Although I despise all politicians and wish them all ill I do find McCarthy’s public humiliation very entertaining. Of course, it would be so much more enjoyable if they cracked him over the head with canes, like just before the War for Southern Independence. Well, it has become pretty obvious since 9/11, but the Uniparty goes back a lot farther than that. At least to 1910 or so, when the Democrats finally gave up running W.J. Bryan for president, and joined up with the Republicans as wholly-owned sucklings on the teats of the international banking cartel. They were handsomely rewarded with the Wilson Presidency.
