Freak show. Used to love watching the Olympics. No more.

Ah, yes. The mega rich guy telling us all to tighten our belts while he employs someone to put toothpaste on his toothbrush.
But the guy that wipes his ass has an excellent benefits package.
Even the ass-istant ass-wiperer gets two weeks paid holiday per annum.
And those are the really shitty jobs.
Turned off all sports 25 years ago and cable TV 16 years ago. Miss it? Nope.
I don’t have cable either. Don’t watch the news anymore. Don’t do social media. Don’t work for anyone. Definitely don’t miss it. Pretty simple life now.
My family used to have season tickets to an NFL and hockey team…they did not renew the past two years. We’re all done with that crap. We had good times at the games though, just spending time together…so kind of a bummer in that respect.
I became a caretaker for my wife since her accident last January. Spend time with my son whenever we have time. Four church services every week. Feed all the missionaries and speakers who visit our little church. Life is good and complete. No complaints about life from me.
It is amazing how the quality of life can improve without all the productivity drainers to distract you. Sounds like a life well lived.

Worship of the National Health Service in the UK is like a cult. Most Brits think it’s the best health service on the planet. Mostly because most of them have never been ill abroad. The Olympics are another globalist beanfest that needs to go.
