The Appellate Division of the Fourth Judicial Department reversed the Borrello, Lawler, Tague, Uniting NYS v. Hochul ruling. Senator George Borrello, Assemblyman Chris Tague, Assemblyman (now, Congressman) Michael Lawler and the citizens’ organization, Uniting NYS had initially sued New York Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Department of Health over Rule 2.13 “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures.” What does this mean? The state can now force ANYONE into quarantine for any reason as this is not limited to the coronavirus.
The government now has legal authority to remove residents from their homes and force them into quarantine camps. There is no age restriction. Children could be removed from their homes without parental consent. They do not need to warn citizens when they are coming or how long they must quarantine. You will be required to take any steps the state mandates, including taking medications against your will. There is no due process, no court hearing, and no rule of law as the government may now abduct citizens in the name of public health.
“This has been a ‘David v. Goliath’ fight from the beginning on many levels, so it is not surprising that the state, with its limitless resources, has effectuated a win this round. We will never stop fighting for New Yorkers against government overreach. And so, we will be appealing this calamitous decision to the Court of Appeals, our state’s highest court, which is a court of constitutional integrity, and we are confident justice for New Yorkers,” Senator Borrello noted.
You may not even take a test to determine if you are sick — the state has full authority over you and your body. This is one of the most restrictive and oppressive pieces of legislation to pass in US history and nullifies our freedoms. There is one last chance to save New Yorkers – the Court of Appeals. If they can do this in New York, they can do it anywhere. We must raise awareness of what is actually going on before it is too late.

The state has always had the “right” to do this just like we have the right to engage in open warfare with said state.
There seems to be a reason that American firearm ownership is the highest in history. Perhaps it could be people are waking the fuck up?
Camps will not be used to house for medical reasons. It will be a way to house the security forces families for ” protection” to ensure compliance with directives.
Trouble is said STATE’s dogs (i.e. police, national guard) will do whatever said STATE tells them to to do because that’s what order followers do, regardless of anyone else’s rights.
It should be fairly clear by now to anyone who possesses a modicum of intelligence and some degree of situational awareness that governments guarantee nothing to populations that live in their sphere of influence. Freedom, rights, liberty, etc. are inherent to each person- or not- and only exist by exercising them.
The Founders made a good faith effort to try and enshrine some of these fundamental principles of autonomy and agency as “self-evident”, but we know how that’s worked out.
What the courts and officials of the various levels of government have tried to do is insulate themselves from liability should things go sideways, or as a fig leaf to cover their own actions as they behave in a criminal manner. That strategy has yet to be fully realized as to whether it is successful or ends as it usually does when people attempt to tyrannize the population they rule over, for reasons most of us cannot fathom.
What we do know- again if we’ve been paying attention- is that the current form of government has met the standards described by the Founders in the following passage-
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
No one regardless of their status, station, office or title has the right to force compliance to their mandates on anyone, even if they have the power and the force to do so. At that point it is up to the individual to decide to what degree he is willing to comply or resist based on his conscience.
Like a broken record, DO NOT COMPLY and DO NOT PAY THEM.
I agree, until the People grow some backbone and stop supporting this corrupt, stem to stern, system, then things will eventually go kinetic and a civil war will break out. THATS what the satanic cultists want, death destruction and chaos, its a pattern.
The Peoples compliance and participations are whats keeping this clown show on the road.

You call it “legislation.” However, another alarming aspect is that these dictatorial measures were accomplished by mere regulation — a proposed regulatory change by the soul-less, two-faced actress (feigner of compassion) Kathy Hochul, and rubber-stamped by her clueless State Board of Health. Such changes to NYS quarantine law are only legally accomplished via legislation, not mere regulation.
Mind you, NYS already has existing laws that govern Quarantining in NYS. Those laws include due process and other normal and reasonable aspects of a legitimate quarantine situation.
But the existing laws don’t grant Hochul the dictatorial, totalitarian powers she?wants. And she knows she could not successfully change her powers by honoring the constitution and trying to get this done via legislation NYS legislators would never agree to changing the actual law this way. (That is why the plaintiffs to this case are State legislators, whom Hochul pulled an end-run on, sidestepping Separation of Powers!)
This is important info, not to be overlooked!
