Immigration — Another Scandal and Another Reason For Impeachment

Guest Post by Monty Pelerin

HighCrimesThis Administration is a scandal machine. Everything they do is close to the line. Much of what they do is on the wrong side of this line.

In my recent book, twenty-six scandals were enumerated. Some  might be considered minor, but all show blatant disrespect and disregard for the Constitution and Rule of Law. Several are serious enough to represent valid  impeachment processes without consideration of others.

In comparison, Richard Nixon looks like an angel rather than a devil. Looking what is happening today versus the charges brought against Nixon is enough to understand how far this nation has fallen. Bring back the good, bad times!

Immigration Law Enforcement Scandal

scandal1The latest Obama Administration scandal is immigration. By my count that raises the number of scandals to 27, unless one wants to count this one more than once. Deciding unilaterally that immigration law will be ignored and not enforced should itself be an impeachable offense. No president has the power or right to arbitrarily choose which laws will be enforced and which ones will not, although Obama has ignored this constraint with respect to much more than immigration law.

Allowing such behavior is a threat to the balance of power  intended to protect citizens from tyranny.  George Will stated:

Obama, however, has perpetrated more than 40 suspensions of laws. Were presidents the sole judges of the limits of their latitude, they would effectively have plenary power to vitiate the separation of powers, the Founders’ bulwark against despotism.

Each violation of law provides  precedent for future presidents. It will be easier for successors to ignore the law than it is for Obama. Overlooking these infringements invites the move closer to dictatorship. That road is a one-way street. A return to previous conditions is rarely achieved without bloodshed.

Congress must act if this country is to survive in its current form. To the extent that Obama is guilty of violating the law, so too is Congress for ignoring these violations. The oath taken to uphold the Constitution is being violated every time Congress fails to act in these situations. This in itself is an impeachable offense, or at least was intended to be.

Is Immigration Part of a Bigger Scandal?

It appears the immigration mess may be worse than an unwillingness to enforce the laws of the country. A “smoking gun” apparently has been discovered that  indicates that the overrun of this country with immigrants, particularly the influx of children, may have been planned and orchestrated by government. If so, it is as serious a scandal as any of the other major ones. Furthermore, the “smoking gun” cannot be hidden. It is out in the open or soon will be.

In January of 2014 a DHS advertisement appeared seeking bids from vendors on a contract to provide assistance for “unaccompanied alien children.” The contract requested assistance for a specific number, 65,000, of unaccompanied children.  Curiously, that approximates recent numbers. Yet, DHS and ICE claim to be “surprised” by the current situation. Furthermore, in January the problem was much smaller.

Thomas Lifson provided additional detail and opinion on the bid.  His conclusion:

This stinks to high heaven. It is time to subpoena the people who placed the ad to give testimony in Congress. We may have a Cloward-Piven strategy on illegal immigration underway.

Joe Guzzardi provides additional detail and concludes:

Obama’s ongoing, unconstitutional refusal to enforce immigration laws plus his commitment to, as Fallon said, encourage more illegal immigration are likely impeachable offenses. On the behalf of Americans citizens whom Obama has sworn to protect, Congress has the moral responsibility to end this border surge immediately.

It is beyond time that Congress step up and act against the obvious illegalities and corruption of this Administration. The President should be impeached and there is no shortage of grounds upon which charges can be brought.  That should be followed by the mass resignation of the cowards and lawbreakers in Congress whose inaction allowed this behavior to develop to such outrageous levels.

The country is close to not having an option against tyranny.  The threat  is far bigger than any individual scandal attributable to this Administration.

The criminals in charge of impeaching Obama are as derelict as Obama themselves, and need to also be impeached. The Supreme court has become hopelessly derelict in it’s duties, and the Justice department is itself now a criminal organization. Ignoring the law is breaking the law, and Obama and Holder are criminals. Yet, they manage to keep getting away with out. As the cacophony for impeachment grows louder, who’s going to do it? The useless, corrupt Republicans?

Everyone’s bought-off cronies of people getting billions from the government. It’s beyond reform. Obama should have been impeached already. He’s destroyed 50 years of foreign policy and international relations, he’s indebted and bankrupted this country and spent more than any president in history. He’s destroying the healthcare industry part and parcel. And he helped created, fund, and supply ISIS and Al Qaeda, our enemy, thus committing treason. And I don’t here anyone calling for charges of treason, although he, Kerry, and Hillary are clearly guilty. This country is broke beyond repair. Obama loves shitting on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but so does everyone else it seems.

The fucking criminals in Washington, derelict in their duty to an extreme, are making it easier than ever to sell-out and be bought off. It’s time to take back this country, from Obama and criminals running it before it’s too late.

Politicians For Sale? There’s An App For That
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 06/24/2014 – 09:50

We have not been shy about exposing the dark shadowy under-belly of lobbyists funding politicians (as most recently noted with Cantor’s catastrophe) but now, as Engadget reports, finding out which representatives are in the pocket without a lot of tedious research just got a lot easier. A 16-year-old programmer has developed a browser plugin – Greenhouse – that, when you mouse-over the name of a US lawmaker, will serve up a list of which parties have donated to their campaign funds, and the quantities. Better than flappy-birds? The developer notes, “whether Democrat or Republican, we should all want a political system that is independent of the influence of big money and not dependent on endless cycles of fundraising from special interests.”

This issue of sending children over the border on trains is about the best example of the Fourth Turning accelerating that I’ve seen. This is a real shit sandwich.

They must not be coming from the part of Mexico where Fred Reed lives, that’s all I’ve got to say.

Billionaire Sheldon Adelson opposes immigration in Israel, while supporting it in the USA
The Southen Illinoisan (written by Ann Coulter)…

Between having Republican presidential candidates fly to Las Vegas to kiss his ring, billionaire Sheldon Adelson has managed to fit in time to talk Sen. Lindsey Graham into sponsoring a bill banning Internet gambling.

As you may know, Sheldon Adelson is a casino owner. Internet gambling would compete with his casino business.

On the other hand, when it comes to the services Adelson isn’t selling, but buying — low-skilled workers — he’s for unbridled competition, preferring not to limit the supply even to people who are legally in the United States. (Weirdly, so is Lindsey Graham!)

Adelson is a big backer of amnesty, telling The Wall Street Journal: “It would be inhumane to send those people back, to send 12 million people out of this country. … So we’ve got to find a way, find a route for those people to get legal citizenship.”

As Milton Friedman said, “With some notable exceptions, businessmen favor free enterprise in general but are opposed to it when it comes to themselves.”

Adelson is an especially telling example of the self-interest of businessmen on immigration. His newspaper, Israel Today, the largest newspaper in Israel, is wildly patriotic on immigration (and everything else).

Israel Today has trumpeted the success of the 15-foot razor-wire fence along Israel’s 140-mile border with Egypt, triumphantly noting last August that, for the first time, “no infiltrations were recorded from the Egyptian border, compared to 193 from the same month last year.”

Adelson himself had suggested just such a policy to the Los Angeles Times last year, saying he wanted to “Put a big fence around our country.”

By “our country,” he, of course, meant Israel. In America, he wants illegal immigrants pouring across the border to provide him with an endless supply of cheap labor.

Recently, Israel has been “rounding up” African refugees, giving them $3,500 and plane tickets to Uganda, to encourage them to “self-deport.” Welcome to El Al Airlines. We’re about to begin pre-boarding for Flight 259, offering non-stop, one-way service to Kampala, Uganda. At this time we’d like to invite our premium-plus illegal immigrants to board.

Wait! I thought we couldn’t “round up” any illegal immigrants! I thought “self-deportation” was a laughable idea! Say, could Adelson buy The New York Times and start pushing those policies here?

For years, the cheap-labor lobby has told us: Immigrants are doing the work Americans simply will not do! We’re tired of people who know nothing about our business telling us to pay our workers more. Where are they when beds are unmade? Where are they when crops are rotting in the field? It’s not about how much we pay them per hour! Americans don’t want these jobs.

That’s some funny shit, right there. The oligarchs always tend to do well. There’s a couple of families in Greece that aren’t doing too bad, and they refuse to lift a finger to help anyone, not that one could blame them. It’s just curious how they got there, and whether they owe anything to the society which provided the environment in which they prospered. Do any of us?

I do wonder why I should have to pay taxes, when the global 50 don’t.

I am for free enterprise capitalism. However, because of the importance of my business to society, there should be barriers to entry into my business. I should also have tax credits and subsidies. That is crony capitalism in a nut shell.

Don`t hold your breath waiting for impeachment. The system is totally corrupt and has passed the point of no return.

Agree with Llpoh.

The HNIC won’t be impeached. Not because he’s not guilty as sin and a corrupt maniacal piece of dog shit, but because anyone who brings impeachment proceedings against him will be hounded as a WAYYCISS!

Then, of course, the negroes will riot across the nation because Obongo is being impeached because he’s black.. or at least half black. Doesn’t matter if he’s guilty as the day is long and has copies of the Constitution in the White House bathroom to wipe his ass with… according to them, the only reason why he’d be impeached is because he’s black…

Fucking cowards in Congress won’t do shit…. and we will go down the drain because of their cowardice…

Just a shout out to anyone thinking of giving their Life in the UK test for British passport or Permanent Stay , you should have a look at this website,
http://www.lifeintheuktest.info

they have really good mock test, give them again and again, practice. But when you get an answer right the best thing to do is not to just say okay that is the answer to this question and thats it, read up why it is so. This gives you more of a scope for similarly related questions.
