A new study from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, has shown KN95 and N95 masks provide partial filtration efficiencies (60% and 46% for R95 and KN95 masks, respectively). The more commonly used cloth (10%) and surgical masks (12%) are totally worthless. This study does not mean that N95 masks work up to 60% of the time. It means they ALWAYS leak at least 40% of virus sized particles. N95 masks are designed to protect the wearer from larger particles when they are properly fitted. They do not protect those around you. They are not efficient at blocking COVID as they allow >40% of COVID particles to enter. The paper and cloth masks are useless too.

When fitted and worn properly is the key. My guess is 90% of the people I see in the stores are not properly wearing their diapers. This just shows it is about compliance and not stopping the WuHuFlu.
People – especially those under 60 and not obese – who haven’t gotten Covid yet should skip the masks entirely and mill around in a crowd. Catch this delta variant. It’s even weaker than Covid Classic. You’ll beat it and have stronger immunity than from a vaccine. That way you’ll be in a better position in case a stronger (vaccine-induced) variant comes around.
Of course, make sure you’ve been taking your vitamin C, D, Zinc, Quercetin and selenium.

Whatever…weight loss has always been simple math for me…you need to burn off more than you take in…and if that’s not working for you…consider seeing your doctor about a prescription for Adderall…in addition to being a great ADD drug, it’s off label use for weight loss works…many Hollywood actresses use it to get and stay thin.
