It is Las Vegas that keeps re-electing Dingy Harry. The Democrat union members own Las Vegas and Dingy Harry owns the unions.
He is afraid to show his face anyplace else in the state (maybe sneak into a Democrat fund raiser in Reno).

I have it on good authority from watching Goodfellas/Casino that the Mormons financed the expansion of Las Vegas casinos. Continuing my avid research, I learned from some commenter on a blog that Mormons infiltrated a business by hiring their own exclusively.
Yes, LV advertises it has the greatest concentration of Catholic churches there but the poor fools work for their Mormon masters. You think Harry really wants to legalize family members of casino workers? Take a look around and see who is cleaning the rooms and working in the buffets, cheap slave labor.
He promised them an immigration reform bill as soon as he was re-elected. The Democrats had a majority in 2008 but not the will to carry through on their promises. Why vote for anybody if they will later refuse to represent you?

Earth to Clive Bundy: If you don’t like Big Government, don’t suck at the Big Government Teat.

I’m not nuts about Reid, but that Clive Bundy loser embodies everything that has gone wrong with Americans since Big Government was put into place around 1860 or so. Please, people, look past Bundy’s posturing as a freedom loving patriot just trying to assert his “property rights”… on land that his family has LEASED since 1951 and on which he has not paid a dime’s worth of rent for over 20 years.

Since when does a DELINQUENT RENTER have “property rights”?

He is really just another member of the FSA. So what if he is “productive”? A “productive” restaurant owner who is making dough hand over fist but doesn’t pay his landlord the rent on his commercial space will be promptly evicted and lose all the equipment and improvements he put into the property.

Clive Bundy is what ranchers in his area who own their own property refer to as a “welfare rancher, whose lease of government land enables him to graze his animals for a tenth the costs that owner-ranchers bear. But if you really want to OWN your property, you have to buy and pay for it. These owner-ranchers don’t have a lot of sympathy for this guy.

I don’t know about you, but if I were a landlord, I wouldn’t let a tenant squat for 20 DAYS without taking action. First, the 5 day notice. Then, go to court to sue for eviction in 30 days. If tenant is not gone, go to court and get a court order to evict within 5 days. I would see to it that the deadbeat was off my property within 3 months. Sooner if it’s a commercial property where the protections of the Chicago Landlord-Tenant Ordinance do not obtain.

Obviously, there should never have ever been a government land-leasing program to begin with, and really should never have been a BLM. All property should have been sold to private owners, and Bundy would have had to BUY his ranch, or lease it from another owner, who would be empowered to boot his ass off for non-payment, at the point of a gun if necessary.

But, then, perhaps the taxpayers should not have been robbed at gunpoint, and the eastern half of the country strip-mined, in order to exterminate the native population and make the massive investment in concrete infrastructure- the federally subsidized transcontinental railroad, the thousands of miles of road and hundreds of huge dams- that made our westward expansion possible to begin with.
