I write & am written back:

“The first correspondence that survives, from October 1886, was largely about agricultural matters. Perhaps the doctor, taking a break from his work at the table, had stood up to stretch & had gazed wistfully from his cell window down at the farm laborers in the valley below, watching them stack the late autumn sheaves & drinking warm cider under the oaks. He refers in his letter to a book he is reading, called The Country Farme, by Gervase Markham, published in 1616, & to occurrences of the verb “bell,” – as when the ripening hops swell out in bell shapes in late August. “Blight,”too catches his attention, as well as “blast,” & then “heckling,” which on farms once meant the process of separating the individual stems of the flax plant from each other, & only later became used (often in a political context) in the sense of catechizing someone, making his or her arguments stand up to severe scrutiny, as a flax plant might stand when divided for the scutcher.” ~ The Professor & the Madman: A Tale of Murder, Insanity, & the Making of the Oxford English Dictionary, Simon Winchester

The whole(some…not) story grows right there in that paragraph’s soil.

Here’s the closet fag “Beto” O’Rourke playing in his “band”.
Texas should be ashamed.

Perhaps the message is our rage is for the benefit the machine, what if we just stayed quiet, toed the line and sent in our own versions of swat teams/death squads starting local lighting up courthouse, then state houses and corporate HQ’s. Would keeping the rage under the radar and culling them be a solution? Tactical teams can easily knock out cameras and security….are they secure? Are they really secure? That is the question.

This time will be different in my calculation, humanity will actually gel into a swarm of ants one day covering everything and going full Sri Lankan.

According to Tom Woods, this group required Covid shot proof in order to get into their shows. They should be named Roll Over for the Machine.

After a 3 year unneeded but mandated hiatus from the scene, a certain annual outdoor music festival in Nobodyville* reappeared, complete with A-list prices for D-list talent, punitively ridiculously long lineups for beer, food, and everything else, and other poorly executed logistics. A 10-day misnomered festival with over 200 acts that you have either never heard of, or thought were long dead and buried, and who was the only recognizable mainstream act? These hypocritical douchebag sellouts.

So, it was my pleasure to Skate** their show, because I could, and because within my rag-tag social circle it’s been a 20+ year tradition in Nobodyville – the Town that Fun Forgot, to make our own fun .

While I actually do like their music – or did once upon a time, there is no question that their act is not only irrelevant and 20 years out of date in today’s political climate, but that they are actually now shilling for the very masters of oppression they should be Raging Against. Sad and pathetic.

But this is Nobodyville, so there were no shortage of losers paying $150 each for the privilege to stand in the grassy field and wait over 45 minutes in line for a single $10 beer, while myself and my crew walk in like we own the place carrying in all our own party favours.

Vax requirement?? Wouldn’t know and doesn’t matter when you Skate. I doubt there was any such requirement for this outdoor festival , and the lineups at the turnstiles were more likely due to those mandatory bag checks. Whatever.

We enjoyed vocally egging on the police and the dogs in their “police brutality” video and booed the living shit out of their similarly misguided “white occupiers” false narrative video. For a Rage show, it had zero energy and effect, so it seemed perfectly suited for the zombie-like Snivel Service drones that turned out in droves (attendance was almost 30,000). At least there were hardly any mask-weaking idiots. Progress, I hope.

So anyway, we had fun. We always have fun. But Fuck no, Zack de la Fraudca, I won’t do what you tell me! (but no $oup for you or any cut for the G-men either).

Great band, one of the most innovative, musically-speaking. But they totally rage FOR the machine and don’t seem to see the irony in now being on the same side as the World Establishment on every single social issue.

But I wouldn’t expect less from communists.

PS, Zack is the only one with something of credibility; when the other 3 wanted to become huge rock stars and write pop hits in 2000, he said fuck this and split. The other 3 then hooked up with Chris Cornell and formed Audioslave and became huge rock stars…

These overpaid Trotskyites will get re-educated in a heartbeat when things get messy.

Auntie suggests that Rage Against The Machine members should try sitting in their private garage, in their Astin Martin, Ferrari or Lamborghini and have the engine running with some cocktails, illicit drugs and be sure to close the garage door nice and tight.

Adios MFers.
