Avian Flu?
Please.
Some WEF paid off thug with a government badge has been visiting poultry farms,
discovering one bird with phlegm in it’s cock-a-doodle-do, and demands the whole flock must be destroyed.

Numerous examples in that list of 100+ food processing plants that have also had mysterious explosions, fires, besides forced culling of herds in the last year or more.

Outside of people who read blogs like this, John Q. Public is totally unaware of just how hard the push is to minimize or destroy the food supply chain to squash abundant availability.

See, cuz that’s more ‘misinformation’ and disinformation that’s circulating among the tin foil hat wearing MAGA troglodytes in counties red…you know…the pure bloods, who are still a health risk to all the needle dicks who took the jab, but still wear a mask…while driving alone in a car…because, although the shots won’t immunize them from ever catching the Fauci flu again, those concoctions sure will lessen the effects, and minimize time spent in the hospital with problems from a compromised immune system.
Alas, out of the hospital, and potentially into the morgue. Even millenials and Junior, if Mommy Progtard insisted they get the prick, too.
Cuz it’s Safe and Effective.
Everybody said so.
Why would they lie about that?

Follow the money honey.

I saw 47 cents/lb in grocery, but I paid 8.00 each for day old birds (4) in May and raised them out in small pasture around my garden and small orchard I’ll guess $2.00/lb but probably way better

I sell a 16 pound turkey for $120. I don’t think we actually make anything off of the turkeys, they’re just something we do for our best customers and ourselves because they (and we) appreciate the quality of a real pasture raised bird.

If you are buying one for $28.96 there are hidden government subsidies behind that price offset, so you are still buying one for $120. There is simply no way for a turkey to be hatched, fed, watered, raised, housed, slaughtered, processed, bagged, chilled, shipped, stocked and then sold for anything less. Imagine how many humans are involved all along the way, the energy requirements, the fuel to transport it, the labels, packaging, advertising, etc. and it soon becomes apparent that so much of our Big Ag production is almost entirely underwritten by free government money, i.e. fiat.

The totals above are likely 4 times higher if the truth ever really came out.

Remember this and you will never be disappointed; everything they tell you is a lie.

November…a seasonal month to harvest all the abundant growth,
and give Thanks to The Source, and all the working class folks who:

hatched, fed, watered, raised, housed, slaughtered, processed, bagged, chilled, shipped, stocked and then sold

…any food item to be prepared, then consumed on the Thursday when kin venture in, back to their roots, to be with family and friends, to celebrate in
the most basic family tradition…a meal lovingly and carefully supplied, so that all those in attendance are able to enjoy a feast fit for a king and his court.

Acknowledging all that with a bit of Gratitude just might keep the flow of good coming our way. For a while at least. Take nothing for granted.

Farmer, I’m bettin’ your fam dinners are a notch or two above average,
in abundance, quality, and culinary pleasure.

Now, my nephew went so far one year as to stuff his bird with…
Are you ready for it?
…a dozen or so White Castles, for that taste of wet stuffing substitute.

No sitting on the fence, on this suggestion.
It’s either Yeah or Nay, based on one’s own personal tastes or lack thereof.

This heathen’s 60+ year old body can no longer absorb that kind of slop,
without having vicious gastro intestinal issues that later force anybody in the vicinity to flee in horror, in search of cleaner air to inhale through their snot lockers.

I posted a meme to some friends who appreciate edgy, though sometimes juvenile locker room humor from time to time.

To wit:
Regarding colognes and perfumes,
I released my own fragrance today.
Judging by the reactions, nobody in the car seemed to like it.

But, for those who still crave the little square ‘burgers’ and onions, from a brick of frozen flat patties with little holes in them, steam-fried on a flat top grill, with the buns layered over the top while cooking to get ’em nice & soggy,
Hey…have at it, literally for shits & giggles.
Bust up the routine. Dare to risk.

Fast food.
Convenient, at times, but No Thanks.
Not anymore, for a variety of reasons.

But in the end, to each his own.

During preparation in 2 Thursdays from now,
you can always settle in to the recliner and watch the Detroit Loins
(not a mis-spelling, btw) get CREAMED by any legitimate gridiron squad that’s not owned by the Ford family.

A headline in the Detroit Free Press today mentioned that Ford Motor Co. is going to actively try to become more diverse with their stable of representative hucksters.
Great.
Ol Hank set up shop in Little Dubai, er, Dearborn many moons ago,
and the rug jockey throngs came to the land of milk and honey to stake
their claim, alongside Euro men, Afro men, and a few other ethnicities.
So, where’s the void?
Just wondering.
If FMC isn’t diverse enough by now, circa 2022, I’m skittish to see what the next influx of diversity shall represent the blue oval.
I’m not sure furries who identify as cats are capable of driving a car, let alone working to build the Company and rejuvenate their bottom line.
Oughtta be entertaining enough to just SMH once again, at the madness.
Surprised the normies don’t have neck problems, from such frequency.

Adieu.
It’s early yet, but have a Happy Thanksgiving anyways.

Joe and the Uniparty have ruined the joy of grocery shopping. I refuse to pay their mafia tax on food. Over the past few years I’ve become very skilled at making soups. Basic recipe of pick a meat, some vegetables, a carb, and a bean. Voila, a meal that last 2-3 days and can be served with a loaf of bread for filler.

Can I come visit? Love soup and a nice chunk of bread.

The best way to avoid overpaying is to not buy any packaged food. Buy packs of fresh chicken on sale, bags of dried beans, fresh produce. Cereal is ridiculous. $5 a box for sugar cubes.

I tried to go the dried bean route but they cost about the same as canned beans now. For vegetables I make my own mix of celery, shredded carrots, and chopped onion and put the in gallon zip lock bag. I usually can make about 4 soups (2 cups per soup) with this mix. I buy frozen bags of spinach, kale, and broccoli and that makes for a good filler in quite a few meals. Canned potatoes are also pretty cheap and work very well in soups.

For tomato based soups I’ve found a can of diced tomatoes and tomato juice make a good base. I also use this tomato base for spaghetti, lasagna, and chili. Cooking with tomato juice for tomato based meals also cuts down on the acidity and reduces heartburn. Food prices have caused me to completely change my cooking and I think it’s actually improved my recipes.

I still buy cereal but only the Wal-mart brand cereals that cost roughtly $1.50 per box. You can still by basic no frills cereal such as cheerios or shredded wheat cheaply by buying generic. Wal-mart brand of pop tarts are also still a good buy if you don’t mind the excess of high-fructose corn syrup and the absence of any nutritional value.

Hey Stephanie:
I save all the usually thrown away bits from celery, onion, peppers, etc all year long and save them up in gallon ziplocs. Also save chicken wing tips, chicken breast skin and bones, etc. Ham bones are great too. 2 bags of the veggies and 1 bag of bones in my big stock pot goes in the oven at 350 for about an hour to bring out the flavors, then add water and let simmer in oven or on stove for 4 hours or so. Strain then add good fresh veggies and some better than bouillon or Tones soup base to amp up the meaty flavor. Spoke with a chef one time about it , he told me he had 5(!) freezers at home doing the same thing.

Just channeling my fathers Great Depression stories.

Steph, if so inclined, search the archives here, as Stuck put up a post a few years back, on his experience in making Bone Broth Soup, which has it’s benefits. But, you probably know that.
At the local butchers, you can get beef shanks or even leg bone pieces chock full of marrow to bake first, then place at the bottom of the pot.
My own recipe, handed down from Granny and then Ma, but modified slightly:
Use either a home made stock for liquid, or a boxed one and the same amount of water.
For vegetable tomato beef barley, I like using a chuck roast because of the texture, marbling, and taste. Vidalia onion, celery, carrot, maybe some minced garlic. 2 cans of Campbells tomato, without adding more water to the mix.
Rice can be a sub for barley, but rice absorbs too much liquid, so I don’t add it until a bowl or crock is served. Garnish with parsley & sea salt to taste.
A splash of milk lightens the deep orange color, and knocks back the potential heartburn a bit.
For extra yummy, throw a slice of muenster cheese at the bottom of the crock before ladling in the zoupa. Some cubed baguette pieces put it in the same league as French Onion soup with a twist.

Stuck also posted his method for The Ultimate Hash Browns.
That one was saved to file, somewhere.
Lots of prep work, and I haven’t tried those yet, but I bet they’re lights out,
with some cackle fruit, toast, fresh squeezed OJ, and a small farm animal.

Cheers!

We need to start a once a week cooking/grocery shopping post on TBP. Lots of great ideas here. Only thing I disagree with your suggestions is I don’t use Campbells soup in my cooking. The price has gotten ridiculous and it has wayyyyy too much sodium.

Imagine the cost savings by eating a spidurkey that doesn’t require renting a dynamically priced oven that was only going to put you over your carbon credits(you want to shower next week don’t you?). Plus I don’t think your social credit score would allow you to rent the roasting pan. This renting of a kitchen utensil may be evidence of planning a gathering or event possibly to discuss conspiracies and/or the constitution, at the very least it breeds suspicion. The WEF police will need to inspect your food processing facilities as well if you wanted to do a turkey without spreading avian flu. Thank you Uncle Claus, Thanksgiving is looking nice next year! Eat Spidurkey, have nothing to be thankful for, own nothing and be happy. Sustainability is closer than you think. Net Zero Humans soon.
