dead. Things can’t last for long before shit gets real. While I am for now still lucky to have a job, long term it isn’t going to end well. The dislocation observed today is already too great in economy. This province lives and dies by tourism and this year.. well it ain’t going to be good.

If this stint/stunt goes on for long it will drive most small businesses around here off the cliff.

The only winners in all this will be the same ones who engaged in the malfeasance spoke of by Admin in article above in the first place. . The criminals will be rewarded once again for their crimes with yet another bailout..

How fucked is that!

Driving my truck and listening to the wall to wall COVID coverage on CBC Radio led my mind to wander.

To this schlep .

Ya gotta wonder if COVID wasn’t staged to misdirect…

Ya gotta wonder

That is a good one.. if fits well with what is going on now..

Weirdly I’m looking forward to the changes coming. While no job is secure, mine is probably going to fare better than most. And if it doesn’t, well, then it will be something else. In the meantime our household expenses are going down and or savings are going up.. Soon enuf there will be plenty of stuff to buy that others couldn’t afford…

I am picturing a tractor in my future. There are going to be lots of people that will be wanting soon to have fields plowed around here again…

Hopefully someday the borders will open again and I can travel further afield… for now life ain’t too shabby.. at least in my house..

With respect to the U.S. Constitution and how gov’t ignores it. 1 must look back at the civil war and understand exactly what Lincoln did and how it affects us all to this day. When the south withdrew their senators and reps the de jure federal gov’t had effectively ended since D.C. had unlimited jurisdiction over 10 square miles. Enter de facto gov’t and the monster Abe created and it encompasses the entire American landscape. The name he gave all the freed slaves “US Citizens” is currently what we all are named. Understand the Bill of Rights Amendments 1-13 no longer exist for all of us freed slaves (oxi-moron)! Learn what’s going on and it becomes quite clear they have both the authority and the law to administer whatever they wish. Trump knows and understands this which is why the ds, that means both dip sh`t and deep state, is fighting so hard against the man and he thrives on it! Let’s give him the time he needs during this epidemic to round the criminals up (what they are allegedly doing) and keep persons (people is a term associated with freedom) of the street and out of harms way. And stop bickering because we are still the largest and best armed population in the world. Any opposing force that trespasses on American soil will be buried in American soil !!!! Carried by 6 rather than tried by 12

Funny how the sick count went up with the test count. Does the test differentiate between the 7 infectious corona strains in the US or is it one test for all. If the latter is the case , then how many positives are antibodies of corona viruses not Covid 19 ?

This could very well explain why 97-98% who test positive are listed as mild while only 2-3 % are considered severe.

http://raconteurreport.blogspot.com/2020/03/flying-by-seat-of-our-pants.html?m=1

Out of the several thousand cases for any one given area that have shown enough symptoms that they are tested, how many need any level of hospitalization?
I guess because they aren’t anything the media can sensationalize, they don’t give us any of that data.

I do think it would be a good bit of data though.

People showing symptoms and tested vs people tested showing positive vs people needing actual care vs people needing hospitalization vs people needing intensive care vs people dying.

I think the numbers would be not as terrible as the media and our governments might like you to think.

Then again, until I see some data I just don’t know.”

But we do know. The numbers who test positive do not match those in need of medical attention by 98:1. The incompetent midwits whom government passes off as the “experts” had a hammer and saw a nail . We the people are that nail and we just been hammered past the point of economic recovery.
Now government demands a massive multi-trillion dollar stimulus to fix their fuck-up. And, who will pay for that ? Here it comes…Get the hammer back out . Government is a vicious cycle of stupid.

“because we didn’t know where we were and we didn’t know where we were going.” – Dr. DEPRESSION BIRX

That’s a direct quote.

This is who was driving this.

She just admitted, on national television, that she advised shutting down the entire economy and destroying millions of jobs without having the data to support the action.

Now maybe you think it was worth it and maybe you don’t.

You know what I think.
