I’ve been watching some videos from Vietnam showing women fixing various machines and making knives from scrap. The gals have low cut tops and tight stretchy pants showing off their curves, which is nice, and the draw to get you to watch the videos, but what struck me is how flexible and in good shape they are. They squat down and pop up effortlessly, walk everywhere with baskets on their backs with heavy things in them, climb trees to get at fruit, etc. (Blacksmith Girl on youtube) The guy in this vid has no problem squatting and doing work. I daresay many American men of his age couldn’t do that.
