Gaming The Election

Guest Post by the Zman

For most people who plan to vote in the upcoming election, the choice is clear and they don’t have to think about it very much. They know their guy is the right choice and the other guy represents the end of the world as we know it. There is nothing anyone could say to them to change their mind. In fact, the number of persuadable people probably rounds to zero. The issue in this election, like most elections, is which side is able to get their partisans to vote, either in person or by mail.

For dissidents it is not that easy. Once you make it to this side of the great divide you know elections are not a solution, but, at best, another opportunity to get more people heading in this direction. Supporting Trump in 2016 was about breaking the pattern so people were not as locked into the old political framing. After four years of Trump, we are faced with a new situation. Is a Trump win better for our side or is a Biden- Harris win better for our side? The answer is not obvious.

Often, our elections are the opposite of what we assume. The pull of partisan politics in a liberal democracy tends to warp the thinking of even the most cynical. In 2000 it seemed obvious that Bush was better than Gore, but in reality, Gore would have been the better choice for white Americans. Bush was the worst thing to happen to white America since the Emancipation Proclamation. Counter-intuitively, Bill Clinton was one of best presidents for white people in the 20th century.

Additionally, even dissidents can fall into the old Cold War mentality of judging candidates by their economic or foreign policy pretensions. The Democrats are the commie doves, while the Republicans are the capitalist hawks. Even at this late date, many dissidents still cling to their libertarian or conservative priors. Instead of thinking about the outcome that serves their people, they think about the outcome that serves their narrow interests as individuals. Group think is hard.

Then there is the bitter loser problem. Many people circulating on this side of the great divide were sure Trump was Hitler. When he turned out to be just another guy, they took it personally, as they personalize everything. Trump did not just get beat by the system, he deliberately finked on them. The only way to assuage their hurt feelings is to show that mean old orange man they are super mad at him. Richard Spencer, for example, is now “Bobbin for Biden” in this election.

If you can stand outside it all and just look at the two outcomes in terms of how they would serve the interests of dissidents, the choice is not so clear. The vinegar club that is now sour on Trump are right that four more years of Trump are unlikely to result in positive changes for our side. Trump is not an ideologue and he tends to personalize everything, so four more years means four more years of squabbling with illiterates on the cable chat shows, but not much else.

On the other hand, when the Left wins, they tend to make good use of their opportunity, so Biden winning means they will move the state in their direction. The most likely outcome of a Biden term in office is an orgy of globalism. Trump has caused the drive to global corporatism to stall, so the usual suspects will be eager to make up for lost time once the addle-minded Biden is in office. On the other hand, the culture war probably goes on hiatus, as it will no longer be useful to them.

Neither of those outcomes are objectively good or bad for dissidents. If you are a fatalist, then the Biden acceleration will be appealing. If you are in the camp that thinks buying time is important, then the Trump interregnum is appealing. Both of those positions miss the point. This is a culture war, so public policy only matters in regards to how it opens the culture to our arguments. In either case, the nature of the culture war changes very little, so both outcomes are a net neutral.

Now, a Trump loss would open one important avenue for us. It would reveal to those rank and file white people that the demographics have now changed and those changes are permanent. That silent majority they were sure exists is a myth. Instead, whites are effectively a minority population. Imagine Trump getting 70% of the white vote but losing the election. All that groveling to non-whites would suddenly become a bitter rebuke of the old civic nationalist politics.

On the other hand, Trump losing would be cast by Republicans as a rejection of racist and evil politics of the past. Both faces of the political class are ready for a campaign to convince those disappointed whites that the reason Trump lost is they foolishly supported a racist. Their path to redemption is to wash the feet harder. The ease with which these people convinced so many to wear their underwear on their head to ward off the virus should be a warning to the acceleration crowd.

The “win by losing” theory is like libertarianism, in that it sounds good in the classroom, but it is nonsense in the field. The fact is, Trump winning would give us more riots and mayhem, so the white awakening would probably accelerate. The fact is, more white people have become racially aware in the last three months than in the last three years, despite Trump’s groveling. There are much larger forces at work than one election, so the outcome is just one small data point.

That said, winning breeds confidence. Most of the people ready to vote Trump are more ready for the trip over the great divide than at any point in their lives. That transformation will continue, regardless of the outcome, but a little confidence never hurts. In a way, mobilizing to put Trump over the top is good practice for the sorts of politics that lie in the near future for these white people. They may not be ready to know it yet, but their pro-Trump activity is their first step into the future.

Greg Johnson pointed out, that small minds focus on people, while average minds focus on events. Great minds focus on ideas, but it is the combination of these that provides the full picture. Most of the partisan squabbling on-line about the election will be among one of those first two camps. What will matter is how this election serves the promotion of racial awareness among whites. More specifically, how will the outcome give whites confidence to look at the world racially?

The critical issue in this election is in how dissidents use it to promote their interests in their daily lives. Passing around this story to whites still trapped in the fog of old politics is more helpful than mocking those calling Harris a radical or a commie. Instead of mocking those “boomers’ trapped in the past, offer them a way forward by using this election to normalize racial politics for them. That’s the gift Biden gave us by picking Kamala Harris as his running mate.

Ultimately, the result of this election will matter very little. The demographic die is cast and there is no voting our way out of it. America will soon function like Spain after the fall of the Roman Empire. What will matter in this election and for the remaining elections is how dissidents use these opportunities to awaken white people to the reality of this age and provide a positive way forward into white identity politics. It is not about the man or the event, but about us and our ideas.

You know everyone makes a big deal about who is in the whitehouse but if you stop and think about it the end result of every presidents term is exactly the same:

1) more unconstitutional laws
2) more debt
3) the proles standard of living decreases, bankers get richer
4) government agencies get larger, new ones created

I find uncle Joe to be a repulsive creep as well but whether the senile great grandpa gets in or Trump does we can only expect more of the same. Its a downward hill and the country as whole is going down, I can only hope you and me packed our sleds well and will have the mental strength to do whats necessary when the time comes. Risk dying on your feet as a free man or live on your knees as a slave. That is your choice.

Expecting voting to solve everything is like thinking you’ll instantly feel better if you eat an orange. The fact that eating an orange won’t transform you immediately doesn’t mean you should have a diet of Doritos. Voting takes, what, a half hour every couple years? If it didn’t matter, they wouldn’t bother with all of the psyops to influence people’s opinions (pandemic hysteria, anyone?) and to dissuade people from voting. I would even bet that some of the “I’m too smart to vote” comments here are intended to suppress conservatives’ votes.

So go ahead and pack your sled well, have your ammo at the ready, but don’t sit home watching YouTube videos while they’re winning elections. Because if you think it’s bad now, wait til they give illegals the vote and start packing the Supreme Court.

If you believe voting for your favorite team makes a difference than by all means do it. I think it was Stalin who once said “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.” On that subject with all the advancements in technology and infrastructure the best we can do to prevent voter fraud is sending in votes by mail and pushing some buttons at the vote booth on some piece of crap computer(not at possible to hack that right?). Also of note why do people who don’t contribute anything to society get to vote? That number is huge and who do you think they will vote for? Probably the asshat promising the most ‘free’ shit. So please go vote for your favorite team to fix the world because that worked………. well I can’t think of a time voting fixed anything but I’m sure it must have because a certain virtuous segment of society always does. As for me while the voters are out voting I’ll be doing the same thing the only difference is when I’m done masturbating I’ll have something to show for it…….. RIP George Carlin.

” Great minds focus on ideas” writes the author above.

John Yoo’s recently released book-“Defender in Chief-Donald Trump’s Fight For Presidential Power” illustrates that notion well. Who is John Yoo? His is a professor of law at UC Berkley and is not held in high esteem by many of his peers there, as he is a conservative who makes his point with flawless logic backed up by a suburb knowledge of the Constitution-some of his bona fides come from having clerked for Clarence Thomas as well as other legal work in the Federal government.

He chronicles how each attempt by the libs to undermine the duly elected President fails; better yet, he puts it in perspective of how Trump’s positions in the endless controversies are generally are both well thought out and, more importantly, Constitutionally correct. In turn, the charades conducted by the Democrats fail not only because they are hyper partisan but because they routinely rely on concepts found nowhere in the Constitution.

Excellent read; probably the best book to date on the Trump Idea, especially since it was written by a one of only a handful of academics who have shown objectivity in such matters. He even tells his readers that he did not “support the nominee of my party”. Along the way, he gives plenty lessons of what the Constitution is really about.

This is the same John Yoo who worked for DOJ during Bush 43’s administration? Who authored memos purporting to justify “enhanced interrogation techniques” and “extraordinary rendition” techniques upon “unlawful combatants?” Pass.

Trump will be the last Republican president and the end of our republic.

In 4 years after Harris/Biden we will most likely have: amnesty for illegals already here and possibly open borders which will make the author’s point about an “awakening white populace” moot. Also there will be granting the restoration of voting rights to millions of criminals ( mostly black.) There will be a push for ending filibusters, there will be a change to increase the number of SCOTUS seats. There will be added 4 new permanent seats for Dems in the Senate when Puerto Rico and DC get statehood privileges. Redistricting will make Republican members of the House a permanent minority.
Demographics ensure that Republicans become a relic ( with amnesty also added in and the dying of the conservative older generation) “purple states” like VA, Florida, Pennsylvania and several midwestern states will become permanently blue and even solid red states like AZ and Tex will now be purple states. Florida may jump from red to permanent blue after just 4 years of the new Dem tyrrany.

A vote for Trump is only a matter of buying oneself a bit more time to prepare. The end of the US as we know it is inevitable. Gen Z may be slightly more awake than their millennial predecessors but they are few and far between. Sheer demographics and the laws that will be enacted by a group of people frothing with hatred at traditional and white Americans will see them enact legislation at a break-neck speed to ensure that anyone who runs on an “America first” nationalist platform will never even make the primaries again. The new SCOTUS structure will essentially rewrite the Constitution and the Globalist agenda ( 2030 is still on track but needs to be put in high gear to make up for lost time.)

Anyone who thinks there is any “saving our country” or that we can go back to our past is living in self delusion. The Globalist Caesars have already crossed the Rubicon and are outside of the gates. The question is only whether we open the gates now or do they flood through in 2024.

The Republic ended with the Civil War. Huge stores of exploitable resources are the only reason the USA prospered post Civil War. The new USA corporation was then purchased by the European banks. The USA then went on to empire and we are now in the terminal spiral down that always follows empire. There is no saving it.

I have been saying this…..i hope dems win a sweep. Pres, and house and senate. I hope they activate affirmative action to include white home invasion to give our homes to underprivileged, to tax whites more, to eliminate social security for whites as reparations, to not prosecute black crime, to make any white speech hate speech, to take our guns and even the use of our fists away for if we do not become compliant victims it is considered racist. I hope they cancel sports and allow BLM to sing vs the national anthem. I hope they fire whites and give their jobs to blacks. I hope we get murdered in troves by blacks.

Maybe then the whites will wake up get off their sofa and sitcoms and sports and do something. Doing something while you have everything to lose vs nothing to lose means having assets to fight, guns to fight. When there is nothing it is sticks against tanks and laws that are unjust. A banana republic even more so. I hope it all comes to every white mans front door of his home. Maybe, maybe the. They grow a pair of balls and a backbone. If not they deserve what befalls them. Surely.

4 more years of trump allows the beaten wife syndrome for average amerikans. It allows them to slowly accept their fate and freedoms and constitutional rights to be obliterated. We need it to happen hard and fast to wake this sleeping giant. For the giants is still snoring. Trump wont do anything the next 4 years to fix this, either….

History proves real change comes from the bottom up. From the people. You see it today with blm peaceful protestors. Top down is a narrative. A subjugated narrative, a slave to remain in office to reap their rewards.

All Americans need to wake up. Not just White people. Some of these “White” posts remind me of people talking about BLM instead of everyone’s life matters. All the Black and brown and Red and Yellow people are not going anywhere.

A tad hyperbolic, but I for one share your anger / disgust.

“…from the bottom up. From the people. You see it today with blm peaceful protestors.”

BLM / antifa are psycho-manipulated, managed, coached, equipped, and funded from top down. They did not arise organically or from “grass roots.” IMO.
