On February 2nd, 59-year-old David Kassick was pulled over for expired tags, and rather than cooperating, decided to flee towards his home in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. There he was pursued by Officer Lisa Mearkle who subdued him with a taser, and repeatedly shocked him while demanding compliance. The taser video of the incident has recently been released, which shows Officer Mearkle screaming at Kassick, and demanding that he show his hands and “get on the ground.”
It’s obvious from the video that Kassick complied with everything she asked, and moreover, was unarmed and completely helpless. Despite this, she still decided to shoot him in the back, and continued to yell orders at him as he lay dying in the snow. Mearkle was charged with criminal homicide by District Attorney Ed Marsico, but was recently cleared of any wrongdoing by a jury.
While her high pitched screeching makes me think she wasn’t in full control, I saw the jackass repeatedly reach towards his midsection despite her repeated commands not to do so. This after running from a stop and entering an isolated backyard. The fact that she’s female and cannot compete physically with a male forces her to up the use of force. He had ample opportunity to comply, but chose his path. I hate to be cliché, but play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
I don’t see any reason for the bitch to start shooting. Guy was out of control, no question, she should have rotated her position to the left, so she could better see his hands. But she was charged with murder, so the DA did their job, and it came down to the jury, and their decision. I don’t know what they heard, or saw, that they unanimously voted for acquittal. They had the manslaughter option. So be it.

The fact that he is on the ground and she continues again and again to scream “get on the ground” is clear proof that she is running on emotion and not perceiving reality. Adrenalin and fear are completely distorting her ability to evaluate the conditions as they are. She is not dealing with reality; she is totally over powered with emotion. Anyone that reacts that out of control in a high stress situation should not have the type of job where life and death decisions are often make in seconds. That person if not prosecuted should at the very least be fired.
She should have gotten life without parole. But I still can’t help but ask why in the Hell did the dude run? Crazy

Hey guys, never discount the possibility she was wired for sound on cocaine or meth. Many of these accounts of a copfuck going into rage at a motorist over some trivial matter and then escalating it to a crippling beating or murder sounds to me like the copfuck was wired for sound.
Think about it. They get their drugs for free, taking it off of low-life drug dealers or individual users and then let them go free. The copfucks also get whatever money or weapons the person may have on them.
So the Hero has unlimited access to coke or meth, plenty of drop pieces to place by the corpse of the mundane they just murdered, and there is no, nada, ZERO accountability from neither the courts nor their fellow Heroes on virtually anything they do.
In many of these accounts of the Heroes destroying someone’s life, the cop’s record usually indicates a history of violence against mundanes. Well, why would they ever stop? They will continue their psychopathic ways until they really fuck up and get into a jam they can’t get out of. Just like any other psychopath.
How many times, do you suppose, that these copfucks have pulled this shit on various levels in their ‘career’ (I should say: their criminal history)? Can you imagine how many people are terrorized by some POS copfuck every year and it goes unreported by the victim, either for fear of reprisal, or just due to the fact that the victim is so relived that they are still alive they don’t press the issue? Would you say it was in the thousands? Tens of thousands of times?
No wonder these Heroes act like God’s gift to mankind. They’ve spent years or decades getting away with harassment, robbery, assault, torture and murder. ‘Merika!FUCKYEAH!
What happens to Lisa now? Will she rejoin the force? Armed?
When will they publish the names & addresses of the jurors who decided she was not culpable. Seems like it’s time for a little chlorine in the gene pool.

See the difference? Simple cause and effect. The act of tazing – and the electricity coursing through you – does not cause one to curl into a ball as you are alleging I said.
When faced with intense pain – and trust me, this is something I know a great deal about – the human body is hard-wired for defensive reactions. Meaning: when a person is tazed – or faced with any other source of overwhelming pain – the urge to curl into the fetal position is very pronounced.

The ONLY respect I have for those in that line of work are Sheriffs. Theirs is an ancient position, going back at least 1000 years into English Common Law as the Shire Reeve… And they know it.
