I’m hearing of more and more folks falling ill with the coronavirus. It does not seem to matter whether the person has gotten the vaccine, or not had the vaccine, people are getting ill from either a mutation/variant of the original virus. This is not hyperbole but facts stated by the CDC and other front line health organizations.
The article I’m forwarding has some very good proven therapeutics for treating the virus at home. Most of the items, except Ivermectin, can be obtained as over-the-counter (OTC).
As many of you know, I had covid almost a year ago. At the time, I took Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) the moment I felt I was coming down with something. The only symptoms I had were little to no taste and little to no smell for approximately one week. I was very fortunate. Additionally, in April of this year, and 2 weeks ago when I had my labs for my yearly wellness exam, I was tested for antibodies to this disease. I still carry those natural antibodies.
NOTE: I am sharing this as information only. You can see it as informative and then do your own homework or, you can trash it. Each individual needs to do what they feel is right for them, including the vaccination.

I am in the highest risk of the highest risk group and have had only one serious but brief bout of anything resembling a flu or covid in nearly four years after switching to Liposomal Vitamin C and a veggie based Zinc of 50 mg twice a day to avoid upset stomach.
Prior to that I would get a severe case of sinusitis/bronchitis twice a year. Spring and Fall. Several time being hospitalized and nearly dying from mucus filled lungs. Being stage 4 copd, I can not cough up phlem easily so colds are serious business to me.
I have done nothing else different in that time other than recently beginning a vitamin D tablet because I’m now a shut in. I also take a good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement from healthmasters and that’s it. I have ivermectin on hand in case but have not yet needed it. Until recently I was out among all age groups including Walmart and ive in a complex full of kids who go to school. If I was going to get something I think I would have by now. I have become a firm believer in Liposomal Vit. C therapy.

Make sure your vitamin D levels are normal to high way before you need them, and keep them up with daily sunshine or supplementation. The same goes with zinc levels. Don’t wait until you are sick to hope that these supplements will magically repair the deficient body the “virus” has now invaded. More than likely, if you keep these nutrient levels normal or slightly above normal, your exposure to the “virus” will result in little more than minor symptoms.
Also left off were thiamine (vitamin B1 – best taken as benfotamine). Bill Sardi has been making a very strong point lately that we may be looking more at Beri Beri (B1 deficiency caused by coffee, alcohol, processed food consumption) more than anything else in all of this. Whatever the case, worth keeping good levels as much of what people take in, either suppresses uptake or actually depletes B1 levels.
Also nebulized hydrogen peroxide (0.1% solution – use food grade) if any respiratory symptoms develop. This is a Dr. Mercola suggestion that many others support as well.
My gal and I have been doing regular H2o2 nebulizing for the past year. We add 1 drop of 35% food grade peroxide and 1 drop of 5% Lugol’s iodine to 3cc of .9% ‘normal saline’ in the nebulizer cup and fire up the compressor. Works for us! We both follow Dr. Mercola and Dr. David Brownstein. Make sure to use the saline solution as nebulizing straight water is harmful to your lungs. We’ve been taking liposomal vit C, zinc, vit D, vit B1 complex and vit K among others. I also take NAC just to spite the FDA.

NAC is becoming hard to find because of the f’ing FDA. I have found plenty at Walmart.com and Vitacost.
NAC should be taken with a bioavailable b complex to aid absorption.
Take resveratrol & bromelain in AM at time of NAC combo.
Add liposomal vit c to your quercetin, take that plus 50 mg of the zinc, inositol, magnesium and selenium at same time, with a meal to prevent stomach upset.

Whenever I get sick which is not that often, I always have a few key supplements that I take to greatly speed up the recovery. Oil of oregano, olive leaf extract and sambucol are the three main ones. I also sometimes will take a blend of several mushroom extracts like Reshi, Shiitake and maitake. If you need to fight inflammatory responses then you should have a good tumeric and resveratrol supplement on hand as well.
Normally, if Ivermectin is used for gut parasites, it is recommended to take on an empty stomach, as you want the ivm to stay in the gut.

I sent the FLCCC protocol to my son and told him to get some horse paste before they restricted it. When a friend of his got sick, he sent him the protocol and told him, “Got this from my Dad. Some people think he is a kook, but he does his research.” I took his comment as a compliment.
