Three times in the last year I have seen a moron looking at a smart phone cross against the light- only looking up when a car either blasted the horn at them, or alerted them in coming to a hard stop. And this doesn’t even count the people I have seen walk into objects and other people on sidewalks. Seriously, how fucking stupid do you have to be to walk anywhere and not pay attention???

Nothing, not traffic, not walls, not other objects, and not fines,
