The entire point of the constitution was to create illusions while hiding intents and actions.
Our Constitution was doing a pretty good job until the busybodies decided to use the 14th Amendment against US … it was never meant for that. Basically, the uses of the 14th during the past few decades have meant the death of the 9th and 10th Amendments … which were meant to keep the Federal Government in its proper place — and to preserve the rights of the States.
