I need to do my part to stop the horror of this evil organization by making some personal changes. I’ll hit these corporations where it hurts: their wallet. People can certainly afford coffee from somewhere besides Starbucks, soda isn’t good for you anyway (bye bye, Coke and Pepsi), others besides Nike make athletic apparel, etc. It’s time to make a stand.

-anyone still serving in the military or joining since about 2004
-anyone who’s a federal regulator or law enforcement officer
-any state or local cop who’s worked on a SWAT team that does anything other than pure hostage rescue (the original purpose of SWAT tactics and the one instance where it’s nearly always justified)
-anyone who works for a hospital or other physician that bills uninsured patients more than it bills the insured
-anyone who works for a commercial health insurance company
-anyone who works for an investment bank
etc. etc. etc.
Most human beings find it quite easy to do evil in small steps, especially when they have peer support and can pretend someone else is responsible for the evil that they do. Yet it can only happen if such people ignore what’s wrong and merely “do their job” without complaint.
