Ivermectin and Cancer

Today, I sent the following information to my brother-in-law, who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. This was after listening to the latest Greg Hunter ‘Watchdog USA’ podcast on turbo cancers and Ivermectin being used to treat certain cancers. I did some research and I found a plethora of peer reviewed studies on this subject. Below I’ve linked 5 of those articles along with some highlights.

I’m sharing this as it might be very useful information to those of you that may either be suffering with a cancer or, know someone who is.

Ivermectin converts cold tumors hot and synergizes with immune checkpoint blockade for treatment of breast cancer

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41523-021-00229-5

  • Use of the Anti-Parasitic Drug Ivermectin to Treat Breast Cancer

Seeking such an agent among FDA-approved drugs, our group found that ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug used worldwide since 1975 to treat close to 1 billion people primarily for river blindness and other parasitic infections, promotes ICD in breast cancer cells. Among our other findings was evidence that ivermectin modulates the P2X4/P2X7 purinergic pathway, suggesting that ivermectin may further harness tumors’ intrinsic high extracellular levels of ATP for anti-cancer activity.

  • Ivermectin, a potential anticancer drug derived from an antiparasitic drug

 Highlights

  • Ivermectin effectively suppresses the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells and promotes cancer cell death at doses that are nontoxic to normal cells.
  • Ivermectin shows excellent efficacy against conventional chemotherapy drug-resistant cancer cells and reverses multidrug resistance.
  • Ivermectin combined with other chemotherapy drugs or targeted drugs has powerful effects on cancer.
  • The structure of crosstalk centered on PAK1 kinase reveals the mechanism by which ivermectin regulates multiple signaling pathways.
  • Ivermectin has been used to treat parasitic diseases in humans for many years and can quickly enter clinical trials for the treatment of tumors.

  • Ivermectin reverses the drug resistance in cancer cells through EGFR/ERK/Akt/NF-κB pathway

Methods

We used two solid tumor cell lines (HCT-8 colorectal cancer cells and MCF-7 breast cancer cells) and one hematologic tumor cell line (K562 chronic myeloid leukemia cells), which are resistant to the chemotherapeutic drugs vincristine and adriamycin respectively, and two xenograft mice models, including the solid tumor model in nude mice with the resistant HCT-8 cells and the leukemia model in NOD/SCID mice with the resistant K562 cells to investigate the reversal effect of IVM on the resistance in vitro and in vivo. MTT assay was used to investigate the effect of IVM on cancer cells growth in vitro. Flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence were performed to investigate the reversal effect of IVM in vivo. Western blotting, qPCR, luciferase reporter assay and ChIP assay were used to detect the molecular mechanism of the reversal effect. Octet RED96 system and Co-IP were used to determine the interactions between IVM and EGFR.

Results

Our results indicated that ivermectin at its very low dose, which did not induce obvious cytotoxicity, drastically reversed the resistance of the tumor cells to the chemotherapeutic drugs both in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, ivermectin reversed the resistance mainly by reducing the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) via inhibiting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), not by directly inhibiting P-gp activity. Ivermectin bound with the extracellular domain of EGFR, which inhibited the activation of EGFR and its downstream signaling cascade ERK/Akt/NF-κB. The inhibition of the transcriptional factor NF-κB led to the reduced P-gp transcription.

Conclusions

These findings demonstrated that ivermectin significantly enhanced the anti-cancer efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs to tumor cells, especially in the drug-resistant cells. Thus, ivermectin, a FDA-approved antiparasitic drug, could potentially be used in combination with chemotherapeutic agents to treat cancers and in particular, the drug-resistant cancers.

  • Ivermectin, a potential anticancer drug derived from an antiparasitic drug

Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.

It appears these anthelmintics (fenbendazole, mebendazole, ivermectin) disrupt microtubules, the feeding tube of cancer cells that are similar to those of parasites, by a process of depolymerization, or deconstruction of the microtubule, thus starving the parasite or cancer cell. And glucose is the feed stock, so no sugar/high carb intake for cancer patients..

Tippins went through his cancer ordeal in 2016, I think. None of this info was available when I received my diagnoses in late 2015.

A friend died from glioblastoma last September. He tried the Fenben protocol but it didn’t work for him, unfortunately. Glioblastoma is hard to treat. It doesn’t work for every type of cancer but it’s apparently helped hundreds or maybe even thousands by now.

Recently I discovered a tumor growing on the ribcage of one of my fuzzy bunnies. I covered the tumor with horse paste which the bunny licked off, it having that lovely apple flavor and all.

I did so every three days last week and the tumor went through a brief hardening followed by an oozing of the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen coming out a bunny (and some of you all know I’ve seen lots of gross stuff coming outta a few bunnies). Today, I applied dose three onto what appears to be a scab and the bunny is eating fine and seems as if nothing is wrong.

Just anecdotal evidence, but there it is. Ivermectin seems to have eliminated a rapidly growing tumor on my rabbit.

Seems a little strange to me that when covid was all the rage that Ivermectin was the cure and now that cancer is all the rage, here’s Ivermectin again. What if these freaks are employing a little reverse psychology? We know that they faked thousands of peer reviewed studies relating to covid. Why not do the same with this? I recall something that the Ivermectin shuts down some metabolic pathway related to detoxification. So, if illness is actually detoxification, not a virus or cooties, and people are feeling better when taking Ivermectin, it is because the drug is arresting the detoxification. So, people are feeling better but are actually doing harm to themselves by preventing the body from expressing its own intelligence.
Just sayin.

Ivermectin:
Acute oral toxicity:

So as a 200lb (90kg) adult you’d need to swallow more than 180 pills (of 12 mg IVM each) in one day, to have a 50% chance of dying from it.

I am aware of that. Here is my point, we don’t get to know the truth. We get the lie and we get the supposed truth, which is also a lie. Few knew what Ivermectin was before covid. Now, everyone does. Once covid came, it wasn’t long before a slew of Doctors started to sing its praises. Nobody knew who these doctors were before. And they are all still here except for Zelenko who died of cancer. If these doctors were actually standing in the way of the agenda, they would have been eliminated within days of opening their mouths. We wouldn’t know them. TPTB are waging a war against us and they are controlling both sides and most importantly, they control the dissemination of all information. They control the opposition. Don’t be so glib and think that this drug is the panacea. Who knows what is in it? If these people just orchestrated a WORLD WIDE hoax and decimation of the population, would they still allow their factories to produce the antidote? It flies in the face of reason.

DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK ….. but , Vitamin – C in larger doses KILLS infection

Vit – C cannot be stored by your body. A normal person , not sick , can tolerate 2-3000 mg a day without getting loose bowels — ‘ the diahreaha dose ‘ .

Sick folks can take 5 – 8- 10,000 milligrams a day because the body is using Vitamin C to bomb the bad germs with. The body expels the rest.

The game here is , take enough VIT-C for body to use , but not so much you crap your brains out and get dehydrated . TAKE LOTS OF VIT-C — DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Before ” LONG COVID ” , they called it chronic fatigue syndrome , ME/CFS , and most doctors sent people home with anti-depressants , telling them …… ” its all in your head ”

no its not

I got this in a family email. Haven’t read it though. Make of it what you will.

Two links. Same book.

Did you see it?

Average drone: “But vaccines have saved millions of lives!”

Me: “How do you know this is true?”

Average drone: “They would not give them if they didn’t!”, or such. Never “I investigated and concluded.”

Me: ” (blank stare) “. “Make sure you get all of them. Twice.”
