The link below contains both the video and transcript. It’s a long speech. Some of it is boring … stuff that deals with Russia’s internal politics. some of it is far from boring … like international relations. Might be worth your time to speed read through the transcript because, you know, a nuke war with Russia is increasingly being bandied around. Here are some highlights:
================================= =
The vast majority of the country’s Soviet-era atomic stockpile will soon be replaced by modern weapons. Putin said, Russia;
“wants to have positive relationships with everyone on the international stage, including those with whom relations have broken down recently. We really don’t want to burn bridges.”
But, he cautioned that;
“those who mistake this stance for weakness need to know that Russia’s response to any aggression will be asymmetrical, swift and harsh.”
Sounds like a harsh warning. Anyone planning provocations;
“will regret their deeds in a way they have not regretted anything else for a long time.”
Lots of new military hardware … two thirds of all Russian equipment will be new within the next 3 years, as well as 88% of its nukes;
— advanced heavy ICBM RS-28 Sarmat missile, 15 warheads directed against individual targets and each deliver 350 kilotons, already being deployed
— ship-mounted missiles and other “next-generation” projectiles
— a laser cannon which can shoot down both enemy aircraft and incoming missiles … already being deployed …. and more secret “hypersonic and laser” armaments the West doesn’t know about
Putin had a Red Line In The Sand … but, he ain’t saying what it is;
“We have patience, self-confidence and righteousness on our side. I hope no one will think of crossing red lines in their relations with Russia. Where that line sits is ours to determine.”
Pleeeze Uncle Putie, don’t nuke the entire USSA, just the District of Contempt and five of the largest and/or most debauched Urban Amerikan Utopias. The Electoral College rehabilitated…
“Where that line sits is ours to determine.” Genius. The man is a genius. What fool would antagonize Russia? The answer? Our fool.
Yeah, he’s completely tuning up the Obama/Biden administration with that line. I think he’s enjoying himself.
“This calls for a really stupid gesture on someone’s part and (Biden is) just the guy to do it.”
apologies to “Animal House”
When you look up stupid in the dictionary there’s a picture of Zhou Bi Den
My how the worm has turned when I respect Putin 1000x more than our bumbling Onegro puppet in the WH
When the establishment used the Russia, Russia, Russia claim over and over again, I started gaining respect for him and it has only grown since then. Xi would like nothing more than his two enemies to get into a renewed cold war while he exploits his area or responsibility.
Not so much Putin that is a real statesman, but Lavrov is the bomb. This guy absolutely rocks. We’ve got nada on these rockstars…
I read it.
Sleepy Joe would never be able to read all of that at one standing without an intermission and a nap. Perhaps some jello.
Damn, he won’t even tell you the red line. Lots-O-Risk.
My last post of the evening. I’m tired.
If you haven’t read the transcript please at least read the beginning. Putin talks about how Russia is handling the Covid crisis.
No lockdowns. No shutting down the country. No mask mandates. No social distancing. Theaters, churches, restaurants … all stayed opened. NO FEAR MONGERING. Just logical and reasonable actions based on real science. [It is unfortunate that he believes all Russians should be vaccinated. But, it’s a request … not a demand. There is no talk of a Covid passport. As far as I know, no Covid laws have been passed.]
Makes you wanna cry …. that we don’t have such leaders.
This is why we are always at war with Russia. The NWO just can’t control them.
Like I said earlier, I’m thinking to immigrate to Bulgaria or Russia because they have more freedoms that we do… Ironic isn’t it.
You also fluent in Bulgarian? Russian?
🙂 🙂
If you aren’t, you got Huge Brass Balls. I would never move to a country where I don’t speak the language. And I’m too fucken old to learn a new one.
Stucky in Eastern Europe, there is a great number of people who speaks English.
Well then start learning it.
I’m 9 months in, can read and write 1200 words now, and I listened to Putin’s speech on https://www.ontvtime.ru/live/otr.html and I least understood enough single words to get a grip on what he’s was roughly talking about at every moment.

Da!!
“We can see that we are dealing with proactive and talented people, but within the elite, there are also many people who have excessive faith in their exceptionalism and supremacy over the rest of the world. Of course, it is their right to think what they want. But can they count? Probably they can. So let them calculate the range and speed of our future arms systems. This is all we are asking: just do the maths first and take decisions that create additional serious threats to our country afterwards. It goes without saying that these decisions will prompt Russia to respond in order to ensure its security in a reliable and unconditional manner.”
Russia’s got Putin. China has Xi. We have Biden.
If we are in the Matrix, the computer is having some fun with us.
