I never watched the show but seems some tunes pretty damn good used in it!

Admin, you open for suggestions/song lists for Tuesday tunes and if the answer yes where do I send them, have a lot of themes and song lists that feel would (hopefully!)go over well.

A show about bikers with no Steppenwolf?!

Hmmmmm……..,

Been ridin’, (and playin’), for almost 5 decades now, and I, for one, never really cared for Steppenwolf. More of a Sabbath, Priest, Maiden, and sometimes even Crüe kinda guy…

Current Ride? ’15 Heritage Softail with the 110 C.I. Stage IV upgrade.
Current Axe? Well, more ‘n’ you can shake a stick at, but includes multiple Les Pauls, several vintage basses, and 4 full stacks…..

I admit Born played too much but still like it/Magic Carpet Ride/The Pusher ect.

I grew up on 70’s music and saw hundreds of concerts then, did see Maiden decades back, was the tour Live After Death recorded from so saw em at their peak in my opinion.

I had for last street scoot a 92 Heritage,Branch stage 3 heads/pipes/S&S E carb/cams ect. After the first month of owning took off windshield/crash bars/hard bags ect.,really should have just bought a softtail custom!

I only have a basic acoustic, just learning to play(barely!),do though from band days still have PA with monitors/12 channel peavey/cabs/amps/chords ect.,was just the singer for three years, left because even though I felt we were getting good a few guys started having drug issues, told em to wait till we made it big and then would be good publicity, sigh…….

NICE! I saw ’em for Piece of Mind, Powerslave (Live after death), Somewhere in Time, and then not again ’til Dickinson came back for Brave New World. Saw Priest a few times, Sabbath with Ozzy in ’78, (With Van Halen opening), and again with Dio on Heaven and Hell.

Played with the same group of guys from about ’83-’90. Got pretty big in the Seattle area. One of our guitarists and our drummer’s older sisters went to school with Queensryche. We used to gig with them before they changed their name. Anyway, their management was shopping our material for us, got us a deal with EMI in late ’89, then….. Grunge Happened….. Decided to make commercial fishing my “career” in ’90, and haven’t looked back. Still get together with the Boys when I’m home, and do a little gigging locally when we can.

Cool,I also saw Ozz with Sabbath and VH as backup,Cape Cod Coliseum!

Nest summer VH 2 came out,saw Halen at the same place, good times.

Damn, you were right in the center of grungeland,a few years earlier, who knows?!

As a band we only did smaller bars ect.,did do though some huge parties of 500 or more and actually got very good receptions, guy was gonna try to get us in Boston club circiut when we broke up,hmmmmmm…….,what might have been!

Damn, nice set of gits!Is that a custom I see on the left side towards center rack?

As for scoot,eh,ripped all that stuff off, also, added drag bars with risers, yep, should have just gotten a softtail!

At time of breakup only had 10 original songs that we would space out thru sets, some in my opinion just mediocre, some great, was writing lyrics like a word processor on speed right before breakup, really had a “this shit is good” phase rolling,again…..,sigh.

Yeah. I’ve got a black ’72 custom, plus the Zack Wylde one, and one of the Ace Frehley ones. Also have 2 of the Tony Iommi SG’s, one has the mother-of-pearl Cross inlays, and the other one has the Sterling ones. I primarily use them for writing, although I’ve got a few friends that I jam with as a guitarist. In my “Real” band, I was the primary writer, but I played bass. Couldn’t find a bassist to play what I had in mind, so we got another guitarist instead.

Ahh, the Grunge scene. Yep. Know quite a few of those guys. Layne, from Alice In Chains, was my brother-in-law’s best friend from grade school all the way to graduation. He wound up a heroin junkie just like Layne, and offed himself late last year.

Couldn’t do the Grunge bit. We were more like Queensryche, only a little more prog. Think like early Dream Theater. Couldn’t stand the pedantic sniveling and puerile musicianship that the likes of Nirvana, AIC, or Soundgarden were doing. Actually, that’s not really fair. Jerry’s a really good guitarist, as is Kim from Soundgarden…. Just didn’t care for the music. Seemed awfully “simple”.

Can’t pull the extra’s off the bike. The Mrs needs somewhere to stash the Kitchen Sink when we’re on the road…..
