Before even scrolling to see the comments I thought to myself — I hope no one calls this a sign of the End Times, blah blah blah. It is merely an astronomical-atmospheric phenomena!
But, nooooooooooo. Sad to say this, but I see you slowly descending into religious foolishness.
I just saw the moon was full and it was mostly a clear morning here with a few scattered clouds drifting by the moon. I looked up full moon and discovered it was one of those Blood Moons I’ve heard about.
I posted it to entice someone to mention the supposed biblical relevance.
No. I do not believe the moon is sending signals from God.
Descending into religious foolishness? I might have that inscribed on my tombstone!

And, no… I did not watch it all day.
I saw my first total lunar eclipse about 30 years ago from the deck of a sailboat, drinking rum punch in the Bahamas. The next morning we went on a shark feeding dive and that night we dove with loggerhead turtles & watched the perseid meteor shower from the same boat deck. One of the best 24 hr periods of my life.
You guys are going to be in a great location for the solar eclipse in 3 years
My first was the night of the Sylmar earthquake in 1971. My first earthquake as well. Tried watching the eclipse through our living room windows while helicopters flew overhead looking for remaining issues from the earthquake. We were only about 15 miles away from the epicenter. So as the helicopters flew overhead, the windows shook and it seemed like one of the hundreds of aftershocks that had been happening. NOT one of the best 24 hours of my as yet only 7 year old life.
So, I’ve been told. If it doesn’t rain.

What a great song! I heard it for the first time years ago in a Volkswagen commercial! I emailed corporate about the song and they actually answered! Picked up the album the same day. I’m gonna play that tomorrow night. Thanks for the reminder… 😁
