My dad is an older man. Led a hard life at one point, but takes care of himself. He works out hard with weights & cardio, eats well, his skin looks healthy for his age…
Bottom line…he looks fantastic! Like a healthy older man. Very capable physically and still does physical work in the heat (where I’d cry like a baby cuz of the heat 🙂). You’d never guess his age. He’s much older than my mom and it’s almost hard to tell.
