They were captured on camera on their way out, but no arrests have been made. You have to admire the moxie, the raw daring of wearing a shirt like this during a theft.

Actually the Japanese-Peso bill is real. They were issued and used during WWII with the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. I have a number of them in my collection.
At first I thought the couple were being punked out by a bunch of Asian kids but on second thought I think they are mestizos.
