In 1978, a 22-year-old man began teaching earth science at a school in Rochester, New York. At that time, he told his ninth-grade students about a solar eclipse that would occur on April 8, 2024 and he invited his students to attend an “eclipse party” that he would be hosting 46 years in the future.
On the Monday of the eclipse, or four days ago as of this writing, approximately 100 former students gathered at the home of their now 68-year-old former teacher. Here is a link to the news article.
Four days prior to the eclipse (on 4/4/2024), four planets in our solar system aligned on the same side of the sun as Earth: Venus, Mars, Saturn and Neptune. The next day a 4.8-magnitude earthquake was felt in New Jersey, New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia.
In 2024, a total of four planetary alignments are occurring with the following celestial events still to happen:
– On April 20, there will be a planetary gathering of five planets: Venus, Mercury, Neptune, Mars and Saturn.
– On June 7, there will be a planetary alignment of six planets: Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus, Mars, Neptune and Saturn.

I have been re-reading Herodotus. This guy traveled all over the eastern Mediterranean and he was especially interested in peoples’ customs and religions. He traveled and wrote circa 450 BC yet he does not once mention any people called or resembling “jews”. I keep having the same dream that I am an old soul, witness to the end of a long cycle that has been repeated many times in our planets past. These cycles always end the same…total destruction after total loss of morality, compassion and justice. In the dream the Earth is divided into kingdoms ruled by Oligarchs and dictators who use technology to track and surveil everything and everyone. The sheep are slowly killed and in the end the Oligarchs fight among themselves for supremacy and light the fuse on TEOTWAWKI.
Is the plan already in motion, the kingdoms and the dictators selected and the mass extinction prepared and waiting in the wings? I sense Russia and China have been funded and chosen by the Banksters to be the instruments of destruction and enslavement…the only thing in the way of world tyranny is the lack of a World War to usher in the dystopian vision. The U.S. patriot who still believes in and defends the Constitution will be hunted and destroyed by the enemy within who have taken the 30 pieces of silver and promises of power to betray the nation. I enjoy your views on perspective. Even when not the actual subject of your essays, perspective is woven into them and stands out boldly if one chooses to see the essay as a whole rather than focusing on small items such as your bus driving adventures. I suppose what I’m saying is that sometimes we can see our lives as a string of random events. But, from a different viewpoint, those random events are what defines the person we are.
Nations too have random and not so random events that define who they are. I see Fourth Turnings as just the obvious events that are too big to not be noticed. But, there are many smaller ones that if you look you can see transpired & brought us to the point in time we find ourselves.
I live in a home that is 155 years old. Countless people have been born and died here, some no doubt in the very room I am typing this from. Yet, this old house has stood strong over the joys and tragedies of the families that lived here through 2 World Wars, a Depression, and more cultural upheavals than I could possibly discuss. It has been here since before electricity, indoor plumbing, the automobile, and many more conveniences that we take for granted.
I believe this home will still be here long after I am gone providing shelter and refuge to another family full of hope, dreams, and fears. Perspective tells me that I am not very significant in the Grand Scheme, I don’t even know the names of the people that have lived here and not many years from now the new people in this home will have no idea who I was.

The tribes of Abraham and Moses needed a jealous vengeful God, so they imagined that’s what God was. By the time of Jesus, the Israelites were ready for a loving forgiving God, or so Jesus thought.
Really, don’t try to understand the mind or motives of God. I think there’s plenty of reason to believe that God is both vengeful and forgiving, and that which aspect you encounter depends mostly on your actions.

There have been planetary alignments in all manner of formations all my life during which, and following, nothing out of the ordinary happened. There have been many solar eclipses also over my lifetime, no cataclysm followed and earthquakes happen regularly with or without eclipses.
I agree that this places in which we live is a big clock, but I don’t think planets aligning are a precursor to global events in most cases. I would have to see a timeline of data to believe fully in that sort of thing Unc.
