I saw an article a few days ago touting the benefits of stopping drinking for 30 days. So I haven’t had a drop in over 60 hours. I was going to link the article here, but I can’t find it, so I guess I can start drinking again.

They sure as hell are pushing flu shots this year. Signs all over the local pharmacy and my doc’s office urging us to “get a flu shot”. Truth is, even if this year’s concoction matches up with this year’s flu bug, there’s not much empirical evidence proving effectiveness; I’m seen ranges as low as 1.5%. Therefore the wife and I don’t get flu shots anymore. But we WILL go for a shot or two of that nice brew on the 2nd row to the right. Yep, Fireball!

No Flu shots for me.Years ago I had an allergic reaction . Made me miserable as Hell for about a week.

I was just at the doctors last week and Yep one of the first questions the girl at the front desk asked me was about getting a flu shot. I just said no. My doctor doesn’t bother to ask me anymore she knows by now that I avoid any type of medicine if at all possible. I do get the feeling they are trying to push that stuff.
I have never had a flu shot.

Sam’s Club, $30 for regular flu shot, $45 for extra-strength flu shot.
Just buy the poon sausage and you’ll be inoculated against anything.

Since leaving the military in 2000 I have never got the annual flu shot again. I have had the flu twice in that time. Once in late 2003 and late last year. Interestingly the dominant strain was the same for both of those instances (H3N2). The whole damn family shared it for Christmas last year.

Those that received annual flu shots were also the most likely to get the (dreaded and fear-pumped) Swine Flu.
My nephew, five at the time, is a fully vaccinated child whom has never gone more than nine months without being hospitalized.
He gets TWO flu shots annually, which also happens to be the new recommendations.
Yet EVERY year he is put in the hospital for respiratory issues.
My daughter was not allowed to come to his birthday the year of the Swine (H1N1) flu because I won’t allow her to get the flu shots.
He received TWO Swine flu shots in addition to his two annual flu shots. He was hospitalized for nearly a month and almost died, from the damned “swine flu.”
Protecting us by lowering our immunity and causing illness. What a great deal.
Tons of great research and information coming out of Europe concerning the REAL damage these shots do.
I have a brother-in-law, whom has a wife that used to be a manager at Child Protective Services. They get ALL their vaccinations.
She is developing Alzheimers (which, btw, is impossible to diagnose without a brain autopsy- figure it out), her hips are blowing out, and both of them get very sick, every year.
They also needle us constantly about how we are “endangering” our child, and ourselves, by not lining up like good little sheep.
We are being CULLED by these shots, if lucky. We are being made very weak humans that become medical industrial complex cash cows, doomed to suffer until the day our weakened states kill us.
Thanks, but no thanks. I will not voluntarily sign up for this insanity anymore.
Until the day there is no other choice, and they would take my child away or incarcerate me, they can keep their faulty for profit “science” and shove it directly where the sun don’t shine.
With the way our military is used for vaccination testing grounds, and the very real (and ever increasing) rates of suicide/depression and other illness coming out of those institutions, a thinking person might add two plus two and figure out what the hell is going on.
Which explains why it continues to get worse, I don’t believe we have thinking people left anymore.
