I remember that one. Why burn up ammo and all that entails if you can at least some of the time make a serious point without expending blood or treasure? When taken from front of police van., victim appears to try to protect head and vital body parts. After cameraman walks around back of van, victim appears to be already or almost unconscious. I do beg to differ about one point though, given that I am more familiar with the German laws and constitution: there are other countries in the world that have it written in to their highest laws or constitution that the power lies with the people. Germany has this clause (article 20 4), which was added in the 1960s, that if anybody (government) is trying to undermine this constitution, that the people have the right (and the duty) to resist and to remove that government.
Of course, the issue is the lack of means in a largely unarmed population.
A German friend of mine is a sports shooter, regional champion. He can legally keep his sports weapon at home. He is REALLY good at it. He told me last year that he wished he had access to more powerful weapons. He also advised me on 3 things if one wants to have a weapon at home in the US:
l. Have a secure way of storage, especially if small children at home.
2. Practice practice practice until handling is second nature and you could do it in your sleep. Applies to all adults in the household
3. Only consider if you are willing to use lethal force. Do not get a gun just for show. Make that decision in your mind now, and not in the moment of duress. If you are not willing to do that, don’t get one.
It’s not a question of means, but of will. With the will, the means can be acquired.
In the U.S., we have the means you refer to ready at hand; but, do we have the will?
In our Declaration of Independence, America has this stated quite clearly:

Although not in our Constitution, this maxim has always been a long held truism and seen as lawful action by freedom loving conservatives and independents. Most knowledgeable Americans accept the necessity of always trying to go the last mile to make peaceful transitions of power, but they also accept that under the right set of circumstances it is a righteous act to take up arms against a tyrannical government.
We set upon the precipice of civil war in America today, because the Biden regime is circumventing and completely ignoring our Constitution as it suits him, using it only where it serves the further dismantling of the republic. If Biden and the Democratic Party Communists keep the country on this current trajectory, at the very least, America will see mass civil upheaval in the short term and a very real and blazing hot civil war to come to fruition anytime between 2022 and 2028, in my estimation.
This nation was founded on Christian and Western principles and the ideas of equality under the eyes of the law married to individual liberty, never before seen in any country in the history of the world. Biden’s Marxist-Maoist worldview is foreign and completely antithetical to our founding, and in fact, his regime seeks to totally transform the nation away from that founding, erase and revise our history and destroy our culture, constitution, traditional America and our republic, in favor of an authoritarian socialist regime in which freedom and individual liberty does not exist.
One cannot compromise with evil. Compromise is what has driven our country to this result — compromising where no compromise should have existed in a way that benefitted the communists, fascists and tyrants more than freedom-loving Americans, eroding our freedom and liberties over the decades and now taking them without compunction at breakneck speed.
It would be better to purge America of Her radicals and communists by making it uncomfortable enough for them to live here that they leave of their own accord, but short of that, it’s past time to force them to leave or kill them where they stand and stack their dead radical, red, Commie rat bastard carcasses ten feet high and ten feet deep all about one in all directions for as far as the eye can see, in order to preserve freedom and liberty and rid the nation of those who would impose a death dealing ideology over us all, issuing our rights as privileges and reducing us to equality in the lowest common denominator of poverty embracing the cold chains of the Leviathan.

No “word vanity” on my part. I only noted that you don’t seem to understand what rights actually are or the fact that they come from God, the Creator of All.
If one is a Christian, he is commanded to worship the One True God only by God Himself. It’s not a choice, not if one wishes to achieve one’s salvation and redemption of one’s sins.
The right to serve false “gods” is enshrined under the First Amendment that simply says government cannot establish a state religion or prohibit the free exercise thereof, even if one worships the devil, but it’s a right that came from the Free Will granted us by God as viewed through the prism of both the Old and New Testaments.
