Ivermectin was approved for humans in 1981 and for animals in 1985. Also, we routinely use antibiotics in industrialized meat animal operations (can’t call them “farms”), are they saying we should ban antibiotics from human use because pigs get them?

How are You dosing Yourself with that? I guess You do the math ratio between doses for a certain weight horse and Your own weight?

The tubes have ridges on the plunger – each ridge is for 50 lbs body weight – man or horse. Tip – I dislike it less if I put the measured blob in my mouth & wash it down whole instead of eating it. The consistency is like firmer Vaseline.

A farmer friend in Australia told me this week they are having difficulty sourcing Ivermectin for their cattle.
Yeah, sold out. Just great. If you have horses and other livestock there is no wormer available and the price has shot thru the roof. Nine dollars for what used to be a four dollar tube of horse paste. I just ordered horse paste via Tractor Supply online because I DO have horses (family does, I personally have cattle) and I’m not sure when there will be anymore for awhile. Amazon also sold out, ditto Chewy and all other places I used to be able to get the stuff. Same goes for pourable and injectable

Thanks. People or horse? I’ve ordered from Tractor Supply and they’ll deliver to the store. I can’t get over this…it’s like the toilet paper hoarding. What people don’t seem to understand about horse paste is a horse generally weighs about 900 to 1,200 lbs. One tube will dose a person weighing 200lbs. at least six times. The other thing to remember about ivermectin is that it’s cumulative, so dosing every day isn’t necessary unless there’s extreme illness. I dose the animals 2x a year.
Some people are planning to take it as prophylaxis long term. I understand your frustration. I am just trying to explain the rationale. Also, the recommendation if you get ill is actually either 5 days or until symptoms disappear (up to 10 days or so). So it would not be unreasonable to have 1 or 2 packages on hand per adult in the household. More if you think you have friends or family members that will not be prepared and who you want to help out in a pinch.

I saw a video by a Brit MD who said – for prophylaxis – take one dose … 3 days later take one more & you’re good for the month as it holds in the tissues.

Had a scratchy throat and a cough early last week. Normally I wouldn’t even think about something so trivial, but if I come down with covid now, being one of the only vaccine holdouts among family and friends, they’ll all use it for a mass ‘I told you so’ event. So I tried the horse paste for two days with three noteworthy outcomes: I didn’t die; I didn’t start galloping around and whinnying; and my scratchy throat and cough went away. Of course, it may have gone away on its own, but in any case I didn’t have to deal with gloating family and friends.
If the vaxxed start having mid-long term adverse effects from the jab, they’ll have nothing to gloat about and a lot to be sorry about. Personally I’d rather risk getting covid (maybe 50% chance) and have therapeutics on hand just in case, rather than take the jab where your adverse effect risk is 100%. I would rather risk one thing (getting covid) rather than two things (getting the jab and then still getting covid).
It also seems to me that the sheep are being led into drug addiction. Take the jab, take boosters, take pills, etc. where the drugs don’t get you high, but rather reduce the feeling of fear. Just another type of psychological crutch for a drug addict.
My approach is: Take huge amount of Vit D (measured blood conc 68 ng/mL), enough zinc and selenium, drink a whole lot of fresh organic smoothies, and sleep well. Today I am going to get ivermectin prescription (in Virginia) and get the drug here in US. I am fearful of fake drugs from India.
I am a 79 y.o. male (I looked–sure enough!). Have not/never will get The Jab. According to the fear mongers I am in a high-risk category, so if I were to get COVID-19 I should end up dead. However, my wife and I have been taking supplements for years—Vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, quercetin, turmeric and several others, so our immune systems are in pretty good shape. Back in February we put in five syringes of IVM from our local T.S. “just in case”.
Well, about a month ago “just in case” happened—she got The Bug, probably from her somewhat careless sister. Nothing major, just sniffles and the like. Got a test to confirm it. At that point she started IVM every other day. A couple of days later I started it prophylactically, also every other day. I got COVID-19 about a week later (confirmed with a home test) and got a slightly stuffy sinus—that was it! No aches, pains, sore muscles, sniffles, shortness of breath and the like. My temperature got up to a whole 101.2. A friend recommended that I include an antibiotic, so I did a five-day regimen (six pills) of azithromycin (obtained from a local doctor—you can probably get it on-line). Goes well with IVM (in my opinion).
My bout with COVID-19 was the biggest nothingburger I have ever experienced. Just to be sure something bad wasn’t happening, I kept detailed records each day of my temperature, oxygen level (small fingertip indicator), blood pressure, and how long I could hold my breath with just one intake (one minute, 15 seconds) to be sure that my lungs weren’t deteriorating. Everything went fine. I’m now done and full of natural antibodies.
For those possibly unsure about IVM dosage—We used the common 0.21 oz. (6.08 gram) 1.87% Ivermectin horse syringe. 6.08 grams x .0187 = .114 grams, or 114 mg of IVM per syringe. Each syringe has a length (throw) of 3.5″ and collar that locks every 1/8″. If you figure a 1/2″ movement of the plunger (four 1/8″ notches), there are seven 1/2″ doses in 3-1/2″. 114 mg /7 = 16.3 mg per dose. If you do a 3/8″ movement (3 notches), the dosage is about 9.3 mg. DO NOT TAKE THE WHOLE SYRINGE AT ONE TIME!!! THAT COULD KILL YOUR LIVER!!! I’ve read that IVM builds up in your system, so don’t take it long term (do your own research on dosage and longevity!). Good luck out there.

Ivermectin is being vilified for one simple reason. The EUA requires that there is “no available treatment” to prevent what the vaccine allegedly does. If Ivermectin is recognized as a treatment, there can be no legal EUA. Not that that will stop the government.
