Roy had died shortly before the release of the album. To honor Orbison, a shot of a guitar sitting in a rocking chair next to a photo of him was used when his vocals are heard.
I especially like the way the chair was rocking as they sang.
I was wondering why you would post a song about drug use. Then I did some quick search and found this;

So, you posted this as a warning about excess, and how it can kill us. I know you posted with that in mind. Positive. Well … good for you! It’s a needed message these days.
