Funny ……… BUT not as funny as all his other stuff.
Soylent Green came out in 1973 ….. not surprising that people don’t get the connection. It wasn’t a flop, but it wasn’t a blockbuster either ($66 million).
I like the last lady though. She thinks it’s up to the parent whether or not kids are allowed to eat other kids.

The point of Soylent Green was to give you a snapshot of the future script for humanity. Over crowded cities, rationed water, rationed electricity, rationed food. Old people having no worth and used as food. Notice the wealthy elite had beef and fresh fruit, something only older people remembered.
When they started feeding chickens feed with ground up chicken parts and same for cattle, I wondered how true the soylent green story may be one day.

The bad news is when humans consume other humans, they have a very high risk contracting a disease that is very close to mad cow’s disease. Wonder if cows started with the mad cow’s after cattle feed was mixed with ground up cow parts??
