I started researching and detoxing and fasting in the mid 80’s in my mid 30’s to detox from Dioxin (Agent Orange) and it may have saved my life…it definitely slowed down my aging process as most people I meet who don’t know me peg me as considerably younger than I am.

If you really want to get serious (as I did because I was worried I was killed in Nam but just didn’t know it yet) combine detoxing, fasting, and end a fast with a Colonic Irrigation.
