Since it takes at least a year or more to lose a home for failure to pay property taxes, and since they only took possession in November, and they were told in January that they were being kicked off their own property.
The government is saying that the house is derelict, they are taking it by whatever is what they call eminent domain.
Basically they bought a fixeruper, moved in, and now the government is using that as an excuse to take the property for migrants.
