Insurrection Anybody?

Guest Post by Jim Kunstler

“One of the definitions of sanity is the ability to tell real from unreal. Soon we’ll need a new definition.”Alvin Toffler

Letter: Buffalo Bill's role in mob who stormed the Capitol | Financial Times

Insurrections galore spark off all of a sudden and 2023 was just born days ago! Want to know why? Because the business model of the global economy is broken and the supposed remedy for that is centralized control of populations and super-strict regulation of all their activities — that is, techno-tyranny (with Marxist characteristics, as the Chinese like to put it). Not everybody wants to ride that bus, and so an epic economic problem becomes an arduous political struggle, here and elsewhere in the world.

A large number of people went apeshit in Brazil over the weekend in that country’s weird, geographically isolated capital, Brasilia, a horror of 1960s-style Modernist city planning. They stormed the national congress and trashed the offices within to protest the fishy election of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva over the former incumbent Jair Bolsonaro. As in our own country, the quarrel was over the mysterious behavior of voting machines and the unwillingness of election officials or courts to verify the results. The New York Times offered a thumbnail of Mr. Bolsonaro, who is sitting out the current action in Florida:

The resulting picture showed an elected leader, first as a congressman and then as president, who has built a narrative of fraudulent elections based on inaccuracies, out-of-context reports, circumstantial evidence, conspiracy theories and downright falsehoods — much like former President Donald J. Trump.”

Get it? There’s no way fraud could have happened, just like in our country. And Bolsonaro is another Trump. It explains everything. All complaints are “baseless,” “false,” and “conspiracy theories.” End-of-story…. Are these shopworn tropes maybe losing their mojo? And is The New York Times embarrassing itself, a little bit, to trot them out as if they are actually arguments against anything?

The truth is more that Mr. Lula is another Hugo Chavez, poised to wreck Brazil with a fresh attempt at nationalizing all enterprise, ramping up a Marxist police state, and inviting China in to partner-up in the action, including new Chinese military bases in the western hemisphere — an interesting challenge to the Monroe Doctrine (if anyone remembers what it says). And so, Mr. Lula has arrested hundreds of protesters and declared a national emergency.

Don’t expect it to stop there. The protesters are asking the army to intervene, as Brazil’s constitution actually obligates them to do in election disputes. Also, unlike the USA, Brazil has plenty of prior experience with the army removing elected leaders. Sometimes, electing yourself into tyranny is not the best way to solve economic problems. For the moment, Mr. Lula borrows a page from the American Left’s playbook for destroying a society. It will matter a lot if he doesn’t get away with it. That’s why the US political Swamp, and its errand boys in the news media, look on the action in Brazil with alarm. Unlike the January 6 protest in Washington, the Brasilia mob represents a genuine insurrection aimed at overthrowing a communist seizure of power.

Likewise, the US Swamp endured a rebellion in the House of Representatives last week. The 20-odd reps who revolted against Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker — Matt Gates, Lauren Boebert, and others — sought written guarantees to prevent such legislative insults as the passage of a 4000-page omnibus spending bill that nobody could possibly read prior to voting, along with many Swamp-draining changes in rules. One rule change makes it much easier to remove Speaker McCarthy from leadership if he reneges on any of his agreements. The House can now proceed to multiple inquiries into the vast matrix of rot, malice, and deceit that has set the federal government at war against its own citizens.

One angle of this, of course, is the open border with Mexico that has enabled millions of unvetted migrants to enter the USA, illegally with the federal immigration apparatus recruited (also illegally) to disperse them all over the country. “Joe Biden” traveled down to the border last weekend in a pretend show of concern for the disorder the people behind him have instigated there. They stupidly took him for a photo op to one of the few places on the border where he wouldn’t have to actually witness mobs crossing the Rio Grande: a stretch of wall that his predecessor, Mr. Trump, built. Hey, no unsightly foreign riffraff cluttering up the picture there!

Before long, the House is going to impeach Mr. Biden over this and quite a few other matters. He may not be convicted in the Senate, with its slim Democratic Party majority, but they will be compelled to hold a trial, at least, where a lot of dirty laundry will get aired, and pressure will mount for the old grifter to resign. Ms. Harris is sworn in and five minutes later suffers a “nervous collapse” that the public is not informed about. It sets off a wild series of events around the selection of a new vice-president — Barack or Michele Obama? — that could burn the whole joint down. Stick around in ’23, unless the spike proteins have got your number. It’s going to be a humdinger of a year.

” . . . the Brasilia mob represents a genuine insurrection aimed at overthrowing a communist seizure of power.”

It is the communist seizure of power that is the insurrection, and, as happens in all communist seizures of power, it is the defenders against it that are falsely labeled the insurrection.

Because communists see themselves as the only legitimate holders of power, and by any means necessary.

This Brazil thing is another demonstration of the perfidy of our media. Lie upon lie. A perfect example of why reporters will be on the menu when SHTF.
The NYT’s lies are especially grievous given that in Brazil, the constitution provides for the military to certify elections and arbitrate disputes between the judiciary and legislative branches among other things. The American left and the grifting filth in the White House have been demanding and threatening Bolsonaro that he had to use the crooked “voting machines.” They got the crooked result and the proof of its crookedness is that the communist dominated courts, which unlike other countries even have their own corrupt police force and can issue warrants and arrest people on bogus political charges refuses to provide the required info and access to verify the election. These communist courts (real reds, not my disparagement) have refused to hand over the data, allow examination of the programming or the machines which is the constitutional obligation of the military. Lula has sold the country to China. How long before divisions of PLA troops disguised as “humble migrants” hit El Paso?

And just why do our universities and such need all of these chinese students — when our own United States Citizens are having trouble getting into those universities as a direct result?

And just imagine since Governor Rick Perry in Texas the greedy bastards in Texas have have sold mineral rights on Texas lands to guess who, the Chinese. And of course it was Rick that brought the Chinese company Huawei to Plano , Texas. This is the company President Trump was urging the Canadian government to extradite a leading CEO gal for Huawei while she was in that country. What has taken place in Texas surely supports the idea of “patriotism” among the “leaders” in the US, huh? There is no patriotism only the worship of $$$. Sold down the river. Thanks Rick.

Not Chinese troops, but how about the fact most of the fentanyl coming into this country originates in China. https://www.cfr.org/backgrounder/us-opioid-epidemic Can you say societal decadence and collapse via addiction?
Alas, what goes around comes around. When the African-American communities were being flooded with heroin and cocaine from the 1940’s to the present it was viewed as moral failing on the part of Blacks and the knee jerk solution was incarceration. But now that rural, suburban and city dwelling soccer moms are strung out on and dying from opioids the cry is, “we can’t arrest our way out of this, we need treatment.” No amount of allopathic treatment is going to cure the misery index, the moral rot and social disintegration that is rapidly metastasizing throughout this country. Welcome to the Terrordome!
We need a psychological insurrection, an insurrection of values, an insurrection of consciousness away from the psychopathy of the plutocrats and their institutions to a more humane, nurturing people first open opportunity society.

In a surprise move that surprised no one.

I know I ridiculed this a couple of weeks ago based on the language used, i.e. obscure Latin phrases and complex clauses so overlayered in legal-speak that no one with an IQ of less than 140 and a law degree could ever hope to comprehend, but it’s still ridiculous on its face.

You cannot appeal to a corrupt organization to reform its own corruption, it simply will not happen. There is no longer a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, there is only a criminal racket trying to insulate itself against competing criminal rackets using the organs of a failed state to do so. We are living in a post political world that is masquerading as a Democracy in the same way that Frankenstein’s monster was a human being.

SCOTUS Justices are influenced by Appeals Court decisions. They often wait to weigh in until the Appeals Courts are divided, and they understand the basis of the divisions.

I don’t think that’s a bad thing. Look what happened in the New Deal Era when SCOTUS was herded into instant decisions in order to “save Democracy”.

I completely disagree with your second paragraph Marc.

Two reasons the Supremes took it, and even helped the Brothers file it sooner than they were planning to, and then they scheduled it on Jan. 6th a date that was a symbolic threat in itself…I suspect worked out well for the 9 lawyers in black dresses.

This case was a tactical threat from one branch (the Supremes) to the other two, and accomplished two goals for them.

1. To reassert and protect them against congress’ attempt to pack the court, because of their overturning legalized murder…and hold the Lame Duck Congress in check with this decertification threat.

2. Stop the public threats (remember Chucky from NY reap the whirlwind threat?). Plus I suspect they probably gained more security for themselves and their families. (Pure speculation on my part).

Remember after Roe Vs. Wade was overturned some of them had to leave their homes and go into hiding, they had death threats to their children…by specific child’s name. One loon was caught close to one Juctice’s home ready, willing, and able to murder.

I bet there were some behind the scene ahhhh negotiations between the branches on this. This was a smart chess move by the Supremes projecting and protecting their power and their families.

Another reason it wasn’t ridiculous was it exposed what the 385 traitors didn’t do…uphold their OATH!

It also exposed this past similar fraud…but in 1876 Congress and the Supremes upheld their oaths.

“The election of 1876 between Rutherford B. Hayes and Democrat Samuel Tilden of New York was one of the most hostile, controversial campaigns in American history. Tilden won the popular vote and led in the Electoral College, but 19 votes from three Republican-controlled states (Louisiana, Florida, and South Carolina) remained disputed. Oregon’s count was also challenged.

The commission finally announced their decision only two days before the inauguration.

The vote was 8-7 along party lines to award the disputed Electoral College votes to Hayes, making him the winner”.

“Allegations of widespread voter fraud forced Congress to set up a special electoral commission to determine the winner, composed of fifteen congressmen and Supreme Court justices”.

What was done in 1876 should have been done in 2020…TREASON was committed allowing the massive fraud…and FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING.

I think because of the Brunson Brothers law suit countless more Americans are aware of what should have been done…but wasn’t because of the Jan 6th False Flag distraction.

In the secular you counter punch, counter kick, bite, claw, spit, scream, sue, mock, taunt, ambush, and play Paul Revere until it is time to shoot Red Coats.

No problem with the last paragraph brother.

Brunson case is high grade copium. Not a chance the judiciary will hear it. The only way to bring a case like this is with an ultimatum. Not happening.

Nothing will change this system until people decide making the change is worth risking their lives. Asking the court to fix it is an admission things aren’t bad enough to risk death or captivity. Things have to get much worse.

Bolsanaro talked real tough in the aftermath of the steal, and then he bitched out and fled to Orlando. I expected the Brazilian wall kisser to cuck out, and now we get the continuing of the script with their own J6, give or take a few days. Much like Trump, he ginned up his base and then fled the field of battle.

God bless the patriotic Brazilians who have said enough is enough. It is hard for a people to outgrow their leadership, but it appears this may have transpired in Brazil. The likelihood is high that this will be used to crack down on anti-communist dissenters like J6, but I pray they have more fortitude then us Americans.

We will see how this plays out, but it perfectly demonstrates that the 2nd amendment is a pathetic fig leaf that delusional Americans still cling to while the rest of their freedoms have been ripped from them. If you are too afraid to ever use the damn things, those guns aren’t tyranny repellent, they’re relics of your forsaken manhood. With no guns these patriots have taken control of almost every seat of government. The cops and military are refusing to engage them, not only out of solidarity but also simple pragmatism. They know they may take down a few protesters, and then the crowd gets a hold of them and would rip them to shreds.

Looking at it historically, military dictators have resulted in more sort-of-free countries than communists. Communists have never led (peacefully) to any sort of free government.

If you have a choice, choose anyone but the Socialists.

The Speaker of the House is next in line behind the V.P., which leads me to think that Harris will be the President, and won’t have any sort of nervous collapse that we will know of. Probably there is a double for Harris in the wings and practicing speeches.
That communists think they can bring on the revolution (like they thought in the ’60s) is certain. That they plan to usher in a Medieval form of governance is also certain.

It’s not an insurrection. It’s the overthrowing an insurrection by the People.

The Brazilians are doing what we should have on Jan6. I don’t care for Trump either. I care about this country, the rule of Constitutional law.And the right to a fair, and speedy trial, jan6ers are still being tortured in solitary confinement to this day. Why aren’t we there demanding their release. Where is the equal protection, why were antifa and blm rioters coddled and supported by these same cops and government officials condemning jan6ers? We need to think on these contradictions and plan accordingly. They have declared war.

“The Brazilians are doing what we should have on Jan6”.

I agree Kid.

An old Tea Party buddy who I had gone to DC with during the Obamacare first mass protest, and Richmond Rally Day with in 2019… called me about going to Jan 6th 2021…a couple of days before.

I said no for two reasons…I was off the Trump train over Warp Speed the day he announced it (he knew this – we talk)…but I felt it was a trap.

Mark. Same, only voted for the bastard cuz I hated Hillary, and Biden. Still hate them. Didn’t trust him. Especially after warp speed, I warned every friend I knew Jan6 was a trap. They had already had let every one know their plans by the set up of cp,fed agents fully kitted, and nasty girl troops in body armor and empty auto rifle’s that can be given loaded magazines at any time by the feds or cp. I notice trump rarely,if ever mentions jan 6 protestors or use his massive wealth to help set them free..We had four long years of rioting and violence from the left who got away scott free for the nost part. But god forbid you’re right wing ir a Trump supporter in jan 6 getting barely even rowdy, let alone insurgent in even the slightest . Yet most conservative leadership don’t call for their release, why is that if they are on our side? Guess we will see with this new congress, not going to hold my breath.

Zelda,I wonder if she listened to Trump and got the warp speed vax? I wonder how many good Republicans and conservatives Trump will be responsible alongside most in the federal system of murdering with this poison. I wonderhow many demcraps will die as well? Sad Diamond is dead to though.

I was wondering that too. She apparently had heart problems. Probably Myocarditis. I don’t understand why Trump keeps promoting this shitshot.

” I don’t understand why…” ?

First ‘Sign’ something was FISHY in Denmark?

President-elect Donald Trump talked about the Clintons on 60 Minutes, saying: “I don’t want to hurt them. They’re good people.” For anyone shaking their head, trying to figure out if reality still exists, you’re not alone.
