We would not seek what he called a “Pax-Americana”. So TPTB said fuck that, we’re going to do the Pax thing and just hit the democracy reset button. For 35 years now I’ve told them to shove their democracy up their asses. That was about the time it really set in that he had been the victim of a coup d’etat. Not a coincidence. They killed the only man I ever called ‘My President’. So fuck them and their vote scam.

Dylan, the best fucking song writer of this and many other generations and some of motherfuckers feel they can diss the man. Balls of stupidity.
Best? Don’t know about that. But perhaps the most important. I personally think Paul Simon was a better songwriter – when melody and lyrics are viewed together. Dylan was a better lyricist/poet, but melody was not near as good as with Simon. And then of course there were Lennon and McCartney, who are thought of as one, but who for the most part wrote separately.
But that does not mean that this song does not suck. And sucketh it does. The rhyming is simply childish in many parts.
