Whenever I get butt-hurt over the down votes, people almost unanimously advise me — “Voting doesn’t matter!” Many others say they never vote, or even pay attention to it.
We know for a fact that ‘flash’ manipulates votes. That also means other people can do it also.
So……… keep the voting function, or get rid of it?
My vote is to get rid of it.

That’s a good one, Bea. But it’s not fair equating Loopy with me. Yes he did say our computer skills max out at turning the internets on but you sell him short if you judge him on that basis alone. Me, I admit it, I’m just here to keep from drinking and chasing women and getting into real trouble.

The voting is awesome precisely because of the absurdity of it.
Most of the time a community tries to fix something like that to make it “correct” they wind up killing off a part of what made the place interesting compared to the rest of the parking lots of the internet.
