It is hard to understand how these rumors and fantasies are believed by so many. I mean Sessions, Durham, Barr, secret indictments, military tribunals, gitmo, pizzagate, and so many more “chess” moves. Exactly zero have actually panned out.
Now watermarks can be added to the list. Sad indictment on the lack of education or reasoning these days.

All the watermarks in the world do not preclude the coordinated creation of countless additional ballots not tied to any specific voter….especially in states where the democrats control the entire election process.
The watermark includes an encrypted numbering scheme using the QFS blockchain encryption system which is virtually unbreakable. Every ballot in every state is serialized. Counterfeit ballots will not have the watermark and will be disqualified. Ballots submitted to one polling station that were supposed to be utilized at a different polling station will be disqualified. Ballots found dumped in a ditch can be traced through every person authorized to receive them.
More importantly than just the presidency, races from senators to dog catchers will result in new numbers when the dust clears.
This is huge. The longer this plays out and the more shenanigans that are played, the more rope they generate to hang themselves. A giant trap was set. Persons engaged in voter fraud – both Republicans and Democrats – will be going to jail.
This sting operation took four years to set up.
Fact check, truth or fiction and assorted other outlets are saying it’s false.
But I have little faith in their answer.

Saw Lester Holt interrupt the Presidents address last night to gaslight the public with “there is no evidence of fraud”. That ignores the many cases, especially in the context of employment law, where courts have relied on statistical evidence. The Trump team should quit talking about the statistical anomalies as if they are anecdotal and emphasize they are EVIDENCE of fraud.
Youtube has shut down the live channels of numerous pro Trump programs such as Bannon’s WarRoom as well.
Saw another channel do the same thing. Trump shoots himself in the foot by doing stuff like this… if he came out with logic, factual numbers and a reason to believe him, he wouldn’t give the media the chance to “break away” from his press conferences and fact check him. It hands the discussion right back to the media, who will spin it the way they want to. If Trump wants people to listen, he’s going to have to do more than stand up there and bloviate about how “it’s all fraud!” “they’re stealing the election!” or “everyone is out to get me!” That may be true, but you’re also giving people opportunity to turn you off so no one hears that message.

I, like Mulder, want to believe. And the watermarks are a fantastic idea as is using a blockchain to track them. BUT! When they start talking about using the National Guard in states to count ballots then it just comes across to me as utter bullshit and more attempts at pacifism a la Brave New World. It completely delegitimizes the potentially useful watermark aspect.
State governors authorize the use of the national guard, not the president. Unless of course there is a national mobilization. Since they guv’s of the various states in question all have a D or a RINO behind their names I am sure they didnt ok the hijacking of what they see as ‘their’ military force.
If the Guard had been activated, the logistics of moving them (even from city to city) are not the same as hopping into a Trump caravan of cars and trucks. Somebody would notice. And that somebody would be a media and left that is paranoid about Orange Man Bad taking over in a military coup to declare himself GodEmporeroftheUS. It would be bigger news than the election itself!
So yeah, I guess Im a little pill of black nastiness on this but it seems to me that spreading the story does our side a huge disservice. We know this is heading to a fight with Thundersticks (h/t Gary Larson) and now it is probably sooner rather than later. Believe this if you like, but better be loading things while you’re at it.

However, she made no accusation, just asked what it might be.

My local county clerk’s office mailed a Dominion ballot to me and if there’s any watermark I’m not able to detect it.

My guess is different jurisdictions have multiple ways of altering voter results and the people doing it range from smart to stupid. Some results won’t register a large deviation from the mean outside the number of registered voters, but then you get the obvious middle of the night “box stuffing” that shows 138,00 votes for Biden to Trump’s nothing.
